I truly do not know where to start 1. cleaning fee is for when you leave did not apply to your arrival 2. I have an excellent cleaning staff sheets are washed every time bed spread is cleaned with upholstery steamer finding a band aid is highly unlikely unless one of your group dropped it how can you wash sheets and make a bed with a band aid still there 3. bathroom and kitchen are cleaned and disinfected I have lived in 3 different states no matter how much you clean one day the next day spider web is back the second floor bathroom was not dirty grout used was a different color and did not look good this was brought to my attention after you left and NOT BY YOU 4. TV pixels went and we were replacing it and we did within 15 minutes of your arrival it was all set 5.wall paper is NOT in every room. Dining doom , kitchen and one wall adjacent to the stairs master bedroom we had the worse heat in history the heat made the wall paper loose in the dining room and stair wall I was not aware of it when it was brought to my attention NOT BY YOU it took me 20 minutes to fix it all. 6. yard was not usable PLEASE ..you told me this when we came with a TV replacement I looked at the yard we had winds and it took me 5 minutes to fix the private yard space is really cute deck with a new rug propane grill and we added a charcoal grill like you see in parks large picnic table and the deck had wrap around benches and a cafe table with chairs the only thing I will agree on is that the garden section at the far end of the yard was high I do have yard service they come every monday and the rain was crazy and everything just grew This was in no way in your path of enjoying everything else . 7.3rd bedroom access is far from unsafe and everyone loves it 8 kitchen ok this is where I absolutely lose it . it was well stocked nothing was wrong with the dishwasher or coffee machine it was not broken I had a note on the machine telling everyone the best cycle to use. there was a coffee drip machine , keurig, french press . percolator , coffee bean grinder, .microwave , stove oven/ garbage disposal , dishwasher new dishes and silverware and glasses frig .was clean 2 small shelves on the door were taken freezer had ice in it my property manager left it there in case you needed it . 9 . I have no idea why you would write what you did it is very offensive to exaggerate I said you were not happy at all the minute you got there. you said I never responded not true and you know it I called repetively , sent a message and drove over a few times to offer you another unit for free as well as the one you were in I offered you that garden space as well YOU NEVER CALLED BACK so you would have had use of 2 units
