The property is and was professionally cleaned. It states clearly there is another property on this location. This location also is professionally sprayed and treated for mice, however it’s in the country surrounded my wildlife they will get in no matter what. For the hot tub as soon as we where notified it had a little dirt the cleaner went over there that night and resolved the issue. The ice maker yes this is my fault we are waiting on a piece to come in unfortunately with Covid the manufacturer is not producing it right now. I hope everyone looks at this sight and the other sight seeing we have tons of reviews and looks past this one individual.

We do apologize for any inconveniences you may have felt, but the property was properly cleaned passing all inspection with no signs of roach or other bugs before or after you left. This property as well as our other properties are sprayed regular to prevent bugs of any kind from living in the resident. Considering the previous guests checkout at 11 and all owners and cleaners stayed/cleaned/viewed the property and no one saw or complained of any bugs we felt the accusations were not accurate. We understand some guest don't comprehend what it means to be a country property and that peace and quiet for relaxation means no hussle and bussle near by, but that is the beauty of the property. Unfortunately, we felt this was the real reason for wanting to leave the property. Our company has a strick refund policy as well as a strict cleaning schedule. We apologize for whatever inconvenience you felt, and pray you are happier with your next vacation choice.
