Wunderschönes Haus am Wasser am Little Pond in Falmouth Heights, 1,6 km vom Bristol Beach, dem Hafen von Falmouth und der Innenstadt von Falmouth entfernt. FĂŒnf Meilen zu Nobska Light und Historic Woods Hole. Spazieren Sie zum Hafen von Falmouth und zur Inselkönigin zu Martha's Vineyard. Kurze Fahrt nach Woods Hole, um die FĂ€hre nach Nantucket Island zu erreichen.

This home and neighborhood are beautiful and peaceful; water views from each room are fantastic; plenty of space for a large family to spread out. One of the most well-stocked homes we’ve ever stayed in; Mark is a wonderful host and incredibly thoughtful. Location is ideal we loved the walkable beaches, restaurants on the harbor and we walked to the Martha’s Vineyard ferry. Can’t say enough good things- hope to be back someday.

Lovely waterfront home.

Beautifully kept home in a quiet pond neighborhood but very close to the center of town, shopping, beaches and restaurants. The sun room looks out on the pond and offers a great spot meals and games. Everyone in the group loved this house. The swans and ducks and Osprey were an added bonus.

Annual Family Vacation

We have been going to the Cape for 40 years for our annual family vacation. The house was large enough to accommodate our extended family. Location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood close enough to walk to beach. Added bonus having the house on the water with three kayaks!! Kitchen as promised was stocked and had everything we needed to prepare our meals for the week. Mark was a fantastic host! Will absolutely return!

Great experience

We stayed for a week and everything was great. Property was beautiful and views were great. Very walkable, it was a .7 mile walk to Bristol and Falmouth Heights beaches. A very easy walk to Black Dog Cafe and the Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. The owner, Mark, was very responsive and check-in and check-out processes were a breeze.

Amazing home in ideal location

We’ve stayed at a number of homes in this part of Falmouth over the years. This was clearly the best! Plenty of space for 8 adults, with a gorgeous view of Little Pond. Close to everything but peaceful and relaxing. Mark was a superb host. His house was very clean and well-stocked with essentials.

Gorgeous Views! Superb Location!

Mark’s home was absolutely our favorite rental of all the homes we’ve ever stayed at in the Cape. The lovely water views - including watching the swans swim by daily! - the cleanliness of the entire house, and the fact that it is so very well stocked with linens, paper products, cooking supplies, and even kayaks, made our stay that much more enjoyable. Peaceful, idyllic home and location

The home and area was absolutely beautiful. After reserving this home for a family fourth of July holiday a year ago, our daughter passed away unexpectedly. While we debated on canceling the trip I’m so grateful we didn’t. The home was so peaceful but spacious enough for my family and my sister-in-law’s family to spread out. The beach is a short walk from the home where we watched fireworks, and in general it was a great landing spot to explore the Cape. The ferry to Martha’s Vineyard is less than a 5 min drive along with many shops and restaurants. Mark was a very kind and responsive host. My family and I enjoyed our time there.

Spectacular property for a family get together

Gorgeous views on the pond with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Really well laid out property for a large family - everyone had their own space and there were plenty of big gathering spaces both indoor and outdoor. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels for bathrooms, there was an extra gas tank for the grill, and everything was a well oiled machine. Mark was super easy to communicate with and always checked in to see if there was anything we needed. Having 2 kitchens and fridges made it easy to cook big meals together. Availability of both AC, ceiling fans, and big windows made it easy to temp control. Access to the 3 kayaks were put to good use and life jackets were available for the kids. Thank you Mark! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful family getaway

Mark’s place was a wonderful setting for our family getaway. Over the course of the week, 6 adults and 3 kids had plenty of room to spread out, in sunshine or while it rained. Lovely outdoor decks, overlooking the inlet. We spied swans, ducks, egrets and other birds. Front yard and cul de sac was great for kiddos to play. Indoors we could enjoyed two dining rooms (one we converted to our kids’ playroom), plus two living rooms. Ample places to sleep. Good for cooking, too, given the well stocked kitchen. Great location for enjoying Falmouth’s beaches and dining, shops. Easy access to Windfall Market and other conveniences. Mark was thoughtful and responsive. We’d stay there again in a moment.

Beautiful water front location!

The location of this house is incredible with views of Little Pond from almost every angle. Mark was a gracious host and responded quickly to any questions we had. We immediately felt very comfortable staying there, considering current COVID restrictions, as the house had been thoroughly cleaned and was immaculate. A real gem!

We have been coming to Falmouth for years and this home was perfect. It iis centrally located on a dead end With a quiet neighborhood and direct access to the pond It is a short walk to ferry to Martha’s Vineyard Beach was a little over a 1/2 mile and was easily accessed Short drive to downtown and grocery stores. Fantastic house and location!

We had a fabulous week at Mark's house. Very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone both indoors and out. We made great use of the kayaks in the pond. The location of the property is fantastic, we walked or just had a short drive everywhere we went. We had a little problem with a bees nest, but Mark was very quick to respond and have it taken care of. We would highly recommend this property.

Great get away!

Location is spot on for your list of places to visit or things to do. Beach, stores, restaurants and ferry to Martha's Vineyard are all very close to the property. And Mark, the owner, was very pleasant to work with.

My grandparents had a home on Great Bay, which is the next bay over from where this house is located - this home is on a bay called Little Pond. My mother now lives in my grandparents' home. I have wonderful childhood memories of summers on the Cape, including boating, fishing, crabbing, clamming and quahogging on the bays and swimming in the ocean. Also, there are many lovely places to walk and bike along the bays and beaches.

I love the beautiful, panoramic views of the bay. It's tranquil and wonderful to watch the swans, ducks, geese and other water fowl on the bay. It's a great place to kayak, walk, and then relax with a cup of coffee on the deck. The sunrises and sunsets are just beautiful.

The home is centrally-located. It's within a mile to the main ocean. It's easy to walk or bike to historic downtown Falmouth and other shopping areas. Falmouth Heights is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with lovely bay and ocean views. The people you meet are all very pleasant.
