This was the perfect spot for a family of four. The view was great, and we were able to see the ocean! I love that it had plenty of extra blankets and pillows, lots of fun games and even a kite we could use on the beach! It was also a great location as there were several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for a family of four!

Unsafe for families!Property is nicely located, it has great views and property was clean.But we had a really bad experience with a neighbor that stays in 301. Somehow, I didn't receive any arrival instructions email from property managers. I was able to get an access code by calling them after reaching property but we didn't know that parking spots are reserved. There were hardly 3 cars in entire compound so we randomly picked one spot. Next morning some random guy tried picking a fight with us, I was with my family including a 1 year old. I had to face and avoid this man child. Later, I also noticed a big scratch on back side of my car. I tried sharing this experience with Meredith lodging , property manager suggested that this property is managed via HOA so they can't do much.

We take guest concerns like this very seriously, so we investigated this issue and confirmed we did send your check-in instructions to your email 2 days before your arrival. In the check-in details email, we state: "Parking Instructions: 1 car maximum- Spot #203. Your car may be towed if it is parked in any other spot." While the neighbor's reaction to you parking in their spot was woefully aggressive and uncalled for, we cannot pursue them for damages. Only you can file a police report, should you think that appropriate. You have every right to be upset with the neighbor, and we would absolutely do any more for you if we could. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The location and view are incredible. Access to Nye Beach is just a few short minutes away. It is a bit dated but nonetheless very comfortable. It did take us a while to find the lock box but once we did it was easy to access the property. It was nice to have an elevator and reserved parking. Would stay here again.

Great location and view, well appointed

First of all, the location and view are stunning. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable. The only thing about the check-in process was locating the lockbox with key, but we found it eventually. Would definitely stay there again.

This little condo is in a perfect location. We love Nye Beach, and access to restaurants and shopping doesn't get much better. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The carpet is showing its age and has a musty odor. Our time was spent on the balcony or beach, so this was not much of an issue. There were no washcloths available, which was odd and likely just an oversight. Bed linens were clean and fresh.

We had great 8 night stay at the condo in Nye beach! Everything was like the photos and an accurate description. Meredith Lodging had excellent communication with us. We loved being so close to shopping, coffee, restaurants and the beach of course! Just a really relaxing place to be with everything we needed provided. The view was amazing and bed very comfortable. Nice having 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom while staying so long. Very clean, great TV! The upstairs neighbors could be heard walking once in a while but only in the living room, not something to be concerned about unless you want total silence. Loved our stay, thank you!

Delayed checkin which they made right. There was a terrible odor upon arrival. Opening everything up and febreeze helped. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were super sad and flat. Everything else was great. The location and view made up for it all.

Great place to stay.

My mom, who is 91 was not able to walk to the beach because of the steep road but she still loved staying there. The view is amazing and having local places to eat from was an added plus. Pacific Kitchen has the best Rockfish Tacos ever.
