Our group of six adults stayed at the property for two nights in early August. On our first night, we ended up having no water. I immediately alerted the host and did not hear back for several hours. When they did reply, at 12:30 in the morning, they told us to turn off the hose. We did not have any hose running nor could find any hose on the property. The next morning there was still no water and we reached out via text, email, and phone call several times before finally getting a phone call back. At that point, the host did tell us that he was sending over people to look into the issue. The people that came were very competent and professional and realized that it was a broken well pump. They told us it was going to take several hours to fix, and therefore we were not able to shower and had no fresh water for the day. although I do understand these things happen, there was absolutely zero response from the host as far as monetary compensation, sending freshwater for us, or checking on the well-being of the people at the property.
