Jose and his family were wonderful guests - so kind! They took great care of our property and we’d welcome them back anytime.

Maria and her party arrived to find the event they were planning to attend (Spring Ho) cancelled. It was also the hottest week of the year with daytime temperatures up to 105. I arranged for the AC company to immediately come and check the unit. The unit was thoroughly serviced, checked and verified to be in top working performance. That night they had temps of 72 - cool and comfortable. When I arrived to meet the AC repairman there 6-7 cars with at least 15 people there. They were prepping for a family party. Clearly in violation of our policies for number of guests and events. We clearly state that we have wet weather creeks - with the sweltering July heat and no rain for months the creek beds are currently dry. We always caution about being in the country with wasps, spiders etc. No one has ever been "attacked"! The house is sprayed monthly and is absolutely not filled with spiders and scorpions. Maria had a house full of teenagers and locals that were bored due to the cancellation of the carnivals, street dances etc. Rather than say something negative about her I chose to not review her... other owners beware. Check out my reviews for the past two years on other sites and the guests that stayed after. We are very sorry Maria's stay was not satisfactory and wish her the best.

The guests never indicated there were any issues during their stay or on the check out sheet. The bathrooms had been thoroughly cleaned and were ready for their stay. We strive to provide an enjoyable stay and want guests to be comfortable.
