Te Rito Lagoon Villas - Deluxe Strandeinheit

Die Deluxe Beach Unit ist ein absolutes Strandhotel, das sich im Stadtteil Titikaveka im Süden von Rarotonga befindet. Diese moderne Strandvilla aus dem Jahr 2017 ist eine von vier Villen auf dem Grundstück und eignet sich nur für Paare. Schnorchelausrüstung und ein Doppelkajak stehen zur Verfügung. Kostenloses Kabelfernsehen und vorausbezahlter WLAN-Hotspot verfügbar. Eigener überdachter Carport zum Parken.
Dieses besondere verfügt über eine offene Lounge und Küche mit großen Glastüren, die sich auf eine überdachte Terrasse öffnen und einen Panoramablick auf üppige Palmen und die herrliche, unberührte Lagune bieten. Es gibt einen Grill an einem perfekten Ort für Mahlzeiten im Freien mit einem Glas Vino oder zwei.
Die Lounge verfügt über ein komfortables Sofa zum Entspannen. Falls es regnet, bieten wir Moana TV-Kanäle (ähnlich wie SKY TV) wie Fox Movies, ESPN CNN-Nachrichten usw. Eine Stereoanlage mit USB-Anschluss und Bluetooth.
Es gibt auch ein Telefon mit kostenlosen Ortsgesprächen und WLAN-Hotspot.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle und Kochfeld (kein Backofen in dieser Einheit).
Das Schlafzimmer am hinteren Ende der Villa verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Wandventilator und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, Waschtisch und WC.
Die Hintertür führt zu einem vollständig überdachten Carport und einer Wäscherei. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthalts bereitgestellt.
Auf der anderen Straßenseite befinden sich ein Laden, eine Tankstelle und ein Fitnessstudio. Es gibt auch einige Cafés und Restaurants, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Das Erstaunliche an einem Aufenthalt in den TeRito Lagoon Villas ist der weiße Sandstrand, das kristallblaue Wasser der Südseite und ein hervorragender Ort zum Schnorcheln. Und im August / September, als Wale in unseren Küsten sind, wurden sie hinter dem Riff gesichtet.
** Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, jedoch gibt es einen Deckenventilator im Wohnzimmer und einen Wandventilator im Schlafzimmer.

Beautiful Location

The location of TeRito Lagoon is just perfect. Right on the beach with a lovely grassy area to lie outside and watch the sea . The villa had everything we needed and we both enjoyed our stay here tremendously. Michelle was so super friendly and made our stay amazing . We felt very welcome and would 100 percent stay here again.

Very low key and on the beach, Te Rito captured everything good about island life. Michelle was nearby to assist if we needed help and we did not. One heads up: if you land on Sunday, grocery stores are closed.Restaurants were open and superstar driver Max took us to the one grocery open.Great place on a perfect beach!

Location location location!

This was our favorite spot on the island. Amazing beach access. Very private and beautiful! We enjoyed the lower key area but still good access to restaurants, church, botanical garden. I would definitely stay again! Apartment had everything we needed. Clean and safe as well.

We had a wonderful time here at Te Rito Lagoon Villas and were so impressed with our home away from home. The deck area, beautiful view and easy access to the beach was an absolute highlight. Another wonderful stay in paradise

We are convinced this is the best stay in Rarotonga due to the self contained unit having privacy and stunning views and the excellent swimming and snorkeling on the beach just footsteps away. The hosts are attentive and continue to provide everything one would need to enjoy a self contained holiday. It was our second stay and we’ll be back.

Beautiful

Amazing location. Plenty of basics in kitchen incl spices etc. Very good outdoor furniture. Kayak and paddle board. We stayed last year and this year the comfy couch/ bed was no more in the lounge. Extra lay about type lounge seats would be great.

Best Location

This villa was exactly what we were looking for, clean comfortable and located on the best snorkelling beach on the island. The lagoon views and the sunsets from the deck were breathtaking. We made good use of the kayaks, paddleboards and snorkel gear which was all in excellent condition. Liu and George were excellent hosts, very responsive and accommodating. We would highly recommend this villa.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We snorkelled whenever the weather allowed and we saw so much wildlife in the sea just outside our villa, including watching a moray eel feeding in its natural habitat. Perfect for couples who enjoy a self contained holiday experience. The hosts were incredibly attentive, but gave us space to enjoy the privacy.

