Hi Rick, Thank you for staying. we were devasted you only left us a three-star review. We have never had this happen before in any of our homes. We checked in with you during your stay several times and everything was perfect for you. I am not sure what we did wrong. When you broke the washer by accident is the only thing I can think of, but we had it repaired on the same day. Anything you need we are always on-site and can resolve in minutes, but whenever we spoke to you, you were super happy and said everything was great. Clean, comfortable, and great for kids (and dogs)!

Great place, steps to a heated pool and hot tub, and a duck pond/path perfect for jogging and walking dogs (complete with convenient doggy bags/trash cans). You're right by the major highways, too. Wonderful visit!

Amazing area and very helpful host

The property was amazing and perfectly located for what we were doing on vacation. All the theme parks were really close. The pool and hot tub area were super nice and clean. Property manager was super helpful and checked in via email to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that we got checked in okay. Definitely will be booking here in the future.

Fun family holiday

We had a great stay! We needed to be close to the Convention Center and easily walked there daily. We liked that this location was away from the traffic of international drive yet it was still accessible to all the theme parks and highways. Both pool areas and the pathways along the ponds were nice. Gary was great to deal with.

We came for a conference and this was a great place for its price, location, and all the amenities! The space is amazing and had everything we needed that we couldn’t bring with us. It was extremely close to restaurants and a grocery store. Also being right down the road from all the amusement parks was wonderful!

Great landing pad for beach and theme parks

Great ground-level property in a quiet neighborhood, large unit, conveniently located near a Publix. We stayed here for 8 days while we explore the theme parks and also spent a day at the beach. The unit had everything we needed (and anything else we could get next door). Manager was very communicative and helpful. Price was very fair. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Orlando location!

This condo was super convenient and very clean upon arrival. Easy check in process and great communication with Gary. Home had everything we needed. Loved being so close to a grocery store also. We stayed at this location for AAU volleyball Nationals. We had a rental car and the drive was an easy 5-6 minutes away from the OCCC. We also enjoyed close proximity to Epcot, Disney Springs, ICON park and all the places on International Drive. Will definitely be back!

Relax and Have Fun

This was an amazing place. We had a ton of fun and the place was new and clean. I had a little issue with the wifi and they helped me right away. (user error)

Good value

Great location. We stayed near the small pool which was very nice. Never had the need to check out the clubhouse and large pool. Unit needs a bit of a refresh and some updating but clean and worked great for our needs. Would suggest some foliage to block the AC unit on the patio would make sitting out there more pleasant.

Free parking and free WIFI. The Epic Universe and Convention Center are across the street.
