Unser großes Einfamilienhaus befindet sich am Ende der Straße in einem beliebten Viertel von Harwich Port und bietet endlosen Spaß für Ihre gesamte Gruppe. Entspannen Sie sich auf dem Achterdeck und beobachten Sie, wie die Kinder in unserem Klettergerüst mit Leitern, Kletterstangen und einer Rutsche herumlaufen und spielen. Holen Sie sich alle zusammen für ein Pick-up-Spiel Basketball, da sich unsere Auffahrt für ein Basketballfeld verdoppelt. Der Red River Beach liegt nur 3 Autominuten entfernt. Unser Hauptquartier befindet sich gleich um die Ecke von der Main Street und der Innenstadt von Harwich Port. Gehen Sie durch die Haustür unseres Hauses und finden Sie einen kombinierten Wohn- / Essbereich mit einem großen Flachbild-TV, bequemen Sofas mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und hohen Tischen und Stühlen. Die erste Etage bietet auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein formelles Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, ein komplettes Badezimmer und ein ruhiges Wohnzimmer mit einem Kamin, der zum Lesen oder Entspannen einlädt. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei weitere Schlafzimmer: der Master mit einem Kingsize-Bett, ein weiteres mit einem Queensize-Bett und das dritte mit drei vollen Betten (zwei Etagenbetten) sowie einem weiteren Badezimmer. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen eine zentrale Klimaanlage, WLAN, Kabel-TV, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner im Keller, ein Gasgrill sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher für jeden Gast. The house was very clean and very spacious. I was there with some friends on a September golf trip and found the property and it's location to be fabulous. There were quality golf courses near by as well as ample restaurants, shopping and site seeing areas. I would not hesitate to rent the property again and I would not hesitate to recommend the property to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great family trip

My family (wife, 3 year old and 11 month old) recently stayed at the house and really enjoyed it. The check in process and communication was seamless. The house eas spacious and had a great cape cod feel. We spent a lot of time on the big back deck. The kids loved the play space and basketball hoop. We would go back again.

Great spot for a family getaway!

This place was amazing from the space of the house, the backyard with huge deck and the play area saved us with our 2 and 4 year olds. There’s one bedroom downstairs so anyone staying with family gets privacy. 5 minute drive to red river beach; texts with the landlord daily if anything needed. I highly recommend.

Great relaxing summer trip with kids home from college.

Everything about the trip was really nice. The property was well represented in the pictures. Clean, nice, spacious and comfortable. Del Mar was super professional and responsive. The location was also nice. Plenty of parking and close to lots of restaurants, stores and the bike trail. Walk to nice beach was safe and easy. Close to harbor for more activities and the ferry.

Great cape location

We headed to the cape for a golf weekend and this house was a great fit. It had plenty of room and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There was a little confusion as the listing said six beds but there were only 5. Not a big deal for us but something the next renter should be aware of. Overall a nice place to stay.

AMAZING.

Loved our stay in Harwich Port. The house was wonderful - loved the aesthetic, the yard, deck and basketball hoop. Has all the amenities we were looking for inside and out. Excellent for two families. We had 4 adults and three kids. Only con is the kitchen appliances were a little dated - so if you are looking for a large cook's kitchen - this may not be your choice. But, we grilled every night and ate dinner on the deck. We would rent this house again!

Wonderful Time at The Cape

We had a wonderful time at the property during our 5 day stay. The home is beautifully decorated throughout and very neat and clean. There was plenty of room for all six of us and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots and utensils needed to cook our meals and the barbecue worked great for our outdoor dining after we shopped at close by supermarkets. We ventured out during the day to the local bowling lanes where we had a good time and they were so friendly. Our trip to the Pirate Museum was very interesting and educational. At Martha’s Vineyard the stores and the small Victorian houses called painted ladies were nice and made for a fun outing. The times spent at the house were enjoyable because the house was so cozy and well stocked with games and plenty of TV channels. The only inconvenience was that everyone had to take the sheets off their beds and put them and their used towels in a laundry bag that was provided before leaving. But I would definitely recommend your home to anyone traveling to the Cape.

Nice play for kids to enjoy

The outdoor aspects of this property are clearly the best. Plenty of room to play and enjoy the secluded deck. The interior needs updating, especially the kitchen and baths. The bedrooms have little closet space and the lighting is difficult - mostly lamps without wall switches. But overall it was OK for a family weekend with good weather.

This was a lovely Home and great location. We stayed two weeks with our family and friends and had one of our best vacations. The house is so, so cozy - we never felt like we were “away from home”. Comfortable beds and furniture, GREAT living space. The kitchen is just fine - lots of kitchen and dining utilities (pots, plates, platters, etc) and great neighborhood. Highly recommend and would definitely go back. Short drive to the beach and walking trail and so close to lots of food options and ice cream! The property manager was very helpful, kind and responsive and did a great job. Made the experience very easy.

Perfect for Families

Great family vacation rental. Plenty of room for the whole family. Close to beaches and Harwich Port. Back yard and deck are great for gathering. House is just as shown in listing photos. Del Mar Vacations was easy to work with and very accommodating.
