Chaman ist eine private Gemeinde in einer abgeschiedenen Gegend, nur wenige Minuten von der einzigartigen kleinen Stadt Quepos und dem weltberühmten Nationalpark Manuel Antonio entfernt. Unsere Villa Chaman 6 befindet sich einen Block von der Hauptstraße entfernt in einem Regenwald, umgeben von dichtem Dschungel in einer Oase der Natur und Schönheit. Hier finden Sie Privatsphäre und Ruhe, ohne sich isoliert zu fühlen.

Warum in einem Hotelzimmer übernachten, wenn Sie für den gleichen Preis in einer schönen costaricanischen Villa im Regenwald mit großem Pool und Whirlpool übernachten können, nur wenige Schritte von unserer Tür entfernt! Wachen Sie mit den Geräuschen der Titi-Affen auf, die in den Bäumen nach Nahrung suchen. Eulen, Faultiere, Leguane, Schmetterlinge, Kolibris und eine Reihe exotischer Vögel können beobachtet werden, während Sie am Pool faulenzen oder die Turbulenzen des Whirlpools genießen.

Dieses Gerät verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen oberen Balkon, Zugang zur Waschküche, Kabel-TV und WLAN, eine Klimaanlage im Hauptschlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer sowie einen Deckenventilator.

Unsere Villa, Chaman 6 Unit A, liegt in der Nähe von Mono Azul (Blue Monkey Hotel), großartigen Aussichten auf den Dschungel, Restaurants und Restaurants, dem Strand (10 Minuten entfernt), familienfreundlichen Aktivitäten und dem Nachtleben .... Sie werden unsere Villa wegen der großartigen Lage lieben. Die Stadt Quepos ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Nur ca. 10 Minuten zum Nationalpark Manuel Antonio und zum Strand. Unsere Villa befindet sich direkt neben dem Pool, mit dem Dschungel vor Ihrer Haustür und Affen in den Bäumen.

tolle wohnung in wunderschöner anlage. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Lovely

Great unit, spacious and nicely decorated. Loved the bird sounds in the morning, though there was road noise too. The squirrel monkeys came through our trees one morning, so that was a delight. :) We were surprised that there was no toilet paper at all for starting you out...

The property was niece and quiet, pool was good. There is a lot of wildlife to look at from the balcony. The only complaint I have is the mattress's need to be up dated. My back was hurting after one night.

First time to Costa Rica and the stay was fantastic! We were a little concerned about safety but there were absolutely no problems. The pool water looked green in the posted pictures but that's only because there is green tile on the bottom. When we arrived we said hello to the groundskeeper and commented about the coconut tree right next to the property and the next morning he had used his machete to cut a small section of four coconuts down to the white "meat" so all we had to do was poke a hole through the meat to drink fresh coconut water!! Plenty of wildlife to view as well - Squirrel monkeys, Iguana's. Macaws. The AC and the ceiling fans keep the inside nice and cool. Tons of great restaurants within a few miles and the beach is fantastic. We would definately rent again!!

Quiet, safe, private house.

The plates don’t match and the same is true with the bowls. One plastic bowl is cracked. All sauce pans, pots, frying pans need replacing. The bottoms are not flat, and the non-stick coating is scratched and peeling. The knives and scissors are very sharp. The kitchen and bathroom faucets all have hot water. I recommend bringing a light weight plastic cutting board, as the heavy wood one in the kitchen is old, and separating at the seam. I recommend bring your own kitchen sponge. The shower heads need replacing, and the shower door corner is a bit of a struggle to close. The mattress on the king is comfortable. The 2nd bedroom has two beds, which are rather firm, a twin and a double. There is no ac in the in the 2nd bedroom, but it does have an overhead fan. The house is well furnished and comfortable. The tv is great with many channels in English, as well as other languages. The overhead lights are mixed with white and soft light bulbs. I recommend replacing them all with LED soft lights. The lamps in the living room are lovely, and add a nice atmosphere when the overhead lights are turned off. There is a good view of, and easy access to, the swimming pool. The water is refreshing. The deep-end end is around 5’ deep. Chair pads are provided. It’s very quiet, and the gardens surround the house are beautiful. We saw a spider monkey and a howler monkey from our porch. We saw a Jesus Christ lizard by the pool, and numerous birds on the property.

I hate to write this, because it will never be available when I want it

This was a very good place for home base on this trip. Price we paid was very good, property was well kept, and loved having the jungle right outside our patio. Pool was very nice to cool off in in the rainy season humidity. Will definitely stay here again, if it's available...

Roomy condo in a perfect location between Quepos & Manuel Antonio

Just one block off the main thoroughfare between Quepos and Manuel Antonio, Chaman is a quiet group of condos, and 6A is a roomy unit with great air conditioners in the main living area and one bedroom. Free use of washer/dryer (shared with unit 6B) was very helpful. Many ceiling fans help keep the entire place cool. We had struggles with the WiFi which didn't work consistently until the end of our 7-night stay. One extra roll of TP was provided in each bathroom but no extra paper towel. Basic bath towels, small beach towels, and kitchen towels were all provided as was dish soap for dishes. We like to cook in, and the pots and pans provided had broken handles and badly scratched surfaces. Many bowls, glasses, and even the coffee carafe provided with the drip coffee maker were cracked, causing all kinds of messes. The electric stove burners didn't heat well. Bring your own storage containers, as very few were provided, and without them the ants will take over your open food packages. Furniture is old but comfortable. The door to the second bedroom would not latch shut, and the motion sensor light outside the second bedroom went on and off constantly every night. On site property manager, Pia, was always attentive to any issues we encountered; however, we didn't want to spend much of our vacation addressing these problems. I understand the property has a new owner, and I am sure many of these minor problems will be addressed. Such a great location and lovely property, we would stay again when in the area.

Lovely flat overlooking the pool

This is a very comfortable apartment in a quiet compound, midway between Quepos and Manuel Antonio, and just 2 minutes' walk to the bus stop. It is very pleasant to relax on the balcony, or at poolside. And Pia (the manager) is lovely and super helpful!
