Halber Morgen, umgeben von großen Schattenbäumen und Spazierwegen. 2400 m² großes Haus mit traditionellem Südwesten von New Mexico und Dekor in einem sauberen, luftigen, modernen, neuen Umbau. Alle Annehmlichkeiten schaffen Erinnerungen, Erlebnisse und tiefen Schlaf, um vom nächsten Abenteuer zu träumen. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet für alle Koch-, Schlaf- und Badezwecke für bis zu 10 Personen. Genießen Sie die 500 m² große überdachte Terrasse, um die Sonnenuntergänge bequem zu beobachten und die Geschichten des Tages zu teilen.
Ruhiges North Valley-Haus mit viel Platz zum Leben und Spielen.
* Vier-Zimmer-Haus mit zwei Queen-Schlafzimmern, einem Etagenbett mit einem Doppelstockbett, einem Einzelstockbett und einem Zweibettzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Ebenfalls enthalten ist eine Queen-Luftmatratze mit angeschlossener Pumpe. Es gibt zwei bequeme Sofabetten (keine Ausziehbetten), die für ein paar zusätzliche Schlafbereiche genutzt werden können. * Das Haus verfügt über zweieinhalb Badezimmer, ein komplettes Bad mit Wannen-Duschkombination, das andere, eine begehbare Dusche mit Sitzbank, Doppelwaschtische und einen Whirlpool mit Whirlpool-Dach mit Oberlicht für ein strahlendes Erlebnis. Das halbe Bad ist mit einer Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülbecken und allem nötigen Zubehör ausgestattet, um die Dinge für das nächste Abenteuer sauber zu machen.
* Es gibt zwei Wohnzimmer. Die erste ist mit dem Esszimmer und der Küche kombiniert, um ein offenes Gefühl für große Gruppen zu schaffen und sich für eine kleinere, intimere Umgebung zu eignen. Das zweite Wohnzimmer bietet Platz für viele Personen, einen großen Fernseher und einen Spielbereich / Gesprächsbereich.
* Gehen Sie auf die überdachte Veranda, um einen angenehmen Abend zu genießen und den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten, oder greifen Sie vom Schlafzimmer aus darauf zu, um eine morgendliche Tasse lokalen Pinon-Kaffee zu genießen.
* Es gibt ein Tor von der Unterkunft, auf dem Sie die von Bäumen gesäumten Wander- / Lauf- / Radwege entlang der Acequias erreichen, die sich hinter den Nachbarhäusern entlang schlängeln.

We traveled to Albuquerque for an annual golf tournament. Leah's house was perfect for us. Convenient location, warm, inviting & very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend as a vacation rental!

Best All Around

The location, the amenities, the landscape, and the host for Casa Del Sol cannot be outdone!! If you are looking for an authentic experience of Albuquerque, ie cottonwood trees, traditional shopping areas, and locally owned dining options, this property is all that and more. The covered back patio of the house is where our family of nine gathered for coffee and for wine down time while kids played in the yard. Hostess Leah absolutely amazing and everything supplied for comfort and convenience. Don’t miss this Southwest gem in historic area of the valley. Thank you Leah!

Perfect for us

This house had everything we could have asked for for our 2 night stay. Our 3 grandchildren loved the toy closet, the backyard and the playground next door, as well as the chickens next door on the other side. Everyone loved the very comfortable furniture, and there were both indoor and outdoor dining tables big enough to fit 9 of us. The host, Leah, was very helpful and friendly. We were in Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta, and the drive there was easy.

Perfect for families

This is by far the best rental we have stayed at in the Albuquerque area. It has the best of both worlds being centrally located but also in very private community making us feel very comfortable and safe. The house was fully functional, very clean, and well stocked, a home away from home. The kids appreciated all of the toys available and the large backyard. We most definitely will be choosing this home for our future travel back to Albuquerque.

