The Lodge 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a sleeping loft, The Lodge sleeps 8–9 guests comfortably and is ideal for families, couples, or groups seeking a mountain-lake escape. Inside, enjoy high-end finishes, three fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, and expansive living spaces. Outside, unwind on the wraparound deck, soak in the hot tub, or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

This three-story lodge sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably:
Primary Suite (Lower Level): King bed, TV, private en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, plus deck and hot tub access.
Bedroom 2 (Main Level): King bed, TV, en-suite bath, high ceilings, and large closet.
Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Queen bed with private bath and cozy leather seating area.
Loft: Queen bed, sofa, and additional play or workspace.

Main Floor Half Bath for guests.

Each suite features luxury linens, Beekman 1802 bath products, hair dryers, and flat-screen TVs for your comfort.

You will have direct access to our private boat dock (The Barn also uses the dock if rented) on Douglas Lake.

We have 2 kayaks available for your pleasure. Local marinas do have motorboat rentals available.

Douglas Lake has become a popular recreational site where visitors can enjoy picnicking, fishing and more!

Besides being a top spot for fishing, it also has exceptional opportunities for boating.

Visit all five marinas and restaurants on Douglas Lake, skydiving, water sports, Visit Revolutionary War Graveyard, Lighthouse Pointe Marina, the shops at Roper Mansion, Hot Air Ballooning, Smoky Mountain Motorcycle Museum, Smokey Mountain Petting Zoo, Patriot Hill Golf Club, Forbidding Caverns, Bushes Beans, and many more local activities.

Angelo’s Italian Restaurant on Douglas Lake is a great place to visit by boat or car.
For your enjoyment we provide the following amenities so you do not have to bring them from home:

Beekman 1802 bath Soaps, Shampoo, Conditioner and Lotion, all towels for the baths. All bedding to include linens.

Coffee regular and decaf to include filters. Basic Kitchen dishes, glasses, coffee cups, utensils, pots/pans, cutlery, knives, small appliances, and some spices to utilize during your time at Smoke Rise.

You will also find other basic needed items that will make your stay more enjoyable.

Internet access instructions will be sent to you the day of arrival as well as be posted inside the property.
