My trip was to spend time with my grands and daughters. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The condo shows more wear than the photos showed and I had some issues with dishwasher but the host was quick to send someone out. As a former condo owner in the Orange beach area for 16 years I think that the condo could use some TLC to make it an amazing place but overall it was a nice place, the complex is great with lots to do and the host was great

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad Phoenix on the Bay 1228 was clean and the beds were comfortable, and that the complex offered plenty to do. We apologize the condo showed more wear than the photos and for the dishwasher issues — we're pleased maintenance was able to respond quickly. We will share your notes with the owner and our maintenance team so the TLC you suggested can be scheduled. We appreciate the 4-star rating and hope to welcome you back to the Gulf Coast in the future. Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

Great place to stay!!!

This place was clean inside and out. We loved the condo and the grounds and pool were kept up great. Location was good also. Not in the middle of the gulf shore crowd. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay

This place was great! The only downside of our stay was that the properties maintenance team came inside the condo several times on different days for “inspections,” which I was not used to. Other than that I would stay again.

Loved the property

My family loved our stay at Phoenix by the Bay. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that a week before our stay we got word that the lazy River and one of the 2 outdoor pools would be closed due to renovations.

Gorgeous and spacious bay condo

We enjoyed this very roomy 3 bedroom condo on the bayside. Extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for an excellent stay with our family. We had more than enough room for 4 adults and 4 teenagers to comfortably stay. The condo was in pristine condition! The pool and slide was thoroughly enjoyed during our stay, very clean and plenty of chairs and tables available even on a holiday weekend. The slip for our boat was convenient and safe as well as the entire facility is very well maintained! Close access by car or boat to everything you want to do while at the beach. Would definitely recommend this condo.

This condo was Perfect!!

This was our first trip to Orange Beach and we had a blast! This condo was perfect! It felt so safe! Great location! Very close to anything you could want to do. The pools and lazy river were very nice. The parking is covered. Every room has a tv and a bathroom attached. It’s very nice to have a washer and dryer. Pack a little laundry soap. They only leave 1 load worth. Also pack dishwasher soap if you plan to cook. And extra toilet paper if you stay long. We had so much fun! I already want to go again!

Family Beach Vacation

What a wonderful time! Our first day was spent by the lazy river while resort wasn’t crowded. We rented a boat slip for our pontoon and spent 3 days on the beach. The unit was roomy enough for 6 adults and 4 kids (8 mo. to 11 yr). (Could use another barstool.) We had an issue with the dryer, but Luxury Vacation quickly resolved. We reported an issue with the washer & stove before new renters, but neither hampered our stay. A large palm tree at the balcony obstructs the view of the docks & part of the lazy river, but that can’t be helped—just FYI. We had stayed at POB 2 on 2 previous trips; this was our first to POB, & we will be back!
