The property was very nice, very clean, but I didnât like that one bathroom â I donât know about the second, my sister used that one â had no curtains. I could see lights from the window in the house behind and wasnât comfortable with that. Same thing for the kitchen window. I must have erred when I booked the home â use of the hot tub was part of the price, but I donât recall clicking on that. Also, I saw that a laundry dryer was listed and advised my sister and brother in law not to overpack so that all four of us could pack light so as not to check any luggage. Told them we could do laundry. Nope. On the day before our arrival an email was sent telling me that the dryer was broken. We did do two loads of wash, but had to go out in the rain to dry our clothes. I contacted Meredith about this and suggested that I be refunded the cost of the hot tub to kind of balance the dryer problem. Answer was no. There was only one bar of soap for the bathroom, not one for sink and one for shower. My sister said that was also the case for their bathroom.
