Planned a quick trip to the beach for the weekend. The condo was just as described. Great location!

Enjoyed our quick weekend staying at this location. It was just as described and perfect for my family of four. Loved the location close to lots and right on the beach. The resort had several pools, restaurant, tiki bar, etc.. I would recommend this for a couple or small family. Would stay again.

Sofa was trash had 2 different seat cushions w a slip cover that had a hole in it. Square chairs has rounds cushions.. mattresses and box springs were horrible. Nice location but you cannot see the sunrise from the balcony. You have to go out on the beach. Easy check in. More information on how the door lock actually works would have been helpful. Couldn't get one of the TVs to work and the beds need to be replaced immediately. Air conditioning worked great.

Pictures and description deceiving

Overall condo was not very tidy or clean. Pictures do not accurately describe. Resort is overall ran down and could use updating throughout. Beds we very messily made making it uncertain if linen truly washed and cleaned. This particular condo is right beside the elevator which you can hear easily day and night. Average at best.

Tyler, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: The front door lock was replaced with a new keypad Schlage lock last year. If you were experiencing an issue with the lock you must reach out to the property manager of that unit. All contact information for the manager is located on the pre-checkin info and on the refrigerator. The front desk has absolutely no affiliation with this unit or assistance with guests. Many guests have stayed since with no reported issue regarding the front door lock. Appreciate the feedback and am sorry to hear about the woman at the front desk!

The photos of this condo are much nicer than in reality. The place is a little rundown. There was some lack of care such as only one roll of toilet paper, I had to call to order a set of sheets, and the only dish soap was for a dishwasher, which there was none. And way too much fluorescent light. The directions of how to check in were unclear, and my texts were never responded to. However, the pools were fun and it was nice to be right on the beach.

I was unaware that no paper products were stocked in the room and I needed to bring my own. No dish liquid, only dishwasher soap and there wasn’t even a dishwasher. Only one dish rag and dish towel were not enough.I requested fresh towels and none were brought to us. Unit is much older than the pictures make it look… but it was clean. Lucky to have great weather so I didn’t have to be in the room much.

Owners response: "We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and had a clean place for your vacation. Cleanliness, comfort, and safety are of the utmost importance to our guests. The owner updated the condo with fresh bright new colors and furniture in 2020, and also had new pictures taken to reflect the changes. When you are renting through Evolve, it is imperative that you reach out to the management contact info that is found within the pre-stay/check-in instructions. The management info is also located on the fridge for your convenience during your stay. The owner reached out to the management team and a request for services and extra amenities was not received. Evolve is not responsible for providing towels, soap, etc during your stay. All check-ins receive a starter pack once you arrive. In the event you do not find these amenities, please reach out to Vereen Management Services. "

Decent place to stay, good communication!

We stayed the week of July 4th. It was myself, my husband, my mom, and our two kids (5 & 9). Upon arrival, the a/c wasn’t working. I called the after hours line around 5:30 PM and received a call right back and fixed the same night while we were out for dinner. Customer service was very good, prompt, & friendly.Condo is right off the elevator. Pro: convenient, con: can be loud. We had a sound machine and had no issues. The couch in the photo is different from the actual couch. Everything else was pretty accurate. The unit could use some TLC. We aren’t picky people as long as it’s clean! But the Murphy bed back is broken, towel holder was broken, and no locks on the balcony door but there is an alarm. Scratches all over the cabinets could use some repair/paint. Nice appliances but no dishwasher. Bathroom was nice with good water pressure. Beds are decent but very squeaky. There was a nugget type couch we used as an extra bed to separate our kids; this was so handy to have.Wifi did not work well throughout the condo. It was spotty at best in the living room and didn’t work at all in the bath or bedroom. View was beautiful. Room is located in the building closest to the parking garage which is convenient. Resort is great! We love Baywatch. Lots of pools and lazy rivers. Poolside bar. Beach access points.

