For the price, one would hope that at least ONE box of Kleenex could be provided. We got used to using toilet paper for our mouths and noses. Information concerning beach access is lacking. The only access seems to be walking to the NYE Beach car U-turn. Also, I think you could make known in your description that this unit has a major building spotlight mounted just above the patio thus creating a bright light for the unit at night. Also, from our experience, we learned that the complex is not a dog-free establishmen at least for the more privilegedresidents. All in all, tho, it was a most wonderful place for our time there. Thank you.

This was the perfect spot for a family of four. The view was great, and we were able to see the ocean! I love that it had plenty of extra blankets and pillows, lots of fun games and even a kite we could use on the beach! It was also a great location as there were several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for a family of four!

To call this an ocean view is completely misleading. The railing is covered in frosted glass panels obscuring the view of the ocean. You get sky, yay! You only get a view standing up. So enjoy doing that your entire stay. Direct beach access is also misleading. You are direct if you can walk more than a half mile down to the beach. The third thing was the sound. We were on the second floor. Directly above up elephants were apparently playing basketball from 12:00 - 1:00 am. NO ONE could have slept through that. The sounds from upstairs were present all of the time, it was more of a problem at night. VERY cheaply constructed to have the ceiling creaking as the thudding went on.

Great place to stay.

My mom, who is 91 was not able to walk to the beach because of the steep road but she still loved staying there. The view is amazing and having local places to eat from was an added plus. Pacific Kitchen has the best Rockfish Tacos ever.

Great location and view, well appointed

First of all, the location and view are stunning. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable. The only thing about the check-in process was locating the lockbox with key, but we found it eventually. Would definitely stay there again.

Great quick getaway!

Great location quick access to the beach with excellent local restaurants, shops and panoramic view of the ocean through bay windows! We also enjoyed staying in a bit, preparing a few meals and enjoying TV, internet access and a few puzzles. Great trip!