Perfect Family Stay

We spent a long weekend in town for a funeral and this was the perfect place for our family to gather. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or for all of us to lounge and watch a movie together. Super comfortable beds and the attention to detail throughout every room is obvious. We were touched by a hand written welcome note and tasty local snacks. Coffee was also provided to us as well as toiletries. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay again when traveling with family.

Incredible Stay!!

Perfect weekend!! We entered the property to a lovely snack basket! We are an athletic family so we do a lot of our own cooking. This kitchen was Top Shelf!! Living areas in the house were spacious and comfortable but we spent all of our waking hours on the magnificent back porch!! It was AWESOME!!! We will definitely book here again on our next trip to Albuquerque!!! Thanks so much for a great weekend stay!!

spring break in Albuquerque

My daughter and I were very happy with this rental. We did not spend a lot of time at the house but enjoyed the time we were there. It was peaceful, would love to stay here when the backyard is all green and you could just hang out there. House was very clean, checking in & out very easy. Never had any need to interact with the owner during our stay as everything was easy to find and manage. Loved our welcome treats too!

Comfy, Clean, and Convenient

We LOVED this property! Very clean! Everything was available that we needed. The beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect for us. Communication with the property owners was wonderful. We were in town for a funeral and a very thoughtful note and welcome snacks were left for us. We felt like we were home! Beware the water is hot. 😉

Family friendly

Leah was an amazing host. Responsive throughout the whole process. Her home was so comfortable for my family during a rather difficult time. I was worried about the 100 degree weather during our stay but the place stayed nice and cool. There was even a welcome card & treats for us upon arrival. I knew it was kid friendly, but I wasn’t expecting an entire closet of toys & board games which kept the kids entertained. We will definitely book with Leah again ♥️

Little weird

Absolutely beautiful home and property. Elderly parents and 7 adults family members (64, 62, 56, 55, 25, 22 and 21) stayed for 3 nights, plenty of room. Not sure I would stay again however, as homeowners lived directly across the street and felt like we were being watched. (Granted, no pet policy, but within 5 minutes of friends bringing a new puppy over to show us, owner was texting that she saw we had a dog on the property). Little weird.

Great home base for a long weekend in the area

Property was very clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable and linens were great. Kitchen was well-stocked and allowed us to easily cook a couple meals in. Space was great for our group of four adults, with room inside and outside to sit and relax. Location is not immediately central to anything, but we drove everywhere and most places we visited were all within 15-20 min. Communication with the host was fast, and they were able to accommodate an early check-in for our group. Also appreciated the recos for what to do in the area. Overall, this was a great spot for our group, and we were all especially pleased with how well-kept the home was - no "little things" missing/broken/dirty that we noticed while we were there. Pictures were an accurate representation of the space, and would recommend for anyone who's considering this place in their search!

Hidden Gem in Excellent Location

Wow! Every detail and thought went into Leah's home. We have used VRBO many times and I would have to say this home was one of our family favorites because of how clean the home was, every thought was put into what a vacationer would need when they are away from home and how the description of the home was everything Leah described it would be. How refreshing! Our family was in town for only a few days but we all had an amazing time together due to the convenience of the house and getting good night sleep every night (all the beds were very comfy and nice bedding) and being able to cook a few of our meals in a very well stocked kitchen (good supply of plates, serviceware, cups, spices, Keurig machine, toaster, blender...ect). Thank you very much, Leah for opening your doors to myself and my family. Best of luck with your vacation home.

My husband and I are about to celebrate our 31st anniversary and have two beautiful daughters and 4 amazing grandchildren. We love to travel and love the outdoors.

I have lived in the North Valley of ABQ my entire life. I have traveled to other places and am always happy to come home. Nothing compares to the serene nature of the North Valley while still being close to everything available in middle of the big city. New Mexico is perfect! No earthquakes, mudslides, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, mold, or any of the multitude of natural disasters that occur other places. The weather is mild and as an outdoor person, it is the place to be.
We watched this property for years and even went so far as to contact the owner and let them know if they ever wanted to sell to let us know. Well, they called and we made an offer which they accepted so now we can share the beauty of the North Valley with others.
