Two levels of wrap around decks, a covered screened porch to dine and enjoy the AMAZING VIEWS of the beach and ocean from nearly every room.

The home is comfortable, easy to relax, not fancy. Most importantly, you can see and hear the ocean from nearly every room. Look through the pictures, the ocean side of the home is amazing.

I do not do 'instant booking' for this home on any rental site. I consider this home as a HOME, not a hotel. 75% of my guests return every year, most families have stayed with me for 9 years and counting.

LARGE DRIVEWAY - the largest driveway for parking of any area home. Easily park 6 cars without anyone moving, above 6, a few will be blocked in.

SO MANY local attractions. Most are unique to the area. GREAT local restaurants for every budget and every taste. Try at least one local restaurant while you are here.

OUTLET SHOPPING in Rehoboth Beach - Delaware is tax free, and only a short drive to the north.

STATE PARKS to hike, explore, learn history, including Assateague Island (National Seashore State Park) to see wild Horses and more!

BERLIN, MD - a wonderful little town with shops and restaurants

BIKING and JOGGING - the Bethany Beach area has clearly marked lanes to travel south to Fenwick Island and north to Indian River and Dewey Beach.

BOATING - locally rent or launch your boat at the marina near by.

Home rents Friday 2:00PM - Friday 10:00AM, rental rates vary by the seasonal week.

You will need to rent or bring:
BED SHEETS (LINENS), BATH TOWELS and BEACH GEAR...There are several local businesses who rent and deliver / pick up bedding items, towels, beach gear, bicycles, kid stuff and more! I can provide you with a list of places to contact or search the internet in the Bethany Beach DE 19930 area.

PROVIDED: Pillows (at lease one per head), blankets and comforters. Pillows and mattresses have protective covers on them.
The pull out couch, queen size, is located on the main floor library area, next to a full bath room.

GROUND FLOOR - The beach and ocean are only a short walk away on a barefoot friendly pathway made of patio pavers, which takes you to the community boardwalk.

OUTDOOR SHOWER is on the ocean side ground level of the home to use after you 'play' on the beach.

BBQ GRILL - uses propane - is located on the ground floor patio, outside. Check the amount of propane before grilling, consider it propane lotto! There are several local places to exchange the propane, including G&E Hardware, Dollar General, Gulf gas station or CVS.

COMFORTABLE HOME, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking and eating utensils as well as pots, pans, dishes, glasses, serving bowls and more. The countertops are black granite with barstool seating for 7. The indoor dining table seats 10 and the dinning tables in the screened porch can seat 8.

4 TVs and WiFi throughout. TVs are located next to kitchen, in the secluded library and one in each of the master bedrooms.
Large couch to enjoy conversations in the living room and a large couch in the library area.

FISHING ON THE BEACH is allowed all day before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. It is also allowed before 10:00 AM and after 5:00 PM during the summer season (when the Life Guards are NOT on the beach).

NO SMOKING in the home or on the beach.

NO PETS allowed in the home or on the property.

GARAGE is NOT part of the rental.

Rental is by the week only; Friday to Friday.
