The Views and The Sounds!!

The property was EXACTLY as advertised; overlooking the water with the full sounds of nature coupled with beautiful sunsets every night! Spacious and well appointed. Great proximity to the beach and great restaurants. Cant wait to go back!!

This condo is super clean and very nice, and spacious. The porch is great the gated community feels very safe and the garage was a nice bonus would definitely recommend staying here

Made Our Vacation Amazing

I cannot recommend this condo highly enough. Everything was just as advertised and more. We stayed 6 days and were so sad to leave. I slept like a baby every night on the comfy bed and to have coffee each morning on the balcony and watch the boats go by was a memory I won't forget. Love, love, love this condo!!!

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful and had all of the household amenities for a great family vacation! We grocery shopped and did breakfast and lunch at the condo (or packed and took to the beach), so the kitchen was perfect. Also-big beautiful beach towels and 4 beach chairs in the storage shed for beach outings. All in all, a great experience

Alternate unit was ok with minor issues. Staff at Wagner was responsive. Close to beaches and would be a great place if you are a boater.

Sister's Vacation

I am really glad I found this home away from home that's located right outside of Anna Marie Island. We loved that it was a convenient drive both to the island and to the grocery store/shops. The views from this property were amazing. The patio was one of my favorite places to be in the entire condo. We had everything we needed to be comfortable including card games. My sister and I are already planning our next vacation back 😁 Thank you

Great

Great place to stay, quiet, safe surroundings. Restaurant and bar walking distance. Across the bridge from Anna Maria island, so cannot take a golf cart across the bridge but free buses and trolley are available as well as the monkey bus. Our only complaint would be to have the keys accessible right outside the property versus having to pick them up and drop them off at the realty office. This wasted 2 hrs the day we got there and 2 hrs the day we left.

Dear Tallie, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and surroundings. We can only apologize that you needed to pickup keys away from the property. Unfortunately, it cannot be done any other way as you need fobs to get into the gate and there is no place to for us to safely place them without others having the same access. Normally, it only takes me 7-15 minutes to make the 3 mile journey each way, depending on traffic, to get to and from One Particular Harbour. Although, there may have been an accident that tied up traffic on the Island. We do sympathize with you but there is not much we can do about traffic woes. Family wedding

We stayed with another couple at this property for my sisters wedding. I would love to have given this property 5 stars which it is due but did not based on the property rental agency who manages it. The condo itself sits in an amazing spot and is beautiful. We had 3 bedrooms but of the two bedrooms we used the TVs did not work, the washer and dryer didn’t work and a few other issues that popped up which were smaller. Book directly if you can but avoid Wagner Realty at all cost.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. This unit is was occupied with the owner and I can assure you ALL the appliances are new and in working order. As far as the internet and cable, with technology this can happen, but I assure you we had a maintenance man was sent there and the system was ether rebooted or we asked the cable company to come out at the next available appointment. Some of the owners also prefer internet based services on the secondary TV's this is all based on the owners preferences. We wish the Wedding couple a very beautiful and happy future. Beautiful place with wonderful views and a quiet atmosphere. We had planned on renting a golf cart to get around but were unable to as golf carts are not allowed on the bridge over to Anna Maria Island. However, the bus is free and there is a bus stop right outside this condo area. There’s also a free trolley system you can take around the island and the Monkey Bus also is available. The Compass/Floridays restaurant/bar was walking distance so it was nice to have that option. We grilled a couple nights and utilized the pool a great deal. Also did Holmes breathe and Bean Point beach which was a fun time. the ugly Grouper had delicious food and great atmosphere and the Sandbar has some yummy tropical drinks. The Donut experiment was fun to check out and the donuts were great! We ordered food and drinks from Publix which is right across the bridge. The delivery was super quick. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros & Cons

We’ve stayed in the complex before and it never disappoints. You can not beat the sunset view and the luxury of these condos. However, this time we had some issues. When we arrived, because of COVID, we wiped down all surfaces and handles. I also had planned on washing the sheets just in case. I pulled back the comforter in the master bedroom and you could visibly see sweat stains on the sheets. They had not been washed along with the pillow cases. The pillow it’s self was stained from use over time. We found trash behind the trash can in the master bath. The patio had trash and old food also a dead crab. All the towels were wet that were provided in each bathroom. I’m assuming the ran short on time when cleaning and just folded them the way they were. Normally I wouldn’t be so bothered by things like this but with the things currently going on this isn’t okay. I let Lisa know and she was understanding. She offered to send the cleaning crew back but we declined because we didn’t want to sanitize again after they left. We just cleaned ourselves. The only other issue was the master bathroom and guest bathrooms sink water had a strong strong sulfur smell. All in all we would stay here again because like I said the condo is beautiful and the setting you can’t beat but I was beyond disappointed in the cleanliness especially in today’s times. I’m sure Lisa and the Wagner team will be on it.

