Pleasant weekend getaway

This was a rural property, but still convenient to many of the attractions in this area of the NY Finger Lakes region. Very comfortable for the two couples and dog that were on this stay. Room for at least two more, but third couple would not have not have close access to a bathroom. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Finger Lakes Fun

We enjoyed our stay at Morning Dove very much. Pat and all provided a lot of very helpful information prior to check in and was very responsive to any requests for information. It's cozy, comfortable and convenient to Keuka and Seneca Lake wineries, breweries and Watkins Glen for hiking. A nice, quiet, and peaceful area with the hot tub and private outdoor area as a bonus.

Memorial Day Weekend

Great location, cute place, had everything we needed, plenty of room for 5 adult guests. Martha was quick to respond to all of my questions, Seamless check-in was appreciated given we were only there for a weekend. I will try to get back for a fall wine trip!

we had tickets to the 6 hours at the glen. We wanted a place close enough to the track but also close enough to all the other things to do in the area. this property was an excellent choice. very accommodating. we would do it again!!!

My siblings and I stayed at this property over Memorial Weekend. It was lovely, larger than expected from the photos and the perfect location between the 2 lakes. It was great we got to bring our family pets too. The hot tub makes an even better added bonus. Highly recommend this property and property manager

Girls Weekend

Extended holiday girls weekend spent exploring the Finger Lakes Region. House was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. Extremely clean, enjoyed sleeping quarters being on opposite wings with kitchen being central. Hot tub was great addition to end our busy days exploring and hiking. Enjoyed our stay very much and would choose to stay here again.

Relaxing stay

My husband and I stayed for the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The property was as described, and the highlights were the fire pit and the hot tub. There was plenty of space for the two of us, and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck enjoying our morning coffee. Communication with the owners at arrival and check-out was efficient and very easy.

1st Anniversary Getaway

This property was a great place to stay to relax and get away from normal day hussle and bussle. The location was close to both Seneca & Keuka Wine Trails which left the possibilities endless. The cottage itself with decor and ambiance gave it a real romantic stressless feel. We whole heartedly enojyed staying here and would reccomend staying here for future visits.

Nice Cottage

Everything was just as expected. The pictures are accurate and the cleanliness was immaculate. Very close to the town of Penn Yan and easy, short drives to other towns. We were mainly there to compete in a triathlon in Geneva, and it suited us perfectly. Would recommend!

Fall Fun!

We are the ‘82 Girls, six high school BFF’s & this was our second stay at Diamond Inn the Bluff, first visit was in 2016. We Love everything about the home & location! Very private but not far from activities. We LOVE the Windmill craft & flea market. The house is cozy & clean & we enjoy the hot tub as an added bonus! Just WOW

from the moment you walk in you can tell the host cares about the renters. Very inviting and though of. Everything is cleaned and staged to welcome you in. I would definitely stay here again. Complete privacy and only thing you hear is some occasional road traffic and horse and buggy noises. This place is great to relax and enjoy the area

Home was all as advertised. 3 Bedrooms were perfect for the six adults staying there . A lot of room so we were not on top of each other . Nice yard with grill, fire pit and hot tub which were very much appreciated . Nice area of NY, visited the Corning glass museum, Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake. Very highly recommended.

Cute and quaint

Morning Dove was perfect for our little getaway to the Finger Lakes. The house was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was convenient for accessing various wineries and state parks. My only suggestion would be to install better lighting by the hot tub. I read previous reviews about how dark it is in the back of house. We solved the problem by bringing a camping lantern from home which worked well. We enjoyed our time and can’t wait to come back soon!

The inside was as pictured. The windows and window sills can use a cleaning (we had the windows open). The outside was TERRIBLE. Weeds all over, deck furniture dirty & rusty, deck in need of a staining, area around the hot tub was not at all inviting so we didn’t even use it. The garage and shed are dilapidated and should be knocked down or restored. The outside needs a complete makeover!!!

Very Accomodating

There was a hot water issue during our stay last weekend (which does not seem to be a common occurrence looking at previous reviews). When we brought up the problem, we were quickly offered to stay at another one of the owner's properties without question or any hassle. The owner was very quick to answer any and all texts we had which made the hot water issue have minimal impact on our honeymoon weekend. Both places we stayed at were very clean and well kept. Only recommendation I would have is to add more curtains to the windows. There were curtains in areas that were necessary (ie bedroom, bathroom) but I feel more comfortable at night when curtains are drawn even in the living room, etc.
