Cozy clean place steps from beach

We had a wonderful time here! It’s less than a five minute walk to the beach. Our host was very responsive and helpful, providing local recommendations and answering our questions. The bed was comfortable and balcony was a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!

Great location but missed the mark

Place was clean and had a great location. I messaged the owner right away that we needed bedding for the pullout couch and didn’t receive a timely response back. My son slept with no sheets or two nights. Beach chairs provided were busted as well. I’d say it’s a great stay for a couple.

Our host gave us great directions for self check in, though we had no idea had to call the elevator. But once other guests showed up to tell us how the elevator worked, everything else about the stay was great. We could walk to the beach, had easy access to the amazing Panderri bakery and restaurant, and easy access to the food kiosks. The sheets could use upgrading, but the bed and shower were great, and the refrigerator and microwave were welcome.

Great location and fair price

The location was central to everything within walking distance and short drive. The unit itself was clean and served its purpose. Only issues I had was the amount of times keys were needed from opening the front door, to elevator use, to unit was a bit of a nuisance. Also, there are two sleeping arrangements; one bed and one pullout which did not specify sleeping arrangements must be disclosed prior to booking. Otherwise, it is assumed you and your guest will be sharing a bed. Thankfully, my “guest” was my son. Had it been a friend I don’t think this would be appropriate.

Just okay

Check was a bit complicated due to the room not being ready. But the property is exactly as pictured. Very clean and tons of security. Super close to the beach and other areas of interest.BUT it is WAY too bright at night. There is so much light from the kitchen and bathroom that sleeping is impossible without some kind of eye covering or updating the window coverings. There were 4 pillows and 3 pillow cases, no top sheet on the bed or extra linens if needed. And the gate romote is a bit janky but works. It can also be quite loud due the proximity to the main road.

5th Wedding Anniversary

Absolutely falsely advertised! The pic shows the ocean off the deck, which is a 2 foot concrete slab housing an old rusty generator and a paddle. The beach & a deck in the ad for this rental are at least 1/4 miles away. Horrible neighborhood. The host did answer & assist us in checking in immediately. The property was immaculate. We would never stay in a parking lot faced rental at any cost, but especially this price!!! We left after 1.5 days of 3 paid. So much for our Ocean View
