Annual family beach weekend

Excellent location and view! Fun game room. Big enough house for adults and kids. Fun weekend. Towels were scratchy and the dishwasher was broken, but I'd book it again.

We could not have asked for a better place

We could not have asked for a better place! Our family of 14 flew in from all parts of the country Beds were located well to give cousins good time together The walk to the ocean was close and well-marked When the propane tank for grilling was empty, we were told to go purchase a refill and we would be reembursed. The agent was very kind and helpful All in all, a delightful time in a wonderfully relaxing and beautiful spot on God’s earth!

The house was very nice,,very clean. We had 16 people for 3 days and we only had 4 garbage bags,,thankfully someone brought some. We had 0 dish cloths and only 3 dish towels..Great spices..Yes we would stay again.

Birthday getaway with friends

The house was located right by the water a mile away from safeway and casino. The walk down to beach was perfect and the vidw with all windows was gorgeous for that morning cup of coffee watching the waves come in. We were confused on where the key was for the hot tub and what to do wabout the garbage cans and what needed for kitchen cleaning supplies. Over all it was perfect for the ones that came solo and the couples got there own room. Little confusing with the 2nd queen bed where it was at luckily it worked out. Overall it was a wonderful stay

Overall, ok place to stay. They advertise a really nice game room. In reality a drafty garage, with stuff piled everywhere. The dishwasher needs repaired. Lots of room for visiting and a second story view of the ocean. Quiet neighborhood.

Birthday Beach stay

Nice property with a good location just across the street from the beach... The hot tub cover didn't close properly, an inside step up to the living room needed repair, and there was trash (beer cans) just below the hot tub, and the BBQ ran out of propane... Besides these minor items, the house was clean, and cheerful.....We had a very pleasant stay..

Family Christmas vacation

This was a wonderful house for our family. The kids loved the game area and everyone loved the hot tub. It was a short walk to the beach and short drive to shopping. Had everything we all wanted, especially table overlooking beach. Driveway was steep and hard to park. Gas didn’t work in fireplace. Shower faucet downstairs was broken.

Beautiful ocean views with family

Property was exactly as described. Excellent views, and quick and easy access to the beach from either direction. Perfect setting for a vacation with extended family. Couple things to consider: 1) The hot tub is accessible from the larger bedroom downstairs so if you plan to put younger kiddos there make sure you lock the tub 2) Coffee cups are not plentiful, so if you have a large group who enjoy a morning cup, either bring travel mugs or mentally prepare them to drink from tea cups. 3) Not much in the way of small or medium frying pans. If you’re an omelet sort, you’re out of luck! Overall we very much enjoyed our time and would absolutely book again!

Great size for our extended family Spring Break Vacation.

The house size and location were perfect for our extended family (grandparents, adult children & grandchildren ) vacation. We were surprised to find there were no blankets on the beds. We found some in the closets however needed more as it was cold & rainy. Disappointed with old worn condition of the trundle bed mattresses (teenagers we’re very uncomfortable and had to sleep on the upstairs couches) and the very rickety metal bunkbed (the younger children were afraid to sleep on it ) We ran out of garbage bags and paper towels. We purchased extra and left for the next visitor. We also purchased muffin tins and kitchen shears to add to the kitchen. All aside, we enjoyed our “Island Time” stay.

Unsafe none of the outside lights work!

When we first drove up the driveway there was an overflowing trash can and bags next to it in front of the only walk way to the door. We had to move them to the corner of the driveway, so we could walk up. It would have been nice to know where the hot tub key was located. Over all it was an ok stay. There wasn’t any cleaning spray under the sink. Only the front door outside light worked but it was motion activated and to had to walk down the steps to turn it on. The porch with the hot tub has a light fixture didn’t work. There were light fixtures on top of the garage and on the side of the house they also did not work. For a pet friendly rental and having to take your dog out in the evening down the steep driveway it was very unsafe.

Inappropriate bedding for season on all beds and the management co said can’t do anything owners didn’t supply warm blankets, everyone was cold at night. Bad electrical issues, 1/2 of house power went out 2 nights. Hottub issues resolved. When I called for help at 9:35 am I had to call them back at 4:40 to find out what was happening. No urgency on their side to communicate with us. Fireplace issue resolved by maintenance. They took all directions out of house so it took about 4 hours to fIgure our the TV system and the management co had no idea how to work them. We all liked the location, liked the size and it was comfortable for our large family. Won’t rent again due to all the issues and them not being resolved We use VRBO all over the world and have for years. This left a bad taste in my mouth which is disappointing.

Hi Karen, I am so very sorry to hear all this! We always strive for superior service and it sounds like we have let you down. The electrical issue was unfortunate, to be sure, but it was a problem with an outside line, out of our control, and now repaired. Additionally, we were required to remove all paper packets, binders, and information sheets due to Covid. That restriction has been lifted and we have since added all the information back in the home. We have also confirmed the home has plenty of warm blankets. This is one of our most loved homes and we are very sorry it was anything less than perfect for you. We would love a chance to win your business back and will be reaching out to discuss.

This house was very pretty. The only issues we had were the bunk beds seemed a little ricketty and the fireplace did not work. Other than that, we had a great time and the house was great.

The amenities of the home have everyone something to do.

The whole family had a wonderful time. Plenty of room for all us us and really comfortable. Loved the beach theme. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wife’s 60th birthday party

We chose the house because of the location and the fact it slept 16 people. It had ample parking for my kids and family members but after we got to the property we found a set of rules on the refrigerator that said only 4 cars are allowed at anytime which is ridiculous. We had additional guests joining us for a couple of hours to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday during the get together I receive a text saying we are over our limit of cars and we must do something about it. The place can park 6 to 8 cars if you are going to enforce that rule put it in the description of the house and tell people up front. I like the location but probably will not rent the house again.

Great time at the beach

The house accommodated all 14 of us well. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware/dinnerware, even has a Keurig coffee machine. The hot tub was nice and beach just across the street. The only downside was the house WiFi made it hard to text or make phone calls, it was very spotty. We had to go outside to text/phone call.
