Drei Schlafzimmer zwei Badezimmer Eigentumswohnung mit Blick auf einen riesigen Teich und den schönen Strandläufer Golfplatz. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit 2 Queensize-Betten, 2 Einzelbetten und einem Queen-Schlafsofa ausgestattet. Sandpiper Bay ist auch nur wenige Minuten von den schönen Stränden von Sunset Beach entfernt. Diese Wohnung beinhaltet alles, was Sie für einen Tag am Strand oder einen Tag in einem der beiden Pools auf dem Grundstück benötigen. Diese Wohnung verfügt über eine komplett eingerichtete Küche / Essbereich, die im Februar 2018 komplett renoviert wurde. Condo umfasst eine neue Full-Size-Waschmaschine und Trockner, Kühlschrank,

The condo had so many ‘extras’ which added to the relaxing vibe. The kitchen had everything for us to be able to cook many meals, the extra beach stuff and beach towels were handy. We even had a gator visitor to watch from the balcony. Close to everything we wanted - beach and good food!

Very nice condo. Lovely community and pools were great. The owners were easy to work with and accommodating. About 3.5 miles to a beautiful beach. Be prepared to now pay for public parking at the beach 5-10 per day used.

Our 2025 beach trip

Every year for vacation my while family plans a stay either at the beach or in the mountains. This condo was awasome. We had 4 kids and 5 adults to stay and we all were comfortable. The owers was very good at keeping in touch and it was very clean. Youre not to far from either of the pool locations and the beach is less then 12 minutes away. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We love this place!

This was our second time staying here, because we enjoyed it so much! Very neat and clean, and quiet neighborhood. 15-20 mins from everything.

Cute Condo

The condo itself it’s very clean & cute. Some things to note when staying it is not close to anything so a rental car is a must (not a lot of Ubers available), no hair dryer or bath soaps. You have to supply your own bed sheets and towels. There is a place you can rent those items by the day but with 3 bedrooms the cost adds up on top of what your already paying for renting the condo.

Good location

Easy check in; About 10 minutes to the beach and surrounding towns with shopping and restaurants. You will need towels and other linens. Other than that this space has you covered!

We came down for a weekend getaway. It was the perfect condo for our group. I have a 9 and 2 year old and it was the perfect size for us all. The condo was extremely well kept and comfortable. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Run Sunset Weekend

This was a perfect location for the Run sunset weekend. Great place to stay close to the beach, quaint condo on one of the golf courses. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Hewett Family Getaway

Our family went on a short getaway to Sunset Beach to celebrate a relative’s birthday in the local area. We’ve stayed at this condo before and it’s a perfect location with perfect accommodations. The owners have been extremely accommodating during each of our stays. They communicate with us often to make sure our needs are met. Great location

If you’re looking to stay near Calabash and Sunset Beach this condo is a great location. Had some trouble with the door lock yet Rich did inform us of the electronic lock was not working and he had a back-up plan in place with easy to follow directions. Once inside, the layout was great and the decor was fun too; however, we immediately noticed the smell of cigarette smoke seemingly covered up by an aerosol spray. When making the owner aware of this smell, upon our arrival, he informed us that the non-smoking listing has a neighbor downstairs who smokes and then also shared the person that lives there full time is a smoker. If you’re not sensitive to a smoke smell then you probably may not have even noticed yet we have an allergy in our family which makes us a bit more sensitive to it. Had we known this beforehand we would have picked a different place. Rich was very communicative and shared information about the lock beforehand and the smoke when asked directly. We would have liked a bit more glassware yet the other than that the kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. The pools were warm but easily accessible and a short walk from the condo.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very spacious inside and extremely clean and cozy The property owner was very quick in responding to any questions I had. We love this area and often take last minute quick trips between busy schedules so this was perfect! Very close to the beach as well, we made several trips during our short stay.

Great getaway with a peaceful view

This condo was great. Fully equipped for a stay. Even have an indoor foreman grill and a ninja blender.. there are three queen beds if you count the sofabed and two twins. View from the master bedroom balcony is overlooking a pond and golf course. Two separate pool areas are available for use. Overall very happy with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Condo in Sandpiper Bay

The condo was very spacious. Good for golfers. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Easy entry with no problems for the week. The mattresses need to be replaced! Not conducive for a great sleep. Overall though a great weekend.
