Einfach gebaut! 3 Bett / 3 Bad Haus für 6 Personen mit einem brandneuen Pool nur 5 Blocks vom Strand und 2 Blocks von guten Restaurants. Unser anderes Mietobjekt - nur ein paar Blocks entfernt - hat 40+ 5-Sterne-Bewertungen über Mietwebseiten! Unser Strandhaus verfügt über einen großen offenen Wohn- / Essbereich und einen tollen Hinterhof mit einem Pool, einer Feuerstelle und einem Loungebereich. Ein 3 Schlafzimmer / 3 Badezimmer Haus ist ein seltener Fund in den Stränden und ist ideal für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien auf der Suche nach dem perfekten Kurzurlaub! Das Haus liegt zentral in Jacksonville Beach und wurde im April 2018 erbaut. Der Master-und 3. Schlafzimmer haben beide Kingsize-Betten und das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett. Wir haben 3 Badezimmer. Die offene Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich hat gewölbte Decken und eignet sich hervorragend zum Essen, Entspannen und Entspannen. Wir haben grundlegende Kabel und Smart-TV im Wohnzimmer und Netflix / Hulu Fähigkeiten im Schlafzimmer. Wir sind stolz auf die Sauberkeit und den Komfort unseres Hauses. Bright & Relaxing Stay

This spot was perfect for our group of 5 women! Danielle was such a flexible and accommodating host; especially with our arrival and departure. The home had everything we needed for our stay, was very clean and relaxing. We so appreciated that there were beach towels and chairs available. The floor plan was open and a lot bigger than expected. The backyard is truly an oasis and had plenty of space for us to hangout. Ubers were easy to get and the beach is accessible from the location. I would recommend this spot to anyone and definitely stay here again.

Christmas Vacation in FL

We celebrated Christmas in Florida with our girls and their husbands, what a fantastic time we had!!! The house is definitely a hidden gem, extremely clean, very spacious, location excellent and walking distance to the beach and eating facilities. We definitely will be using this house again for future stays! Thanks for helping make our memories even more memorable!

Excellent Stay

You can show up at this property with suitcase's and whatever food you’d like to eat. Everything else is provided. The heated pool was delightful for lounging. Property is walkable to many great restaurants. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Exactly as advertised!

Great house, perfectly clean, close to the beach, this house was exactly what we were looking for! We spent the mornings at the beach and the afternoons by the pool. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and such a fun place to relax!

Comfortable and terrific location

Always a pleasure to stay at this property. We stay here every 3 months to visit Mayo Clinic which is about 10 minutes away. It’s close to everything. Couple of blocks to the beach and lots of great restaurants nearby. House is comfortable and well-appointed. Pool is a absolute bonus! Danielle is awesome to work with quick to respond if something comes up. Highly recommend.

Love this place!

Loved it! The home is immaculate. All you need to bring is your clothes and a few snacks. Restaurants and night life just a few blocks away. The beach is about a 10 minute walk. The pool is a perfect addition to the backyard. I definitely recommend this property and we look forward to coming back again soon.

Great at the little things.

Some properties are made to look good in pictures but disappoint in person. This isn’t one of those. Great pool, amazing master shower, great finishes all around. But the thing that puts this one in 5 star territory is the little things. The rental comes stocked with a full spice cabinet, plenty of quality trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. nothing more aggravating than having to buy a bunch of the little stuff when on vacation. This one eliminates that aggravation. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Loved our stay!!

This house was unbelievable! Walking into the house was breathtaking! We have a family of 6 - 3 adults and 3 children and this house easily accommodated all! The the thing that was difficult to determine when looking at the house online was how far it was to the beach - it looked like you had to go down Barbara Lane and then over to the beach - they actually have a rear fence with a gate that allows for access out the back of the property and then an easy 3 block walk to the beach. This was perfect for the night of July 4th when we walked over to the beach to watch the fireworks. Our family loved going to the beach in the AM and then over to Margaritaville for lunch which was basically a stone throw away and then back to the house to swim (or vice versa). We also loved the block and a half walk to Salt Life Restaurant - it is such a cool spot with amazing food. I would definitely recommend this place and if we look at JAX again in the future, we will look to stay here again!