First Condo Experience

We normally rent a beach house but the we went with 3 other families who want to stay at this condo instead facility. The room was OK and needed to be cleaned more as there was cobwebs all over the ceiling. A few things weren’t exactly accurate in the listing so we had to make some adjustments and we were fine. The two beds were very worn out and need to be replaced. The facility had several pools to keep the kids busy after the beach but it was trashy down at the lazy river area. Several days we saw chicken bones laying around the patio. They did set chairs and umbrellas up for us everyday in a timely manner down on the beach. The parking garage is tight and a small inconvenience. Most of the time during the day you have to wait in line for an elevator both at the condo and parking garage. Nothing against the owners or anything but we won’t get a condo to stay in again and rather group everyone up to get a beach house.

Hi Bill, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed that this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during check-in if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. - The home accurately lists that the maximum occupancy is for 6 guests and is not meant to accommodate 4 families. - The beds were replaced within the last year, and while we try to accommodate all of our guests, we're sorry the mattresses didn't match your comfort preferences. - The resort has a professional staff on-site to assist guests with using the amenities, but we're sorry if this fell short of your expectations. - During peak summer months, it's likely that guests may experience waits at elevators as they would any other resort. Thank you for letting us know about your stay.

August 2019 Vacation

Pros: The resort is very nice with lots of pools and an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was nice and had enough appliances and utensils to make any meal. The bathroom was very clean and we were left many towels. The beds were pretty comfortable, one more than the other. The linens are provided and comfortable which is nice. Cons: The parking garage isn't connected so it is a long hike to get your luggage back and forth. On days when people are coming and going, the elevators are very busy. We waited 15 minutes sometimes for an elevator. The WIFI doesn't work hardly at all. It is an open connection and I was unable to do work like I had planned. I wouldn't consider this for any more than 2 adults and 2 children. The couch is very small and the chair is more for looks than comfort. There was also mold it seemed like on the curtain in the living room. The high table isn't ideal but I understand the need for it in such a small room. A little hard to use with a toddler. Overall, the resort really outweighed the cons but I wish I would have known some of them before renting.

Brittany, thanks for taking the time to leave this review! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall, but we apologize for the issues you encountered and we appreciate your insight! There is a loading zone in front of the condo so that guests do not have to lug their baggage very far. Additionally, the unit has its own WiFi and is not an open connection, but we apologize for any issues you had with it. The homeowner has replaced the curtain in the living room and is taking the rest of your feedback into consideration as he makes constant upgrades and improvements to the unit. Fine in the end but has lots of issues

- Beds are very uncomfortable. And they creek so every time you move they make noise/wake you up. - Toaster over does not have a rack in it. Told property manager but never got a replacement - Only one deep bowl for eating cereal/pasta/etc. All other bowls are tiny - Large cockroach ran out in living room (took picture upon request and sent to property management and received no further reply) - Oven needs to be calibrated...did not heat sufficiently (did not complain as at this point I was fed up with dealing with all the issues) - Accordion doors on closest are broken/don't slide properly - Dark stain on ceiling from dirty air blowing out of vent in bedroom - Large picture not on wall but just leaning against the wall when arrived - Table isn't really 4 person table unless you pull it away from the wall into the middle of the room. - Evolve agent was unprofessional and threatening to me when dealing with issues (that were their fault). Good things: the view, hotel pools and beach access are good, shower is nice with good pressure.

The management responded by saying that the issue was resolved after speaking with you. No other issues stated were addressed with management." Motel was good except the power went out because of hurricane Ian and the backup generator was broke

Asked in email before going if needed our own tp and towels and wash clothes and didn't get an answer by seen somewhere on the site that they were provided. The provided enough to take a shower time and then yoold me they didn't usually supply anymore but they did bring some but no tp. Not a big deal except it was during hurricane Ian and everything was closed. Also get 1 parking pass to cover 6 guests and all the stuff for 1 vehicle but was given another after a few days. South towers backup generator was broken so when the hurricane came through the elevators did not work and on 12th floor. Other than that the room was great.
