In der beliebten Ergänzung von Spencer's Landing ist dieses erstklassige Eckhaus ein SWEET-Rückzugsort und "hat alles". Dieses zweistöckige Strandhaus ist brandneu auf dem Vermietungsmarkt und verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder, zwei Wohnbereiche und bietet Platz für 16 Personen. 504 Spencer's Landing ist der "Eckpfeiler" dieser Unterteilung, mit der perfekten Lage "in der Stadt" dazwischen 11. und Bahnhofsstraßen. Es ist nur eine kurze Fahrt zum Strand über die Sandcastle Road oder einen noch kürzeren Spaziergang über die Straße zum Gemeinschaftspool. Das im Jahr 2015 professionell eingerichtete Haus verfügt über alle neuen Möbel und Betten, 4 Flachbildfernseher, DVD-Player und WLAN. Das Haus ist mit einem 3/2-Wohnbereich, einem Essbereich und einer Küche im Obergeschoss sowie einem 1/1-Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss ausgestattet. Schlafgelegenheiten sind toll! Es gibt einen König in der MB, Königin in der 2. BR, 2 Sätze von Twin über volle Etagenbetten in der 3. BR (beide Heavy-Duty-Metall), 2 Queen-Schlafsofas - eines im Obergeschoss und eines im Erdgeschoss, und 2 Einzelbetten in die 4. BR unten. Außerdem hat jedes Schlafzimmer einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank für all Ihre Sachen. Die Küche ist voll möbliert mit "neu" allem, was man braucht, und es gibt einen zweiten großen Kühlschrank im Erdgeschoss für all Ihre zusätzlichen Getränke, Eis und Fisch, die Sie vielleicht fangen. Das Haus verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe, einen Grill, eine Außendusche und einen überdachten Carport. Es gibt viele private Parkplätze in der Einfahrt für Autos und ein Boot sowie zusätzliche ausgewiesene Parkplätze an der Seite des Hauses. Eine große Veranda bietet Blick auf den Pool, viel Schatten und Meeresbrise. Ein Eintrag ohne Schlüssel bietet zusätzliche Sicherheit, einfaches Ein- und Auschecken und keine Schlüssel, mit denen Sie Schritt halten oder die Sie verlieren müssen. Great house for large gatherings

My wife and I stayed at the "Flip Flop Stop" with a group of friends for a beach getaway. There were 10 adults total and we had plenty of room. Everyone had a bed and there were two left over, not including the pullout couches. The house was super clean when we checked in and it had everything we needed. One couple stayed in the downstairs bedroom. They said that it was a little warm, but not miserable. The main living area upstairs is very spacious. When we were up there hanging out, it never felt crowded even when everyone was up there. The balcony is a great spot to hang out. Plenty of room up there. The beach is close, but probably not walking distance if you're carrying a bunch of gear. Great house overall. We'd definitely stay again.

Beautiful roomy home

We arrived for our family vacation right at 4pm for. Check in and there was garbage left in front of the house and had a dirty bbq pit. There was also empty bottles laying outside as well. The inside of the property was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. Rooms are large and roomy. There was plenty of towels and extra blankets a linen for use. The downstairs rooms were kinda plain. Nothing special like the up stairs area which was very well decorated. I feel the downstairs was just an after thought of a space. Also the room downstairs would make more sense to have a full or queen beds with a bunk bed as well. Over all the place was very nice. And the location was perfect.

From the get go until we vacated we were kept well informed. Easy access, just give them a call and you’ll receive a text for entry codes and other info regarding your rental. Flip Flop Stop is very accommodating if you have a large group, corner unit, 3 vehicles and 3 carts, no prob with parking, lots of amenities,coffee pot and a keurig! well kept, clean. I’ve read some reviews stating the room downstairs was to warm but didn’t find it to be at all. Air conditioning and fans were perfect. The floors in this room are cement so you may want to consider when deciding on choosing your rooms especially if you have little ones. Great location! I will most definitely rent this property again🙂

We spent two months this winter and found the home to be very clean and equipped with everything needed to let you know the owners and management company really care about their renters. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in a good location and easy to get to. Plenty of room for us four. Clean and in good shape. We will be renting from PAE again.
