Schöne Wohnung im 2. und 3. Stock in einer ruhigen Gegend in North Myrtle Beach. Zwei kurze Blocks vom Meer entfernt, oder wenn Sie es vorziehen, befindet sich der glitzernde Pool direkt vor der HaustĂŒr. Ein etwas lĂ€ngerer Spaziergang oder eine sehr kurze Fahrt bringt Sie zur Main Street NMB mit ihren Restaurants, Shag Clubs und anderen AktivitĂ€ten. Die Lage ist in der NĂ€he von mehr Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, als Sie jemals besuchen könnten. Golfen und das beste Minigolf des Landes (laut The Travel Channel) befinden sich ganz in der NĂ€he. Die Hauptattraktion ist natĂŒrlich der wunderschöne Strand und der Atlantik!

Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber 2 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss, beide mit komfortablen Kingsize-Betten. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Vollbad. Ein halbes Bad ist unten. Einheit verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche und Waschmaschine und Trockner. Dieses GerĂ€t ist unser zweites Zuhause, daher gibt es einige persönliche GegenstĂ€nde wie Bilder und Fotos. Es ist sicher kein generisches Hotelzimmer oder Apartment!

Dies ist eine ruhige und freundliche Anlage, daher bitten wir die Besucher, unsere Nachbarn zu respektieren. Und vor allem einen schönen Besuch!

Leider sind fĂŒr unsere Bikerfreunde keine MotorrĂ€der erlaubt. GemĂ€ĂŸ HOA-Richtlinien können nur Besitzer Haustiere in der Unterkunft mitbringen. Ein Fahrzeug pro GĂ€stegruppe bitte. Der im GerĂ€t bereitgestellte Besucherparkausweis sollte in der Windschutzscheibe angezeigt werden. Das HOA erlaubt es Besuchern auch nicht, Golfwagen mitzubringen.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay while dropping our daughter off at college. Everything we needed was here and it is a 10 minute walk or short drive to the public parking to access the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within the area. Will definitely book again when visiting our daughter!

Great spot in North Myrtle Beach

The place had a nice homey feel and good space to hang out. The pool right out front was perfect and it was a quick drive to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and the neighbor we met was very friendly. Great value. We would definitely do this again!

Myrtle Beach 1st Time Visitors

Property was great, clean, perfect for my son & I, quiet, easy access, convenient parking, pool right outside the condo. Very short drive to beach access. Paul the owner was very easy to communicate with, always responded promptly to any questions we had. This was our 1st experience with VRBO and I would definitely do it again. We will be back to Myrtle Beach and would definitely stay at this condo again!

We stayed for two months (January and February) at Paul and Judy's beach getaway, during our own getaway from the frozen North. Although the winter months in North Myrtle Beach are not as warm as farther south, the temps are very comfortable, averaging around 60. The condo was cozy and comfortable, and the beach is just a short ten minute walk away. North Myrtle Beach is much quieter than Myrtle Beach. Paul was an attentive host and made us feel welcome from the beginning. We felt completely at home here and didn't want to leave!

Lovely Stay!

Great location and very reasonably priced. This was a girl's trip and overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely reserve again. We used a wagon to haul our gear to the beach--it was about a 10 minute walk and pretty much a straight shot down one road. Only a couple minor things to improve the experience would be larger sheets (the fitted sheet kept on popping off), and maybe less owner items around the property. I don't mind pictures, but things like the random baseball cap on the table were off-putting. I also think replacing or painting the trim and shoe molding in the bathrooms would make it have a cleaner feel. And last but not least, there were no hand towels in any of the bathrooms so we had to use bath towels. There were plenty of those, so not a big deal!

North Ga Mountaineers Go To The Beach

The property is just as described! It is a beautiful and comfortable condo that is perfect for a family of four. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach was not overcrowded, which surprised us since it was the week of July 4th while we were there. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the neighbors are all nice and friendly (they wave at you and say hello :-)). This condo literally overlooks the pool which was very nice and convenient! The temps were not as hot as Florida which was nice, too. There are lots of restaurants and shops in North Myrtle Beach, but you can head on down to the attractions in Myrtle Beach in about 30 minutes. The owner, Paul, will respond to any message or question you send him very promptly. He was GREAT. Thank you, Paul, for sharing your little slice of Heaven with us and for making sure we had everything we needed! It was an awesome week for our family, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again ourselves! :-).

Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking when I stayed,. Pool is clean, just the right temperature, and not crowded. Kitchen is well equipped. Really great that each bedroom has it's own full bath, especially from a single dad's standpoint with 2 daughters! Beds were comfortable. Local beach access parking&beach were not crowded. We felt comfortable, relaxed and at home while staying.

I'm Paul and my wife is Judy. We have always loved the beach and have brought the kids here since they were babies. It had always been a dream of ours to have our own place at the beach. A few years ago it all came together and we were blessed with our beach condo. It' s our escape and our happy place. At first we didn't want to rent and keep it all to ourselves. That is why the place has many more personal touches than most rental units. Reality set in as well as simple economics so we began to rent to fellow beach lovers.

When we aren't lounging around NMB, we are at home in western NC working hard, planning our next beach trip or vacay. "Work hard, play hard" is one of our favorite mottos!

This property is a wonderful mix of all the wonderful things at the beach. It is in a quiet, primarily residential neighborhood, near the end of a dead end street. The walk to the beach is 0.4 mile and pretty easy to do in about 10 minutes. The walk is easy and no major streets have to be crossed, except Ocean Blvd. Of course, if you'd rather drive, there are numerous accesses close by as well.
Even though the area is quiet and relaxing, all the excitement that Myrtle Beach has to offer is close by.
