Das Silver Seas 301 befindet sich in einem kleinen 9-Einheiten-Gebäude im obersten Stock. Es gibt einen Aufzug, also keine Sorgen um die Treppe. Legen Sie Ihre Zehen in nur 100 Meter Entfernung in den Sand! Die Gäste werden es auch lieben, nur wenige Schritte von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dem Pier und mehr entfernt zu sein. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die geräumige und offene Küche verfügt über Granitarbeitsplatten und Edelstahlgeräte. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 mit zusätzlichen 2 Sitzplätzen an der Frühstücksbar. Der Wohnbereich bietet komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten sowie einen Flachbild-TV und ein Schlafsofa. Der offene Balkon / Breezeway-Bereich bietet Platz für 2 Personen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet und das angeschlossene Hauptbad verfügt über einen Whirlpool, eine Gartenbadewanne und eine separate Dusche. Das erste Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und einen Flachbildfernseher. Das zweite Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Etagenbett mit einer Matratze in voller Größe und einem oberen Doppelbett.

The condo was very clean. We are within a couple of blocks of great restaurants and stores. The beach is two blocks, easy walking. Great location and very nice clean condo to live in while on vacation.

We were so thankful to find this beautiful property at the last minute. It was absolutely perfect! Our little ones did not want to leave but we're already talking about returning as soon as possible. Tybee Island is truly a best kept secret!

SWEET & ROOMY SPOT

Our family was in town for the Onstage Dance Competition. We loved the closed proximity to the beach and restaurant on the corner. Giving us the freedom to quickly relax once we made it back in for the day. We received a cute welcome gift that my daughter used over the weekend.

Great location and space

It is more spacious than you think from the pictures which was great. The beds were comfy. There were a few issues such as a drippy faucet, missing sheets for one of the beds and a stingy amount of toilet paper and trash bags provided. It also could have been a bit cleaner, one of the blankets had a really gross stain on it but overall you can’t beat the location.

Great Location

Property was as described. Great shower with plush towels. Comfortable beds with plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood within 200 ft of beach. Only issue was that the bedroom carpets were very soiled and needed a good carpet cleaning. For the price paid for 7 days, this was disappointing.

Wonderful condo and great location

Our family of 6 had more than enough space in this condo! We loved it. The pictures don’t do it justice. The place is so big and roomy and plenty of space to spread out. The short 1 block walk to the beach was so convenient and close to EVERYTHING you need. We are already planning another trip back and can’t wait — just wished we could’ve spent a couple more days! Thank you!

Nice quiet property near beach!

This was our first trip to Tybee Island & I must say that the accommodations were just as they were described on the internet site. The unit was equipped with more than the necessary items needed. Check in and check out was fast & easy! We did have a minor problem with one of the televisions but a technician was sent out and the issue was quickly resolved. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future!!

When we arrived, there were clean towels and sheets. However, the floors were clearly dirty, and the toilets had rings around them. We only had hot water for about 1 1/2 days of our five day day. The hot water heater kept tripping and maintenance came out twice to reset it. However, if you called to report maintenance issues and did not stay inside the room, they were likely not to enter the room to do maintenance. Which meant you had to miss each time in order to get maintenance work done.

We enjoyed everything. I would like to make a suggestion in the master bedroom bathroom, where the carpet meets the bathroom there are sharp tacks that I stepped on several times and went into my foot. It just needs to be addressed.

Very spacious. Short walk to the beach. Very clean. Did not have to move our car the entire trip. Walk to all the shops and eating places. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns! Next day, the maintenance man was quick to respond when we noticed the batteries were dead in the AC thermostat! Response time was less than 10 minutes! The kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed for our trip. Will definitely stay here again in the future! It’s about the elevator

Clean and spacious.

This is a beautiful property and it was very comfortable and spacious for my family of four plus my 2 parents. It was close enough to walk to the beach and the pier which was very important to us. One downside to the experience was we arrived expecting a sofa bed to be at the property as well, but we were able to rearrange people to make the sleeping arrangements work out anyway. The hot water heater is a little small to support 6 people taking showers after a beach day, but the bathrooms were really nice and the jacuzzi tub was great. The last day the elevator broke. This made checkout and repacking our car so much more trouble and my mother has great difficulty with stairs. The rental agreement emphasizes they don’t guarantee the elevator to be operational but we thought that was to cover legal bases. Anyway, be warned if you have a person with mobility issues, this may actually be something you may have to deal with. Overall while there were some annoyances here and there, the experience was positive and we were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Everything was great on it except for the listing said sleeps eight, but did not sleep 8 it slept seven….They said there was a pull out chair/couch and there was not. I was offered a rollaway bed to make up for that, and I appreciate that, but it needs to be changed to seven. We had to double up on one of the beds and I really did not wanna do that

This is a great location for all ages. I would recommend you read carefully what is provided. No beach towels or beach supplies, no extra cleaning supplies, toilet paper and such. Overall great place.

Great location

The condo was nice but it definitely wasn’t cleaned before we got there. The floors were filthy, and the spatula had egg on it. The towels were stained. But it wouldn’t ruin our vacation. We enjoyed our stay. I just had to clean up the kitchen area a little.
