Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
The owners are easy to communicate with.The unit is less spacious than the photos make it seem.The property in the unit is all very used (tables, chairs, sofa, kitchen and its utensils/tools, the bed and bed frame and sheets, etc.)The property includes access to a shared washing room, which has a washer and dryer for laundry as well as a dishwasher and a sink and a mini fridge.***The property is listed as a "house" but it is a lower-unit apartment. The upper unit is frequently rented to weekend visitors (sometimes longer) who can be heard walking and talking from within the lower unit. The owners of the listing live right next door; i.e. the primary residence of the lot. This means there is shared parking on the driveway and sometimes your car will be blocked, whether the owners have guests, or whether the upper unit is occupied, or whether the owners have contractors onsite performing work.***The wifi is shared with the upper unit. Even when I only had my devices connected to the wifi, it was slow and only sometimes reliable. When the upper unit was occupied and they also connected to the wifi, the wifi became unusable.
