Great property, amazing location

The property was really well done. Clean, inviting.Great for gathering and having a great meal and conversation. The neighborhood is wonderful and the location super convenient from the airport, easy access to Scottsdale. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby.

Nice decor, great location

Overall great property in a great location. The home is nicely decorated and updated. The beds are super comfortable and the smart tv’s in every room we’re nice. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is no door or privacy curtain between the master bedroom and bath which I found to be just crazy! Overall still recommend though!

Great Location

Well maintained and very good location. Only drawback for us was no door on MBR shower and no door on MBR bathroom. So, breezy, chilly shower. Water splashed onto the bathroom floor when taking a shower. Since there were only two of us, I used the other bathroom. My husband would pop on the heat just before his shower and turn it off after, which is a waste of energy. Need a shower door. However, we adapted and found the house comfortable and well done. Kitchen missing baking sheets, but otherwise well stocked. Good laundry area. Exterior well done. Nice area to take walks. Would absolutely rent again.

Phoenix Golf Trip

Home was recently flipped and is in pretty good condition. NO regular coffee maker except a Keurig with virtually no pods. We bought one and left it there. Hopefully they keep it for others. Someone removed a smoke alarm and stuck it in a kitchen drawer. Battery went dead and it beeped all day/night until the maintenance guy finally found it. Whoever did the plumbing hooked up the water in the guest shower backwards so we thought we didn't have hot water until we figured that out. Stove was bottom of the barrel. Outside fire pit was great for sitting around in the evenings. Central location worked out great for us.

Great house and location

The house was the ideal amount of space for our family of 4 to stay in for a few weeks in Phoenix. The location in a quiet pocket of the neighborhood was great for our young boys to adventure and explore, and close to so many nice restaurants and easy access to other parts of the city. Highly recommend.
