Dieses Haus ist perfekt für die Unterhaltung (eine kleine Versammlung) mit einem offenen Grundriss, mehrere Lounge-Bereiche und Bartresen im Wintergarten.

Im Obergeschoss Schlafzimmer und angeschlossenem Bad ist mit einem Kingsize-Tempurpedic (Der Rhapsody) Matratze, Glasdusche, Jacuzzi-Wanne, und Kamin, die in das Schlafzimmer aussieht.
Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und freistehende Badewanne ist mit Queen-Size-Matratze, Schrank und Vollbad.

Das Haus kann wirklich mehr als vier Familienmitglieder bequem schlafen, jedoch gibt es nur zwei Betten. Der Yoga-Raum kann leicht mit einem Queen-Size-Blow-up Matratze in ein weiteres Schlafzimmer umgewandelt werden. Das Obergeschoss TV-Raum hat ein Tagesbett und eine sehr komfortable Schnitt, sowie ein paar unten mehr Sofas. Das Haus kann bei Bedarf bis zu acht Familienmitglieder aufnehmen. Der Listenpreis gilt für vier Personen oder sechs Familienmitglieder

Das ganze Haus steht Ihnen zur Verfügung, mit Ausnahme der Master-Schrank (andere Unterkünfte werden gemacht). Es gibt mehrere Strand Kreuzer auf dem Gelände, die für ausgezeichnete Transport in der Stadt zu machen. Keyless Entry.

Ich werde da sein, Sie zu begrüßen, zeigen Ihnen die Seile und dann für die Dauer Ihres Aufenthalts aus Ihrem Haar. Ich kann so viel (oder so wenig) Unterstützung, die Sie brauchen, und bin leicht erreichbar über Text oder rufen Sie.

Mapleton ist einer der schönsten, historischen Alleen in Boulder angesehen. Sie können nicht für eine bessere Lage wünschen. Eingebettet in malerischen Bäumen gesäumten Mapleton, nur wenige Blocks von Pearl und die Annehmlichkeiten des 28. st, ist dieses Haus ein wahres Juwel. Haben Sie eine echte lokale Erfahrung und mit Hilfe der Strand Kreuzer auf-Hand in der Stadt zu bekommen ... wenn Sie Glück haben, werden Sie einen Donnerstagabend Kreuzer Fahrt fangen. Perle St. Mall, Whole Foods und Ziel sind alle nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.

BITTE BEACHTEN SIE: Dies ist mein ganztägiger Wohnsitz, und während ich für längerfristige Mieten offen bin, werde ich sie wahrscheinlich nicht zu einem sehr günstigen Preis anbieten.

Great home in an excellent location

Hands down one of the most comfortable homes we have stayed in. We enjoyed walking to shopping and restaurants, hiking local trails and just hanging out in the sunshine on the back deck. The home is full of lovely personal touches and so many beautiful plants. Dakota was the perfect host answering our questions immediately and providing us with everything we needed to enjoy our time in Boulder.

Spectacular stay

My wife and I had a spectacular 3+ week stay ay Dakota's home in Boulder. Just a fantastic stay in a wonderful home with a large fenced in backyard for our labradors. Short 5 minute walk to the center of Boulder. Very, very comfortable home - with a lot of sunshine. Most importantly, Dakota was one of the best hosts we have ever had in our 10+ years of VRBO rentals around the world. Highly recommended property.

Family weekend CU

What a great home!! Close to Pearl, CU and Boulder activities. Most importantly, a warm and comfortable home with a high end kitchen and beautiful back yard. Quiet street with easy parking. We used the home as “base” during CU family weekend. Slept 6 comfortably and had plenty of space to relax and visit. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Dakota was very accessible if needed but everything was perfect so we never needed her assistance. Highly recommended!

Amazing house for the BOLDERBoulder!

We stayed in this house for our annual BB adventure with another family and it was perfect! Aside from sleeping time we spent all of our time on in the kitchen, sun room and outdoor patio which flowed together wonderfully! The whole house Sonos system created the perfect atmosphere for hanging out, eating and playing games. The location was awesome as well. Had the weather cooperated we would have definitely taken advantage of the bicycle cruisers that come with the house. It was definitely worthy of 5 stars and then some because Dakota was very good to work with too!

Delightful Boulder Home

Dakota was very pleasant and in great communication and answered all of our questions promptly. Her home is wonderful and very comfortable for the four of us. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the grassy backyard and made a habit of walking to and from shopping and dinner on Pearl Street. We hope to stay here again our next visit to Boulder.

Beyond the Beyond

There really aren't enough superlatives to review Dakota's property and the experience we had living in her house in Boulder. All I can say is we have never stayed in a property (& we've booked quite a few) that felt more like home than this one. It doesn't feel like you've walked into a rental house, it feels like you came into your home with all the creature comforts. In the month we stayed there there wasn't one thing that we wanted for ~ between the organic beauty of the house, full of plants and life and natural light and all the little touches that are everywhere I could have stayed another month (year). The interior is beautiful, mindful, peaceful and calming. There are salt lamps and white noise machines, dimmers on all the lighting, a beautiful dining room that leads to a lovely outdoor back yard (of which there are few in this area) with a deck newly furnished with comfy sofa and chairs, a large umbrella and nice accent lights for the night time. The master bedroom is perfect, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in any house we've rented . For the digitally inclined she has a whole house Sonos system that is spectacular for us music lovers (& I used a lot) and full internet, cable and Apple TV. The kitchen is fantastic with all the accoutrement you will need and we cooked many meals there; again, there is nothing that even the fanciest cook will not have. The front room is a great place to chill and meditate if you're so inclined. Check in was super easy and Dakota responds almost immediately to any needs or questions a renter may have ~ we were so glad to be able to meet her because after staying in such a special place you have a sense that the person that created this is also special. I could go on but suffice it to say that anyone that rents this Mapleton residence will be extremely happy. Oh, and did I mention how convenient it is to everything? John & Julie

Great stay in Boulder for a couple days. The house was everything and more that we expected. Location was fantastic, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks. I definitely would rent this house if I find myself back in Boulder and need a home away from home.

Relaxing Stay

We came for a long weekend with three kids 10, 5, and 3. The fenced in, private back yard was a great place for them to enjoy the outdoors while we where there. The house is very clean and up to date. It is on a nice quiet street. A very central location for all Boulder has to offer!

We loved our time here! Dakota was friendly and accommodating - the house was perfectly set up to meet our families needs including our dog. The location was ideal and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house itself is intimate, spacious and very comfortable. With 4 teenagers - we all managed to have private space and enjoy time together when we weren’t out hiking or exploring the city. The location is ideal and it was fun to be in a neighborhood while visiting. Don’t miss this amazing home!

I'd love to live in this house all the time

This house is charming--airy, light, cozy, full of (but not too full of) personality. It worked perfectly for our stay in Boulder for my nephew's graduation. Adults got private rooms, kids got comfy couches in the loft area. The well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining/sunroom, beautiful deck and yard were perfect for relaxing and for barbequing with a few local relatives. The owner was very responsive to my couple of questions once we were there and figuring out what was where. I wish we had a few more days there because I would have loved to explore the neighborhood on the bikes provided and do some local hiking. A super house and a very good hostess.

Great Homecoming weekend!

Spent CU Homecoming weekend at the Mapleton Manor and had a great time. The house was very comfortable and clean. Comfortably housed our party of 8 adults. Sonos sound system throughout house really adds to experience. Great location. Convenient walking distance to downtown Boulder and CU campus.
