Ein seltener Fund in Santa Fe. Nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß zur Plaza am nördlichen Ende der Plaza. Linda ist eine exquisite, zweistöckige Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Sie verfügt über eine brandneue Konstruktion mit einem modernen Flair und ist dennoch sehr "Santa Fe".  Der Meister im Obergeschoss ist geräumig und hell mit einer Badewanne. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge in dieser zweiten Etage. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit der Küche, Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer in einem offenen Raum, der viel Platz für alle bietet, um sich zu versammeln. Es gibt auch einen atemberaubenden gasbetriebenen Kiva-Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt Porzellanfliesen im ganzen Haus. Sehr schöne Rock-Arbeit. Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern. Es gibt eine vordere Terrasse für Versammlungen und Grillabende. Sie können Ihr Auto parken und von diesem fabelhaften Anwesen, das sich in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet, überall hingehen. Die Beschreibung und die Preise hier sind für die zwei Schlafzimmer, die nach Hause Linda losgemacht werden. Sie können dieses Haus mit einem Schlafzimmer nebenan, Bella, sowie einem Schlafzimmer nebenan, Bonita, mieten.

We had a wonderful long weekend here. Great location - easy walk to town and in a nice neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable living room, nice kitchen and nice outdoor spaces. Also nice to have a garage for parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property all around

My family and I just stayed at the property for 3 nights, and would stay again. The property was super clean, nicely furnished (great bedding) and very comfortable/private for a family of 5. Ideal location that was a leisurely walk to the plaza, and super easy to access the drive to Ski Santa Fe. Check in and out was super easy and great communication.

Perfect launch pad for Santa Fe

This house was perfect for two couples — just the right ratio of shared space to private areas. We were an easy walk to the plaza, even for my older father-in-law. Very clean, well-appointed, and with an easy checkout process. Highly recommend!

Comfortable modern condo

Everything was just as described. The condo is in a peaceful neighborhood about a 10 minute walk to the Plaza. Despite being that close, we slept with the windows open upstairs and it was quiet - just birds chirping in the morning.

Perfect meeting place!

We met my in-laws halfway between LA and Dallas in Santa Fe. Due to covid we hadn’t seen them in over a year. This was the perfect meeting place!! It had two master suites with private bathrooms and plenty of comfortable seating. We walked into the square each day and ate lunch outdoors while it was warm in the sun. We brought our dog who was very comfortable with the fenced in space and park right across the street. The place was absolutely beautiful and amazingly clean! Highly recommend!!
