Das bezaubernde High Tides Inn ist ein kleines, gemütliches Cottage, das sich perfekt für vier Personen eignet und leicht zu Fuß zum Strand von Roads End zu erreichen ist. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße. Location is amazing

Perfect little place for a small family. Right on the beach and close to the casino. The only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom is pretty small. Not big enough for 2 people.

Very Nice!!

Great little cottage that exceeded expectations. Very cute. Short walk to the beach. In a nice neighborhood and near restaurants. Pro tip: walk a mile to the north end of the beach to enjoy tide pools and protection from the north wind.

cozy and convenient

This house was clean and close to the beach. The backyard was a nice place to hang out. The walk to the beach is close, but the stairs down to the beach are a bit harrowing without railing. We ended up driving down a little bit to the park entrance which was easier.

The house was very nice, but it was really cold inside when we arrived at 4 on a rainy cold day. It took almost 2 hours to heat up. They asked that the heat be set at 55 when you leave. It would have been nice if someone had turned it up expecting our arrival. The hot tub was nice and warm. We did have an issue with the TV remote and they came and replaced it. However they set the heat down to 60 and we had a chilly night, not realizing it. The location was great with good close-by beach access. One concern was the next door neighbor with no trespassing gun signs. It worried our 10 year old. All on all we had a good stay at the house. The kitchen was well equipped.

I’m sorry the home was cold on arrival — our vacancy policy keeps the thermostat lower for energy reasons, but we should have pre‑heated the home for your check‑in. Regarding your comment that our staff later set it down to 60 when they visited to fix the remotes, that's certainly not common and we'll discuss this with them. It's possible that the thermostat program timed out and reset to a lower temperature. We'll take a look at it. We so appreciated hosting you and hope to welcome you back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Very cozy, private, close to the beach, and the house had everything we needed including a washer/dryer. We appreciate the quick response to our inquiry and the rental price was good. Great location!

The location of this house was the best of our stay. Very close access to the beach in a quiet tucked away neighborhood. We didnt experience the "normal" crowds of the beach with the amazing weather we experienced. I also have to say that the customer service was really great by Meredith lodging. They helped us figure out the hottub verily quickly. But all things considered. The house wasn't the cleanest. And smelled musty. Furniture had a few stains on them and there was trash under the furniture when we arrived.

Misleading listing… vrbo give as confirmation of booking but then the owner says they have a bunch of their own paperwork they want you to sign… I don’t sing anything without having an attorney look it over… these people are trying to scam…. It should say clearly in their listing that they have additional paperwork they want signed… no where does it say vrbo required that !!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a really nice time at your high tides beach home. Home is close enough to the ocean to walk, two minute drive to the casino, and ten minutes to the outlet stores. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Hot tub was was clean and hot. We wanted to check in early since we arrived in Lincoln city 3 hours before check in time. After three phone calls we were told it wouldn't be available for early check in. We went by to see for ourself and the house was clean and empty. Maybe a lack of communication with the cleaning staff. Other than that I highly recommend this home.

Disappointed in the BBQ, expected a higher quality option. The fence along the side of the hot tub was missing and did not provide any privacy. Had an issue checking into the property, had to call for assistance.
