Bundilla 4 is an ideally located property in Jindabyne, conveniently positioned within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Upon entering the property there are stairs that take you to a flat level apartment which features a spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area, with complimentary WiFi, Sauna, and a generously sized balcony furnished with a BBQ and outdoor setting furnishing, offering stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
The recently installed reverse cycle air conditioning system (May 2022) maintains a comfortable temperature all year round, while guests can relax by the open fireplace during the winter months (please note that wood is not provided) and enjoy a delicious coffee with the K-FEE coffee machine (please note that pods are not provided).
The accommodation caters to families and provides an ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom, a main bathroom, separate toilet, internal laundry facilities, and two off-street parking spaces.
