Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the convenient location and had the opportunity to see bears around the cabin—those encounters can certainly be a memorable part of a Smoky Mountain stay. We do want to mention that the concerns in your review were reported to us after your departure. Had these issues been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have had the opportunity to send our maintenance and property teams out to inspect and address them while you were still at the cabin. We always encourage guests to contact us as soon as an issue arises so we can work toward a resolution during their stay rather than learning about the concerns after checkout. We’re also glad you enjoyed the location and the wildlife around the property. Thank you again for your feedback. We value the opportunity to improve and hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide the experience you expected.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback on your stay at A Mountain View Theater Lodge. We are truly so very glad to hear the cabin provided plenty of space for your group and that the kitchen met most of your needs—we will definitely take note of the suggestion to add a 13 x 9 cake pan for future guests. We also appreciate your comments about the carpet and will pass that along to our maintenance team as we continuously look for ways to improve.
