Unser brandneues Deluxe-Apartment bietet einen luxuriösen Aufenthalt für Ihren Besuch in Nafplion. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage, direkt an der Promenade von Nafplio und am Rande des historischen Zentrums (wenige Gehminuten).

Der Raum
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und in makellosem Zustand. Sie wurde erst im Herbst 2018 fertiggestellt. Es besteht aus 2 großen Doppelzimmern, 2 Badezimmern, einem Wohnzimmer und einer modernen Küche mit Kochinsel.
Es gibt Balkone an der Nord- und Südseite der Wohnung. Der Balkon davor bietet einen Panoramablick auf den Hafen von Nafplio, während der dahinter einen Blick auf den schönen Garten des Blocks bietet.
Das Apartment bietet moderne Hotelmöbel, Bettwäsche und Einrichtungen (wie eine Waschmaschine, eine voll ausgestattete Küche usw.).

Die Nachbarschaft
Nafplio, 12 km südöstlich von Argos am Argolischen Golf, ist eine der schönsten und romantischsten Städte Griechenlands. Es befindet sich in einem kleinen Hafen unterhalb der hoch aufragenden Festung Palamidi und ist mit attraktiven Gassen, eleganten venezianischen Häusern, neoklassizistischen Villen und interessanten Museen geschmückt. Es ist auch voll von Cafés am Kai und noblen Boutiquen.
Nafplio war die erste Hauptstadt Griechenlands nach der Unabhängigkeit (zwischen 1833 und 1834) und ist seit der Bronzezeit ein wichtiger Hafen. Ihre strategische Position war so groß, dass sie drei Festungen hatte: die massive Hauptfestung von Palamidi, die kleinere Akronafplia und die winzige Bourtzi auf einer kleinen Insel westlich der Altstadt.
Die Stadt ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um viele nahe gelegene antike Stätten zu erkunden.

Apartment is great - very spacious and a great layout. Location couldn't be better with lots of free parking across the street. Christos is incredibly responsive and accomodating. We stayed here a month and wish it was longer.

Great Apartment

We had an awesome stay! Apartment is spacious enough for two couples with comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Location is perfectly located near parking, coffee shops and restaurants. Check-in was simple and host Christos was very responsive. Highly recommended for any stay in Nafplio.

Gorgeous property

Perfect location, gorgeous apartment. Walking distance to all the shopping and restaurants, as well as to the entry point for the steps up to the fortress. Great air conditioning, patio, safety was wonderful in a secure building. Parking in Nafplio is a zoo, but this is literally across the street from the major parking lots, so it was perfect.

The host delivered on what was promised. Communication was quick and easy. A book with instructions was clear and simple. Good location with plenty of parking. Short walk to everything.

Long Weekend Getaway

The apartment was in an excellent location, steps from restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, and especially old town. The apartment itself was one of the best that I have ever stayed in. New with exceptional appliances and furnishings. Everything looked great and worked which was important. Quite modern and modern, even had a Marshall speaker that I so loved that I am ordering one for my house . Whatever expectations we had were all exceeded 10 times over. Christi made us feel at home, and that is exactly what we felt. We arrived to a bottle of wine which was excellent, he also had water waiting in the refrigerator. Thoughtful touches like that is what made our getaway special. Christi, thank you for making our stay in your home an experience like no other!!

Light and bright

Short walk to old town. Quiet area. Close to a good bakery and to a supermarket. Good bed and linens. Very clean. 1 great bathroom. The other needs better lighting and a shower that does not flood. Living area is very good, but sofa is deep and needs extra cushions. Kitchen is good, but needs a small skillet. One bedroom also needs reading lights. The other one has them. Owner is prompt and responsive. Apartment does not have a binder with necessary information and local recommendations. All in all, very good.

Your recommendations are duly noted and we will certainty endeavor to attend to your suggestions. We are, however, slightly convoluted with regard to your comments about the second bathroom. We have never had flooding problems with the second bathroom before, we got our plumbers to check the bathroom and they have confirmed that everything is working fine. We are, therefore, not quite sure what the problem was?! As to the binder with the necessary information, we send a pdf printable document to all of our guests a week before their arrival. Last, we have already bought a small skillet and we will make sure to have more cushions available. Thanks again for choosing our apartment and for your constructive feedback, we hope to have you stay with us again in the future!

Wonderfully clean apartment in a beautiful town

Christos leaves guests in privacy, but his response to any queries is immediate and superb. Email replies to guests arrive sometimes within minutes and are immensely helpful and welcoming. The apartment is spotlessly clean; the views from balconies are wonderful; and the beds are the most comfortable we have had in a holiday let. Soundproofing and air conditioning are outstanding and the kitchen is a Tardis! You will have a very satisfying holiday. The apartment is right in the middle of Nafplion, with the Old Town just a few minutes away on foot. The evening ambience is magical. Nafplion is a victim of its own glorious climate. The problem is that mains water has to be supplemented from the sea, and the sewage system is creaking. You can’t drink the tap water, or dispose of lavatory paper in the way you might wish. Potential guests should be aware of these facts before committing to book. None of that, other than the prior information about it, is down to Christos, of course, but the point about info is germane to the guests’ experience. There are no travel books, maps, guides or leaflets. Many rental properties provide or allow these to accumulate from successive guests. Christos provides a booklet of the most basic information. Any further details are from links to websites via QR codes, We found no instructions for the use of appliances. There are many wonderful things about this apartment, and about Nafplion, so I hope Christos can address the points about information.

Great modern apartment with an amazingly responsive owner and great location.

Christos is extremely responsive (responding to texts within minutes) and we appreciated that. The apartment is great (appears relatively new). We had no problems with the couch and loved relaxing and watching netflix (didn't have to log into our account since Christos left his account logged in) on it. Our 14 year old son slept on the couch and found it very comfortable (only suggestion we have is to provide additional blankets). Both bathrooms were great and functioned properly for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. One of the biggest advantages of this property is the abundance of public parking right outside. Great bakery on the adjacent block. We loved the gyro restaurant (Trendy) also on the next block for quick lunch. Great restaurants right outside the apartment and old town is within a couple minute walk. Christos answered any question we had within minutes. We highly recommend this property.

Great apartment in Nafplion

We had a wonderful stay in Christos’ Apartment near the harbour where there is free parking. We hit a few rainy days but enjoyed our stay. The apartment is large with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped but could use a cutting board and bread knife. Great efficient check in. Very nice. I would stay again anytime that I return to this area.