Clean, comfortable and well appointed stay!

Great location. Super clean home. Had my in-laws in tow and my MIL is a clean freak so she appreciated how tidy and sanitary everything was. Owner was communicative ahead of time. Didn't need her at all throughout the stay but felt comfortable knowing she was just a phone call away. Great, private backyard full of all kinds of pretty greenery. Wonderful, heated pool that our daughter really enjoyed. Comfortable beds and well-appointed kitchen. Was able to do some cooking without needing essentials like oil, salt and pepper, etc. Also appreciated there being an ironing board and iron in preparation for a wedding we attended. And I had forgotten coffee but there was some there for us, thankfully! Such a nice touch. Overall great stay and would highly recommend to all!

AMAZING in Every Way!

Let me start by saying, I'm one of those annoying people who SWEARS by reviews but...never leaves one of my own. I just couldn't do that after the experience at this property! Not only does the property meet the description, but it's actually better than expected and simply AMAZING in Every Way! I will try to hit all the areas I'm interested in when reading a review. Type of Trip: My twin and I rented this house after several birthday plans were cancelled for COVID-19 related reasons. In hopes to still celebrate, we rented this home with a private pool for some R&R. There were only two of us but this 3 bedroom home could have easily accommodated many more. Check In/Check Out: Our early check in was accommodated and we even ended up extending an extra day. That was also quickly accommodated! Location: Although we didn't go we did note very close proximity to the beach. We did take advantage of the walk-ability of the neighborhood and were able to get facials/massages within walking distance. Home Interior: The home itself was spotless. It truly seemed to be brand new. I can't even understand how something rented out like this and possibly even lived in can be so darn clean. It was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed from basic condiments/spices to pots/pans and plate ware. Plenty of towels were provided and we had a large washer/dryer to take care of all laundry while there. Additionally, there was an abundance of closet/drawer space with hangers and all the basic needs accounted for. There are two tv's (one in the master and one in the living room). The only possible drawback is that the additional 2 bedrooms do not have TVs. This was not an issue for me, but letting reviewers know. Pool: For me, it was unclear to tell how large the pool is from the pictures but it's bigger than it seems. You're not swimming Olympic laps, but you are enjoying a dip and able to spread out appropriately. It gets sun just about the whole day and is where we spent the majority of our time. Overall: OK, this is long...so I'll stop, but believe me when I say you can't go wrong with this property. It and Danielle exceeded all expectations! We will be back!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Obsessed with this house!! Would love to come back one day. We had two small kiddos with us, and it was so nice to have the pool in the backyard with the shallow wading area and umbrella. So close to the beach too, and plenty of free parking. Fantastic local restaurants close by, you can walk to a lot of them and we did some pickup orders too. Not too far to include some activities in Jacksonville city, we took the kids to the zoo and a few other indoor playgrounds. Neighborhood felt very safe, Danielle is a wonderful communicator and hostess, the house is gorgeous and was so clean with plenty of beds and space. It was truly a dream vacation/property!

MUST stay in Jax Beach

I cannot provide enough positive feedback about this property. The home finishes are beautiful, it’s clean, everything is of great quality, cute neighborhood, stocked amazingly and the heated pool will make your whole trip. That is not even counting how close you are to the beach and local restaurants/bars. All of my family and friends were extremely impressed with this property. We had a great weekend!

Perfect vacation rental

The property was absolutely perfect! The pool was wonderful for my twins and at just five blocks from the beach, the location was ideal. The home was beautiful and immaculately kept. Communication with the homeowner was easy and quick. I cannot recommend this vacation rental enough. Will definitely book again when we return to visit family in the area.
