Wunderschönes historisches Bauernhaus auf dem oberen Hügel unseres 200 Hektar großen Bauernhofs. Für den Preis bekommen Sie das ganze Haus für sich. Wenn Sie schon immer einmal Landleben erleben wollten, dann ist es das! Kommen Sie und genießen Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht! Das Haus verfügt über viele moderne Aktualisierungen, hat aber immer noch die ursprüngliche Holzarbeit und den Charme des Bauernhauses. Sie werden sich weit weg vom Trubel fühlen und dennoch in der Nähe vieler beliebter Hochzeitslokale, Restaurants, Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in der Gegend wie Weston und Snow Creek sein. Das Spielzeugzimmer ist perfekt für Kinder! Treffen Sie sich mit Freunden oder der Familie und machen Sie gemeinsam lustige Erinnerungen auf dem Bauernhof!

Das Bauernhaus liegt etwa 20 Minuten nordöstlich der historischen Innenstadt von Weston, Missouri, 30 Minuten vom Skigebiet Snow Creek, 30 Minuten von Atchison, Kansas, 30 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen Kansas City und 10 km südlich von St. Joseph, Missouri. Es liegt etwa 30 Meilen nördlich von Kansas City, Missouri.

Die Hauptebene besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Esszimmer, einem Badezimmer, einer Küche und einem Spielzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Fernseher mit einem Blu-Ray-DVD-Player und Kabel. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch und einen Bürostuhl auf der Hauptebene. In der Küche finden Sie Folgendes: Töpfe und Pfannen, Backformen, Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien, Toaster, 12-Tassen-Kaffeemaschine, Keurig-Kaffeemaschine. Topftopf, Bratpfanne, Handmixer, Grundgewürze, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Herd / Backofen und Kühlschrank.

Das Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Badezimmer und 4 Schlafzimmer.

Wonderful Stay

What a wonderful property! Well taken care of, plenty of room for multiple families, so many amenities (plastic ware, kitchen items, campfire supplies, outdoor seating, children's items), clean, not too far from bigger cities, but definitely a quiet, country stay. We would stay again!

The farmhouse suited our group of 8 perfectly. The big dining room table and living room provided comfortable seating for everyone. Plenty of sleeping space as well. So good to be out in the country! Perfect views of both sunrise and sunset.

Farm House ISU reunion

A group of senior citizens had no trouble finding the big square farm house. Decorated nicely, big screen tv and lots of beds.the owner had it well supplied with kitchen equipment, dishes, supplies, grill, fire ring and wood. We had plenty of room for sit downmeals and conversation.

Beautiful place!

We loved staying at the farmhouse so much! There was plenty of room for all of us, the beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need and then some, the kids had a fun playroom in the house with plenty of options for all ages. It was so refreshing waking up and seeing the beautiful farmland. Hosts are lovely and immediately helpful. Thank you for offering your beautiful home as a sweet place to rest.

A Country Vacation

This house was perfect for our trip to Kansas City for a NASCAR race, visiting the Comanche Iris Gardens and Betty's Cafe in St. Joseph. Farmhouse retreat

We truly enjoyed our farmhouse experience. It was perfect for a team training week. The farmhouse provided a relaxing retreat after long training days. The farmhouse was spacious and clean and very inviting. The owners stocked it with pretty much everything we could possibly need- including snacks. They were very responsive to my questions from the moment I booked their home. We really enjoyed our stay and beautiful sunrises!

Wonderful County Stay

We absolutely loved our stay! This home is absolutely beautiful and has a wonderful location out in the country providing beauty and peace. The management was WONDERFUL, when we 1st arrived the yard needed mowed, we messaged them and they took care of it right away. They checked in to make sure everything else was going well. Our little that stayed with us age 19months absolutely loved the little playroom that was set up. To say this host thought of absolutely everything is an understatement. Highly recommend this property.

Graduation celebration

We stayed at the Farmhouse with 10 family members following our son’s graduation from Benedictine College. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. We had an amazing time and were so glad that we had booked our stay there. The house was clean with everything we needed to accommodate everyone in our family. We loved the decor as well. We enjoyed using the fire pit and making s’mores. The stars were beautiful in the country sky! We were even able to have Mother’s Day brunch the next morning. Great getaway/vacation location

The property itself is picture perfect. Great views too. Our whole group of 10, not a single complaint. We wanted for nothing. There was a plenty of extras of anything we needed or wanted, for example towels, bedding etc. It was extra nice to have the complimentary assortment of coffee flavors also high end shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap in the bathrooms. There was firewood ready to use for the firepit, and lawn games too. The host made it very easy to communicate with, and was beyond courteous. It's very welcoming and easy to check in and out of with perfect directions in house on how to do so. This BnB made me rethink ever paying for hotel stays again. Highly recommended.

