Beautiful resort

Westgate resort is a fabulous place to stay. This room was as advertised. Very clean and the property management was real responsive to any of our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The location was perfect, staff was very friendly. Only thing is if the front desk would give a little more information we had no idea that we could store our ski’s we kept taking them to the room when I contacted the management co ,I was told the information was in the green book but I looked and it wasn’t. Other than that is was fantastic!

Great experience

Another great vacation stay at Westgate Park City. Check in was a bit messy with the front desk but Heather with the property Management Company, Moose Management, was available to assist and made the process smooth moving forward. The new FREE shuttle service for the Canyons Village made it very easy to get around when the lifts closed. Very accessible and literally no wait times. Accessibility to the ski lifts were amazing and no hassle. Restaurants had great food. This is our second stay here and will be back again.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay, Susie. This Westgate condo was completely remodeled last year so the interior is brand-new and nicer than most of the condos in the complex. The location and amenities can't be beat! We'd be happy to have you back any time.

Completely average. Good location.

Great location. Close to lifts and ski rental. Property in general is pretty worn and dated. Carpets worn and decor is circa 1990s. No oven in room kitchen, toaster broken. Staff in general pretty indifferent to customer service. Long delay checking in, delayed making dinner reservation so consierge could work out a deal with a local business man about ski storage. When I asked him "shouldn't a guest come before a business deal he said "no, he was first in line". Fortunately it was just me and my 14 year old skiing so these issues were not deal breakers. Would not bring my wife and entire family to stay.

Best ski vacation to date!!

We had the most wonderful time!! The condo was perfect for my husband and I. Great location!! We even ended up extending our stay by a night bc of how wonderful it all was!! Can’t wait to go back!

Wow! We regret you were not 100% happy with your stay and surprised by your rating. This condo typically gets great reviews! If you were having any trouble during your stay, we would have been happy to send maintenance by but never received a call. This condo was fully remodeled 2 years ago with new paint, furnishings and more. It is one of the nicest units at Westgate. And, the Westgate Resort has so much to offer! ... Pools, hot tubs, game room, free transportation, concierge, ski valet, spa and much, much more! We wish you all the best in your future travels.
