Je nach Verfügbarkeit, könnte unser Dufour 36' Segelboot für zusätzliche Unterkünfte zur Verfügung stehen (aber nicht 2012) Sie können auch Ihr Boot an der Anlegestelle am Ende des Gartens anlegen - ist 2012 auch verfügbar - sie ist aber nur für eine begrenzte Fahrzeuganzahl.

Excellent Holiday House

Myself and my family have enjoyed a brilliant holiday staying here. There was 6 adults and one toddler altogether and plenty of room for all. The pool was perfect and exactly what we needed, we used it everyday and my daughter spent hours just playing around in there. The safety gate was brilliant too. The house had everything we needed. The aircon was a must and the ice machine from the freezer was very welcome. Everyone made use of the bikes too which was fun. The house is in a great location in the quieter side of Port Grimaud but still close to shops and lovely restaurants. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. I loved walking along the river too from the back garden in the evenings. Watching the action in the boat yard opposite is interesting and hardly ever noisy. Overall a great stay and everyone has said we'd love to come back again !!!

Perfect for many family fun and many memories!

This Port Grimaud villa provided everything our family needed for a week on the French Riviera. Our family included adults, toddlers and a baby and the villa was perfect for all of our needs. I was also prepared for the accommodations to be a little small, but we had plenty of room and the outside pool and dining were perfect for family meals and lots of swimming fun. The pool and dining area was also totally kid safe for playing in and out of the pool. We loved our visit and found nothing inadequate and to be better than the property description.

As we sit here in our relatively huge house in California, the idea of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a study in 940 sq. ft. (94 m2) seems quite impossible. But you're absolutely right: our Port Grimaud house has plenty of space. We lived there full-time for 3 years, and never felt short of room; we just adapted. We're very happy that you & your family found everything you needed, and that you loved your visit. And the safety fence is very reassuring when there are small ones around! Brian & Camia.

Perfect house for a wonderful family holiday

I first reviewed this property in 2012 and have been visiting every year since then with my family - 2 grandparents, 2 children plus spouses and 1 grandson. As always the property was clean and very well prepared for us on arrival. The owner keeps it in very good order and updates equipment etc. as appropriate. He also provides very full, accurate and helpful information prior to arrival which makes shopping and getting around very easy. We now know the district really well, but still find something new in the information each year. The air conditioning was, once again, very welcome as the temperatures soared into the 30s during our stay, but the large sun blind made it possible to eat out of doors on the terrace in comfort and, of course, the pool was always there to cool off. For sea swimming and a possible lunch on the beach we used our rubber dinghy, took the water bus or walked. The beach really is not very far away. We also went, as we always do, to the market in the main part of Port Grimaud on Sunday and Thursday which is interesting to visit. Port Grimaud itself, now 50 years old, is a charming and fascinating place to be, especially in the evenings when the visitors (who really are not a problem) have left. My husband and I arrive on day one and never leave for the whole of the holiday. The younger members of the family often take a ferry across to Saint Tropez for a touch of the "high life", which they enjoy just for a day, but they are always pleased to come back to Port Grimaud. I really cannot recommend this house highly enough and have already booked a return visit (our 7th) for next year.

Lovely well maintained villa

Stayed at this villa with my wife and three sons (aged 14, 13 and 10) in May 2016.

Well located with good access to shops and restaurants. Short walk to beaches.

The owners provided loads of really helpful information to help prepare for the trip and the property was very well equipped for our stay (including use of a couple of bicycles for quick morning trips to the bakers etc.)

Overall - excellent property in great location.

Lovely house and very special location.

We had a super week in this lovely fisherman style house. There was everything we needed, secure gated location, parking in our private courtyard with electric gates, swimming pool, waters edge with mooring for a boat, walking distance to private residents beach with excellent beach club. The little square around the corner had some shops that sold everything you could want, there really was no need to travel out and waste any of our precious holiday time. The whole rental was so easily managed and we received a very helpful information pack. Jocelyne who met us with the keys was so nice and helpful and works locally if you need anything. We have been coming to this area for our summer for many years but Port Grimaud has diffinately been our favourite place to date.

We live in our second home as much as we can, and so have over the years learned about the little things that can life easier so that we too can enjoy our home. We always make a pre-season visit to do routine maintenance, replace the batteries & all those little issues involved in keeping a home running. We are blessed to have the help of our friend and local colleague Jocelyne, who is a long-time resident of Port Grimaud and knows almost everything. We have received so much positive feedback over the years about Jocelyne, who also is accomplished at solving those occasional issues that come up. She's a real treasure. Our house is quite small, but it does provide a comfortable base for lounging by the pool, lying on the local beach, or exploring the area. Perfect Holiday

The description given for this property was accurate for every aspect of the house and surrounding area. The booking process was straightforward, though slightly stressful sending payment and deposit to owners by direct bank transfer (given stories in press of payments for non existent properties!)

Hopefully this review will help give confidence to others!

Owners sent through loads of useful info about the house and area, which meant we could do some advance planning to make the most of our week in Port Grimaud. On arrival we were met by very friendly local agent (friend of owners) who showed us around property and talked us through finer points of aircon, washing machines, keys etc.

The house was clean and well equipped.

Deposit was returned within 2 weeks of holiday finishing.

Our party of four adults enjoyed our week in this house very much and I'm very happy to recommend it to others.
