Great spot for Summit County Skiing

The property was awesome! Great location and enough space for our group of 4 friends. The hot tub and fireplace were really nice features. I would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully will be able to come back!

Condo is very well located, right off the highway and close proximity to rental shops, Keystone, Breck, and Vail. Condo itself is well stocked, clean, amazing hot tub, and a fireplace for those winter evenings. I would book this property again for sure.

Nice Place but Cold

Enjoyed staying here. The outside temps went down to single digits and the baseboard heaters could not keep up. Wood fireplace worked but we noticed a distinct smoke smell in the condo and stopped using it. Indoor temps did not get really comfortable. Nice hot tub. Saw a moose walk by.

After reviewing your feedback with the owner, they’d like to share the following:-We understand that managing the cold can be challenging, especially in single-digit temperatures. We sincerely wish you had reached out to us, as we would have been happy to offer tips to help keep the house warm.-Fireplaces are less effective at heating the home unless running at full capacity. If not properly managed, they can create a vacuum that pulls warm air out. It seems the flue may have been left open, allowing cold air to enter through the chimney during your stay.-To help with colder nights, we also have a radiant heater in the closet, along with extra space heaters. We generally recommend guests close the blinds at night and ensure the back door is fully closed and locked to prevent any cold air from entering.-Additionally, we reach out to every guest before check-in with my contact information, so any issues could have easily been addressed had we been notified.We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests and take pride in welcoming many more, as reflected by the positive feedback we consistently receive.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Great space and hot tub! Some minor maintenance issues: many burned out lightbulbs, chirping smoke alarms, and clogged toilets. It was also a bit cold on the first floor - baseboards didn’t do the trick, but there are space heaters. Management company should pay attention to those points. But overall a good stay.

Michael, thank you for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following message: "Hi Michael, I was surprised to hear of these maintenance issues so I went up personally to check on the house after your stay. A smoke alarm did have a low battery and was replaced. As for the "many" light bulbs, all except one were "fixed" by plugging the light in or tightening the bulb. As for the heat, I did find one base heater that wasn't working properly, that was resolved by turning the dial to off then back on and it came right on. I really wish it would have been working since the weather for your stay was abnormally cold and while I cannot explain the issue, I am sorry it happened. I cannot comment on the clogged toilet since I am hearing about this after the fact but that simply shouldn't be an issue - and isn't something we have experienced before. These things aside, I am switching maintenance companies anyway and had been planning to since early Jan. My new team took over Feb 4, so hopefully, none of these issues will arise again. Spring Break

My family and friends had a great time skiing three resorts around Silverthorne. This cabin has a great location.The interior is pretty dated but functional for what we needed. Not sure I got what I paid for entirely but it is Spring Break and it's a sellers market that time of year. This is my biggest knock on this property Don't plan on parking in the garage during winter time. When the snow melts during the day, because there are no gutters, it drips all day and freezes back up at night and it creates a huge mound of ice and blocks the door. Same thing for the back deck, it's an ice rink. And the front entrance access is an adventure as well!If they put gutters up or maintained the snow removal situation, I would have rated much higher.

Had a great quick weekend here. close to town to get any supplies if needed. House had all amenities you would need and the hot tub worked out great. the only downside was there are no TVs in the bedrooms but that was ok as we were out and about all day and ready to hit the sack when we got back. would stay here again!

I love this condo!

This was the perfect condo for our reunion. The living room is very comfortable and flows well into the dining and kitchen. The hot tub is awesome and the bedroom layout gave everyone their space. I'd come back here in a minute.

Great location for all the resorts.

We all enjoyed the townhome and loved the quiet neighborhood. The place felt large even with 5 adults staying there. The hot tub was a welcomed treat by all after hitting the slopes all day. Definitely will stay again.

Great weekend retreat

My wife and I stayed here for an unplug weekend. Everything was fantastic. The pictures are very accurate. Everything we needed for our stay was there and ready to go from firewood to the amazing hottub. Simple check-in process and clear instructions for anything we needed to know about the house. Great place in a great area, highly recommend!!

Perfect for our family

This house was exactly what we expected from the pictures shown online. It was very clean and had plenty of space for the four of us. We didn’t even use the second bedroom because our boys enjoyed sleeping in the two beds in the loft. The location was great, too. We could have easily gone into Denver, but we found enough to do in Silverthorne and the surrounding towns. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future trips to Colorado!

Excellent!

The house was located within a neighborhood but still gave a sense of privacy. It had a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture including beds. The first morning after we woke up we were enjoying some time on the deck, and were visited by a moose and her two babies. Overall it was a great place to stay. We would highly recommend and would look into staying again the next time we visit ski country.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5.

We loved the fireplace, hot tub, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and plenty of space. The only negative is that it was college bowl season and there was not cable or satellite TV. I had to try and stream games from my phone or IPAD. It didn’t work very well, mainly because I am not set up for it. If you don’t care at all about sports or TV at night, this condo will work great for you and your family.

It was a nice house and close to a lot of different mountains. Great location. Unfortunately the house was not clean once we checkin at 430pm. Checkin was at 4pm. We had to wait an hour for the crew to do their thing before we could unpack. It was a quick clean unfortunately. We were able to get a one hour checkout so that was nice. It was a nice weekend.
