Loved our most recent stay at the bungalows. This was my family’s second trip and stay at Steve’s bungalow after coming last year as well. Steve is a great host. The bungalows are so nice, loved the pool area, and the convenience to everything. We will definitely be back again. Last year we had 1 bungalow and this year we had 2.

This unit was very clean and had a lot of products like trash bags, dish washer pods, laundry pods, soap, shampoo/conditioner. It was great that those items were already there. They also have a kurig with various pod options. Plenty of kitchen items for cooking. There are two beach entrances in different directions with the nearest being roughly 300 meters. The unit had chairs in one of the closets but no beach towels so pack accordingly. The pool was fantastic and right out the front door. There are 7 other units that share the pool in close proximity if you need to have additional units. Steve and his team were fantastic and on site each morning cleaning the pool and servicing any needs of the tenants. Parking was easy for one car but could be an issue if you have a second vehicle if the owner spots aren’t available.

Excellent communication with host.A couple of maintenance details were addressed the very next day. Very nice decorating. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, all worked well. Great location, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach!Also walking distance to several very good restaurants, and a very short drive to Food Lion.

Mother daughter weekend

We were so happy with the whole place. It was such a clean and well appointed place in an excellent location. Well priced. We will definitely be back!!

Cozy bungalow near the beach

This was a nice place to stay for my wife and I. The bungalow was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. It’s about an eighth of a mile walk from the beach which wasn’t that far to walk. The pool was nice as it stayed warm due to the hot weather and I prefer a warm swim in the evening when the weather cools down. Also this place was close to a lot of good restaurants and places to shop. Would recommend and plan on coming again.

Accurate listing!

Cute place with a great kitchen. Very convenient to walking The Circle and steps from the beach for morning walks with coffee. We have always enjoyed the off season at AB and being close to everything! Make sure you try Mug Shots coffee/restaurant just on the other side of the bridge, solid.

Great experience

Atlantic Beach is a great getaway spot with lots to do and plenty of elbow room to relax! Loved the bungalow inside and out! Very nice with all new appliances tvs beds hardwood floors, etc to enjoy.

Weekend at the Beach

This property is steps from the beautiful Atlantic Beach. Having the dedicated parking spot was terrific! We just loved the property, including the cozy couch for watching Sleepless in Seattle. Great kitchen, great property!

Bucket List Trip to Atlantic Beach, NC

Wonderful trip! Loved everything about it! The property is attractively designed and decorated! Comfortable beds! Great layout! Convenient location! Nice pool! Great beaches! Would love to return again!

Well appointed place that is convient to all the attractions in the area.

Steve made sure that we had everything necessary to have a great vacation. The pool is a plus because it is right outside the front door. A short walk to several restaurants and bars makes this the perfect beach bungalow for couples. Will be back next year.

I was born in Manhattan, New York, and was adopted by Bruce and Nancy Gillooly when I was four years old. Later, in the 5th grade, my family relocated to Cary, North Carolina. During my high school years, I served as the class president at Cary High School in 1987.

My pursuit of education led me to Louisburg College and NC State University, where I focused on studying Business Administration. Over the course of more than three decades, I have gained over 38 years of valuable experience as an entrepreneur and business leader, overseeing a diverse portfolio of companies.

My entrepreneurial journey began with the development and marketing of a fire-retardant product called Flame No More. Remarkably, even as a high school student, I successfully secured an investor to finance the product testing for the prestigious Underwriter's Laboratory (UL) Seal of Approval. Subsequently, I ventured into the nightlife industry, establishing one of Raleigh, NC's largest college nightclubs.

Concurrently, I founded Capital Style Luxury Transportation, Inc. in Cary, NC, which, under my leadership, earned recognition as North Carolina's largest ground transportation company for three consecutive years by the National Limousine Association Magazine. Operating a fleet of 33 vehicles, Capital Style provided ground transportation for over a quarter of a million people annually. I also served as the President of the NC Limousine Association in 2004 and 2005.

In June 2005, I completed the sale of Capital Style Luxury Transportation. I am the proud owner and operator of my own real estate firm, Gillooly & Associates Realty, LLC. My real estate endeavors include a dedicated real estate development company, Milan Realty, LLC, which specializes in residential, commercial, and office developments throughout North Carolina.

My passion and expertise lie in entrepreneurship, making it an integral part of my life's journey.
