Centrally Located with Easy access to major highways in which you can travel north to Sedona, Jerome, flagstaff, the Grand Canyon or south to Phoenix and Scottsdale Metros. Loved our stay

Great views of mountains as we relaxed on the decks. Close proximity to northern attractions such as in the towns of Sedona and Jerome and Cave Creek. Hosts, Thad and Tracy were very accessible and responsive to our needs. We would rebook the space again in a heartbeat.

Great Place To Unwind

This an excellent location to relax and unwind. Beautiful scenery and wonderful country feel accompany this house with plenty of room to stretch out. The host is very responsive and greeted us with a warm welcome, going over the house with us to make sure we were comfortable.

Beautiful view, very clean. Owners communication, excellent with lots of recommendations on things to do and restaurants. Stay was for our 25th Anniversary. Loved the roaming cows and donkeys. Sitting on the deck or patio in the morning and evenings the view, the noises . Easy access to interstate and located to get to many places within an hour or so. Would highly recommend! Would love to go back!

Wonderful home in Black Canyon City, AZ

We had a great stay at Thad and Tracy's hilltop vacation home in Black Canyon City, AZ. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals. The beds and linens were very clean and comfortable. The outdoor patios were very nice and we used them each day in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Highly recommend this place - Thank you Thad and Tracy!

Amazing Experience

Thad and Tracy are amazing hosts. The home is perfect and has everything you need to feel like home. The views are amazing and the outdoor seating is great for hanging out any time of the day enjoying the views from the back and side yards. Thad and Tracy even out up a Christmas tree for us to make Christmas even more special!

Black Canyon House

The house was great with wonderful views. Thad and Tracy were there to greet us as soon as we arrived and they were wonderful. The views, the cleanliness, all of the amenities, and the property was immaculate and as advertised. We were there for my nephews wedding at Chilleans and it was so nice and conveniently located. My wife and I were able to relax and enjoy the views and the comfort of this lovely home. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the southwest in comfort and style. We will be back again for sure! Thank you Thad and Tracy!

Johnny and his wife Michelle were just awesome guests! After we checked them in to our vacation rental they invited us over for some cocktails and great conversations. They were pleasant, quiet and very clean guests. The were very grateful for the accommodations and are always welcomed back!
