The view from the balcony was amazing overlooking the bay. The dolphins were very entertaining. The bed frame needs to go! Whoever was below us at the condo were chain smokers and we could smell the cigarette smoke and this limited our time on the balcony. Great place to stay. Enjoyed the pool.

perfect setting

The property was so cute and felt "beachy" with style. The balcony was situated perfectly to provide a view of the water. Like other reviews, we were able to see dolphins every morning and several container ships and fishing boats, but those were mostly passing in the morning and very few in the evening. The walk to the beach was very close.

Wonderful Stay with a great view!

We had a nice stay on Tybee Island! The apartment was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed watching the sunset every night on our balcony and eating dinner outside. The apartment and building + pool were well maintained and clean. The check-in and check-out process was friendly and easy. Thank you!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable

Very clean condo, cute decor, comfortable king size bed, and everything you need in the kitchen. This unit is on top floor and on the end of the unit—great location that is quiet with no neighbor noises. We felt at home right away.

Great Place to Stay - Quet and Loved the Beach

We loved our stay the view was great - bed was comfy - just be prepared to climb the stairs unless you want to walk from one end to the other for the elevator. Loved watching the ships and dolphins, walking the beach every morning. Place was clean, well maintained. Only issue was a couple palmetto bugs that showed up our last night in the kitchen area. I suggest spraying for those.

Just Right.

My husband and I had a great stay. It was just right for he and I. All necessary items in kitchen. Good storage to put your items away. Clean with a comfortable bed. Quiet and right on the water. Be prepared for stairs if you're staying on third floor. If you want waves or the sound of waves, you may want to stay closer to mid beach area.

The condo was comfortable, although somewhat dated. Check-in package did not include the door code and had to call after hours emergency number to get into the unit. Had to call for tech service to get living room tv working properly. Unit was clean but shower door needs a good cleaning. Condo was well stocked with needed dishes etc. the king bed was comfortable and the view and setting were superb.

Wow!!! Must book for views!

I wish I could give this property 10 stars for location!! The property is in a quiet part of beach, dolphins RIGHT IN FRONT of us, see all the tours and large ships come in, and the most amazing sunsets each night!!!! Absolutely wonderful views. Only challenge for us was the elevator is on the other end of the property. Shower and bedroom are larger than you can tell from pictures. Sleeper sofa is Havertys and very nice and spacious for 2 people. I would love to stay here again!!

Disappointment

While the pics online made the room look like a nice condo, it was nothing more than a very slightly refreshed hotel room. The property managers should really re-think their strategy. We had yellow hacket nests on the balcony which made sitting out there impossible. The shower doors looked like they hadnt been cleaned since they were put in and they used extension cords and taped them along the baseboards, I guess for safety? We were refunded our VRBO cleaning fee but we decided to not finish our stay that was paid for and went back to Hilton Head to finish our vacation.

Very misleading

Pics online are taken with wide angle lens to make the condo look much larger and filters are added to make the rooms look brighter and newer! But the topper was the pic of the long open from end to end deck when in all actuality there is a mirror at the end reflecting back the view!! Very deceiving and disappointing!

First, when you plug the address in for the rental company, it brings you to the wrong location to check in. Once calling the emergency hotline, they stated this happens all the time and supplied us with another address. Upon arrival our unit door was left opened, that did not feel safe walking in. Bathroom did not look clean, so I cleaned it. Noticed the light in the bathroom was stuck on, could not turn it off, had to contact maintenance and meet them at the unit and he stated that a part had been ordered and to shut off the light by the breaker and fuse box. Could not enjoy the patio due to the wasps and bees.

Great Location! Lots of Dolphins! Could use a door

If you want a quiet beach vaca, this is the place! Sitting on the balcony or on the beach watching the dolpins and boats is awesome. Almost no wake until a freighter goes by. The unit is decorated cute (seaside of course); however, there isn't a door on the bedroom and the unit is small so one person can't sleep in if the other is up. Nice small kitchen, well equipped. The high top table and chairs on the balcony are perfect for dolpin watching.

Great secluded spot

This condo is a fantastic little gem on a fantastic portion of beach. The views and accessibility are wonderful, while staying away from the busier parts of the island. We plan to stay here again.

Super clean but no privacy in bathroom

The condo was absolutely SPOTLESS. This is WONDERFUL given we're still in COVID era. However... I would NOT recommend this property for anyone but a couple; there is little to no privacy in the bathroom due to louvered doors and a wide open space above the bathroom door; EVERY noise in the bathroom can be heard throughout the condo, which I could see being embarrassing if you're a new couple or friends. There is pretty much no space for the toilet; it's jammed between the vanity & shower and extremely claustrophobic; there isn't a whole lot of room to "take care of your business". Other than the bathroom, we loved the condo and as stated in the beginning, it was absolutely spotless!! I would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible; the ones provided are terrible and flimsy. We ended up buying our own pillows when we were there so that we didn't have sore necks.