4 Sisters Celebrate their Dad’s 92nd Birthday

Lovely peaceful countryside farmhouse with plenty of space! This farmhouse reminded us of our Grandparents home on the farm where our Dad was raised, so when I saw it available on VRBO I knew it would be the perfect place to celebrate with our Dad for his 92nd Birthday! We prepared home cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed meals together around the large dinner table, and afterwards played cards. Dad even taught us how to play “Cut Throat Pool Hall Pitch”. Dad grew up playing pitch, but somehow us 4 Sisters never learned till now. Appears you can teach an old dog new tricks! 😆 This memorable weekend for us and we are very grateful to the Angela and her Husband for sharing their beautiful home with us. I highly recommend this property.

The farmhouse was perfect!

The farmhouse was the absolute perfect and met all of our needs. We needed a place that would comfortably house 7 adults and 2 children and the location was important - close enough to the airport for late night arrivals, yet also close to a wedding venue! The home was beautiful, yet comfortable and homey and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, the towels were hotel quality (large and plush!), the setting was quiet and peaceful and even in the middle of heat of the day, the awesome front porch was such a draw to our family! And the playroom was such a wonderful bonus! Additional bonus was the day bed in the playroom. We had a senior with us that couldn’t maneuver stairs, so this was the perfect solution! The hosts were extremely quick to respond - most times within minutes!! And so helpful/kind and provided all necessary instructions. We would stay here again and absolutely recommend it for any large groups/families!

Granddaughter Cried When We Left

We wanted a few days away, but within a couple hours, so decided to go to Missouri and do a little sight seeing. We skipped all but two stops to spend more time here at the farm. We had such a good time, son said our granddaughter cried when we checked out and were driving away. Sunrise and sunset on the front porch was magical. Watching the kids chase fireflies, talking about family and life and just slowing down. Everything we could have even imagined we would need, was there. Kitchen, grill and supplies, wood for the firepit and equipment for S'mores. Even bottled water, cold, in the fridge when we arrived. And plent of supplies like linens, paper towels, toilet paper (yes, TP - some places have two rolls per bathroom for entire families?). Enough of everything. And the lawn chairs, corn hole, football, volleyball, all sorts of things to do outside. Truly a magical place that is well loved and SO easy to enjoy. Thank you for a remarkable experience!!

I have had my eye on The Farmhouse for the past couple of years. Our kids attend Benedictine College. We've stayed in Atchison/Troy previously, both with good experiences. We needed a place for our son's graduation, and I liked the idea of being in the "country". It was such a lovely setting, even better than I expected with the house situated on high ground overlooking the fields. Not as convenient as being right in town, but we like to drive and enjoyed it very much! The peacefulness of being alone was a welcome change from suburban life! The home is really well-kept and includes many updates that made our stay extremely comfortable! I really loved the spaciousness of the living/dining area, the beautifully appointed bedrooms, and the nicely updated main bathroom upstairs. I'm high-maintenance when it comes to bathrooms, so the downstairs bath was a bit cramped for me but it offered everything that you could need, so it is great having that 2nd full bath that you don't often see in older properties. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen since we do like to cook, and I found everything I needed. We didn't have time to enjoy the firepit or grill, but they had plenty of nice outdoor chairs, cute rockers on the porch, and folding chairs to surround a fire. I would call this an extremely charming, super comfortable, very relaxing place to get away from reality! Angela couldn't have been more helpful/attentive, and I congratulate her & her husband on a really lovely rental!

Farmhouse

If you are looking for a stay in a farmhouse in a rural setting this is the place to go. The home is well equipped with everything you would need. Close to St. Joseph, Atchison, and Kansas City. The owner responded to our questions and the directions to the home were spot on. We plan to be back next summer.

Perfect setting

We rented this beautiful property for the night before and night after my daughter's wedding in nearby Platte City. It was the perfect spot for the bride, MOB, and bridesmaids to spread out and relax before the big day. The setting is pastoral and the sunsets spectacular. The home is roomy and comfortable and oh so quiet. Highly recommend!