Great house with a great view

The house was great. The outdoor area was very nice to hang out in and there are snorkels and a two person kayak for you to use that were awesome. Some of the best snorkeling we found was right outside the house. The kitchen had everything we needed and there is a tv with cable if you want to relax at night or are stuck inside because of the rain. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely Awesome

This property is absolutely awesome. Located on beautiful beach with the best snorkeling right outside your front door. Property has everything you’ll need on your holiday as well a paddle board and canoe. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to have a super chilled holiday. Lui was great to deal with from start to finish, arranging airport transfers and putting some goodies in the fridge for when we arrived. Will certainly be back!!!

Well it is on the nicest beach. Accommodation is ok, people are great, i have a new hatred for roosters. Every morning at 3am till 7am they dont shut up. Didn't sleep for 8 days. Last night we were there, there was a heavy storm....they didnt make a peep. We slept. Bring ear plugs or heavy sleeping drugs

Beautiful property lacking in privacy

Car port, steps up to front door, into bedroom, shower rom to side. Large shower cubicle Living kitchen in front onto veranda, little garden, straight onto beach. view to die for. Very well equiped. Even factor 50, insect spray, INSECT MESH on ALL windows. Fans. kayak, surf board, snorkle, goggles,reef shoes etc. Good restaurants down the beach in walking distance. Tropical garden worth visit. Only negative: Can look into and be seen from house next door, also outside area no privacy barrier. People, even a car, came down side of house unexpectedly. Changing must be in shower rm if you don't want to exhibit yourself!

Information for guests

Like many other places i have stayed at hotel wise or other there is a severe lack of information as to use of tv. .especially if wi-fi connected. A lot of out of date tourist information. 4 year old brochures etc ought to be culled. A folder with relevant info re local eateries..bus times..accurate walk times..etc not hard to make up for guests. For guests doing some own meals etc visiting supermarkets in Town the best as small local "stores" very very limited as to stock. I always take ear plugs wherever i go . I was for warned to take in this booking due to local roosters crowing at all times. The biggest issue was a 3 legged dog barking a lot all around the booked property which was not mentioned. Not good. A late checkout with reasonable payment appreciated. One of owners calling in to show tv operation also appreciated. Think also the nightly rate over priced in general for property.

Amazing time

My partner and I had most excellent time staying in Te Rito Lagoon Villas - Deluxe Beach Unit. The Villa is literally on the waterfront and it was pretty much a private beach. This place has everything you need from a nice shower, comfy bed, own kitchen (with equipments) two deck chairs, and equipment for water activities. I.e. Kayaks, snorkelling gear, and stand up paddle boat. Since it was right on the beach, it took about 30 steps from the villa into the water. Liu (owner) is lovely and super helpful. We had no trouble communicating with her. It felt like they have put a lot of thought into making this place a wonderful place to stay. There were few details that just made staying at this place from great to excellent. We rented ebikes as our main source of transport but the place has own carport if you prefer to get a rental vehicle. In summary, we had amazing time staying at Te Rito Villa and we would most definitely book again in the future!

Perfect spot - Paradise!

Loved our 6 nights at TeRito! Well appointed little villa just perfect for 2. Very private and quiet with the most spectacular lagoon views & access from the doorstep. Unfortunately, the weather didn't play nice at all (high winds and cooler than usual air temps) during our stay & so we were unable to snorkel in the lagoon at all (which was torture!) or take advantage of the kayaks. But the villa was comfy & protected & we still enjoyed many brisk beach walks & watching whales beyond the reef from the verandah! Well appointed kitchen & Liu had left us tea, coffee, juice and a lovely bowl of local fruits in the large fridge. We were so touched to find a bottle of champagne chilling in the fridge with a lovely note from Liu & George for our 35th Wedding Anniversary which we celebrated during our stay. Thank you both! Dined at Tamarind House that night which was A1. We had some movies on our laptop and a cable to plug into the TV which we were grateful for as we discovered cable is not fun to watch. Thanks for a great stay Liu & George! We'll be back!

Place is in an amazing private location overlooking the beach and reef. Was in immaculate condition and just what we were after. Having a main grocery shop across the road is quite the bonus too. Liu and George were great being helpful and quick communication. Would 100% recommend and will be referring to family and friends.