Great location - rocky start

We had a wonderful week on Anna Maria Island! Weather did not disappoint either - sunny and clear skies. The condo location is perfect (away from the beach traffic) with a great view of the sound. Set up easily accommodates 3 bedrooms but a dresser/storage drawers would be nice in the front bedroom. Plenty of storage in the kitchen area and the porch is a great early morning and later evening retreat. Accessibility to Publix and some great restaurants makes this complex an ideal location. Our only real hitch was checking in! We waited until 4:00 pm since we were advised against bringing in any luggage if we arrived early and unit was not ready. It was stifling hot outside so we looked forward to cool air. However/ the unit was not ready! The cleaning supplies were on the counter, vacuum and mop out, bathrooms not cleaned and beds not made or laundry folded!! I called the Realtor and left a message- -they did call back saying they would get on it. That took about an hour during which the rep from the cleaning company called explaining a “ mix up” in the schedules. She then came over, very apologetic, during which we did stay in the unit while it was prepared since we had permission and the mosquitos in the garage area were relentless! Maria was very accommodating and did a great job preparing the unit; however, we did not totally unload and get settled until after 7:00 pm- a rocky start to our week! And a later than anticipated dinner. Since there were 3 couples in our unit we did request an extra fob ( to enable easy access) but that never materialized. Might be something to consider providing. In addition guests should be alerted to the need to bring their own dish washing packettes/tabs as well as some basics like salt and pepper if you plan to use the kitchen for any meals.

Beautiful condo and location

The condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the views were amazing from the master suite and screened in porch. I loved the location. It was not in the middle of all the tourists, but very close to the beaches. It did not take us long to get to where we wanted to go. I would recommend this condo to anyone and I hope to be back next year! In addition, the manager was very responsive to all my questions. Thank you Lisa for all the recommendations. They were extremely helpful as that was my first time to this location in Florida.

Fantastic for a family with little kids. Spacious and beautiful with playground and pool!

The condo is gorgeous!!! The pool area and playground were fantastic! There was even a Sandy area that my kids loved. The condo was very clean, looked brand new and was beautifully decorated. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five. We had a wonderful experience over all and would go back again even given a Couple frustrations which were primarily with the property manager. She took a long time to answer my questions, and when we arrived the condo had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We were only supplied with the bare minimum cleaning supplies. They were stingy with supplies even after I reached out to complain. No full size trash bags provided. I’m talking 2 tiny bathroom trash can bags, 1/2 of a roll of paper towels, no extra toilet paper for a 5 day stay. I had to buy my own supplies. Nonetheless this did not significantly impact our trip, just something I would encourage they fix for future guests. We had a wonderful time and I would strongly suggest this unit for a family with young kids as it offers so much to do and so much space! We used Babyquip for our baby gear rental and it fit perfectly.

Dear Amy, Thank you for your review both the good and not so good! The unit is exquisite and the community is second to none. I am happy that you and your family enjoyed your stay in spite of the short comings on your arrival. I do understand your frustration regarding the condition of the condo when your arrived and our only excuse is a communication breakdown between us and the cleaning crew. I will apologize again for that snafu. As soon as you texted me on your arrival that the unit needed cleaning, I called you right away and had the crew there within 15 minutes. I was unaware that they had not left you enough supplies until you texted me two days later. Again, I had them out within an hour and sent you a photo of the supplies they left for you, which was more that what is normally supplied and plenty to get you through your last two days. We normally supply our guests enough to get through a few days but not their entire stay. As I look back on the text conversations that I had with you before and during your stay, I don't see any that were left hanging for long. Most of your texts were answered within minutes. If any questions took longer than you expected it was merely because I was waiting for answers to your questions myself. In closing, we will refund $100.00 to be included with your security deposit refund. I hope that this will, somewhat, make up for any incovenience that you had during your stay. All the Best, Lisa

Great sunset views!

The condo was clean and with tasteful interior design and the furniture was comfortable. We especially loved enjoying the sunset over the water from the screened in porch. Just a 3 minute ride to Ana Maria Island over the bridge and beaches are right there.

Wonderful vacation

Beautiful, quiet and clean condo. We enjoyed our vacation fully. Due to Covid restrictions and restaurants closing we did not eat out, however fully stocked kitchen was a great opportunity to cook our healthy meals and enjoy fantastic view from balcony. Evening strolls on Anna Maria beaches just across the bridge. You need to pack only your toothbrush ... Condo was clean and very cozy, garage space kept our car cool and clean. Condo conveniently located close to the Airport, grocery and beaches. Loved watching wildlife and seeing dolphins everyday. Wagner Realty was very accommodating when we needed help. We will be back next year. Thankful for this opportunity. The Henize family

Great stay

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. Nice location on the Intracoastal and just a short drive to our favorite Coqina Beach. Only bummer was the pool we had access to is pretty small. There are more pools but we did not get access since we only stayed 1 week.
