Morgan Straße Minuten entweder von der Gulf Shores Public Beach oder mehr alleinstehende, weniger überfüllten Stränden in Ft. Morgan. Jede Einheit verfügt über 3 Balkone - Veranda, Schlafzimmer und Gästezimmer! Außerdem gibt es ein Wanderweg direkt vor der Unterkunft - perfekt für Ihren morgendlichen Joggen oder Gehen Sie Ihr Haustier!

Im Jahr 2007 erbaut, bietet dieses Gerät Granit, Edelstahl Geräte und Jacuzzi-Wanne! Das Wohnzimmer bietet ein Schlafsofa, Loveseat, & Flat Screen TV. Die voll ausgestattete Pantry-Küche ist offen zum Wohnzimmer und bietet große und kleine Geräte, Geschirr und Kochgeschirr. Der Essbereich für 4 mit 2 zusätzlichen Barhocker in der Küche bar.

Der Master-Bedroom verfügt über King Bedding mit eigenem Bad, die eine Jacuzzi-Badewanne und Duschkabine hat. Das G��stezimmer bietet Full Bedding und teilt sich ein Bad im Flur mit Badewanne / Dusche. Beide Schlafzimmer haben einen eigenen Balkon!

Laguna Breeze hat auch eine in-Boden-Pool, Gemeinschafts-BBQ-Bereich und ist tierfreundlich (mit nicht erstattungsfähige Gebühr)!

Cozy & Clean!

We really enjoyed our stay. We brought our dogs and they loved taking walks on the trail that is located right in front of the property! The pool was an added bonus!

Perfect Stay just off Mobile Bay

The property manager could not have been nicer, more accommodating, or responsive. She was a text away and responded within a minute. The keys and parking pass along with a binder of information onsite gave local information and checkout reminders. The condo was just as listed with a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture, linens, and ample towels. Located right on the Fort Morgan path which made it an exceptional place to walk our dog and ride our bikes. We enjoyed the ease of access to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Groceries and restaurants all around. Check out Jesse's On the Bay in Fort Morgan for a lovely dinner out and Galway's Irish Pub in Gulf Shores for an authentic pub experience.

Beautiful, peaceful condo away from the crowds.

The condo was just as described, very clean and had everything you need. We went Memorial Day Weekend and when we were at the condo it was like we were the only ones there. Very quiet and the pool was always empty.

Quiet Visit to Gulf Shores

Condo is located off Fort Morgan road - no the GPS won’t get you there so look for the blue sign, “Laguna Breeze”. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a little bit of road noise (very minor). Condo is set up well and worked for our visit. As we were staying with our dog, I covered everything and changed the bedding prior to her settling in - so she was happy as a clam.

Location, Location, Location

This condo has a prime location on the Fort Morgan walking trail and across the road from the Little Lagoon. Convenient to Gulf Shores, but not part of the hussle and bussle. Wonderful little park on the lagoon about .25 mile away.

Living the dream

The property is in a good location, IE. Food, shopping and beaches. Nice pool and great place to exercise on the nice bike paths they have. I would have given this property a 5 but the washer and dryer really need to be replaced. Whomever owns this has definitely gotten there monies worth on the current set. Other than that it was great!

Wish the temp was warmer Tv selection was not good, we had to go sit at Hooters to watch the Alabama football game. It’s not my favorite place, but love the condo and the time just relaxing.

Very nice location but needs maintenance

Location was great. The property is easy to get to and close to the beach and restaurants. However, it lacked a number of maintenance items. The vertical blinds and the appliances left a lot to be desired. It was furnished very comfortably.

Great place to stay!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The only problem was the second bedroom is advertised to have a queen bed and when we got there the bed was hardly bigger than a twin. We stayed with another couple and it was difficult for them to sleep in that little of a bed. The condo itself was very clean and very dog friendly! Very satisfied with the overall experience.

Owner Cancelled Our Stay

The owner decided they wanted to stay the same week we reserved, so we had to stay elsewhere. Luna Beach Properties offered two other options, unfortunately both downgrades as we needed a pet friendly rental. It looks like a nice place from the street as we drove by it daily.

Great location for biking!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is located right on the Fort Morgan Road Trail, so we we able to hop on our bikes and start riding. We loved that trail. The condo itself is very nice and roomy, and would have given it 5 stars if not for a few minor issues. First, the floor is in serious need of a good scrubbing, it’s dirty. Simple fix, just gotta scrub it. Second, the plastic shower liners need to either be replaced or just tossed; they are torn and dirty along the bottom. Everything else seemed clean. A trim piece on the oven door is broken, it didn’t keep us from using the oven, it was more of a nuisance than anything. Another simple fix. So with just a little TLC this condo is 5 stars.

Wonderful

This property was nice and close to all activities. The beds were all very comfortable, that I was very impressed with. The private pool was very relaxing when and if we decided to forgo the beach, very laid back atmosphere. Plenty of towels, that was nice! Neighbors were quiet and respectful as well. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi in this unit did not work, but that was a minor issue for us. The biggest inconvenience for us when we stay somewhere, having three ladies then my husband, there was only one role of TP per bathroom, and one trash bag. (that doesn't cut it with a house full of people and girls!) It is frustrating having to go buy things you need for a condo that in my mind should be accommodated with your stay. Over all this was a very wonderful stay no big complaints, just some inconveniences. I would recommend staying here, especially if you like the lower key atmosphere with a little more privacy! Great place to take your dog/dogs as well!

Good off beach property

This property is as described and just about a mile down Ft. Morgan Road. We did not utilize the swimming pool. The nearby walking trail was great for our pups. The beds were comfortable and it was stocked well for our cooking needs. The only issue was cleanliness. The unit had not been utilized in over a month due to Corona Virus. No one came to check the property prior to our arrival. There were some dead insects, a filthy toilet, moldy shower curtain and hairs on the wall in the master bath. The master tub wasn’t pristine either. The property manager told me on the phone no one had been by to check it and offered to have someone come by the next day. It made a bad impression upon entering. I don’t know if we would stay again because Of that. It’s a very competitive market and many will make sure it is clean upon arrival. It’s Convenient to local spots and grocery and dining. Other than the cleaning issue (which I believe will be resolved as renting resumes to regular attendance) it was an ok property. I think it is in the listing, but in case you missed it this unit is up a flight of stairs.
