We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. Everything worked perfectly, and we really enjoyed spending time out on the balcony. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and communication with the owner/management team was spot on — they were responsive and friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway!

Beautiful place and very homey.

We really enjoyed the house as well as the resort amenities. The house was very relaxing and spacious for my whole family. The only parts that we wish were a little different, but not game changers - the kids bunk room had white thin curtains that let in a lot of light. My toddlers sleep around 7pm and the room was so bright they couldn't sleep. It wasn't until around 9pm that the room got dark enough they would finally fall asleep. The master had the dark blackout curtains. The other was no fan in the master bedroom and the shower head being so tiny. A nice rainfall shower head would be perfect for a beautiful bathroom like that. Like I said, no game changers, just things that would've been nice to have. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend and return.

Wonderful

We stayed for a long weekend while attending a cheer competition at ESPN, the condo was absolutely perfect. It was spacious with a great layout and plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. Check and check out was seamless and we had zero issues throughout our day. The pool area is a big hit especially the waterpark we all enjoyed. Highly recommended.

Great place

Beautiful and clean property! The beds are very comfortable. The king bed room has a dresser but the other two do not which I was surprised but not a big deal. The place is close to the pool and a short walk to the main pool with water park. Great location close to everything! Would definitely recommend this property

Nice Apartment, very family friendly

Apartment is clean and inviting, kitchen is pretty stocked, and basic necessities are provided. A/C did not work excellent during our stay, but it wasn't bad. Beds are pretty soft, bedding is mediocre. Hosts are awesome and communicate very well and promptly. Pool and water park area is really fun for the kids, thats why we booked this place, and we did enjoy it! Most restaurants etc are at least 15 minutes away.

Wow! What an amazing place with a fabulous host.

We had the most amazing family holiday staying in this apartment. So many wonderful memories made. Hernan was a superb host- accommodating our every need and request. He really went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. Communication was exceptional - we really didn’t want for anything. The communal pool is an amazing space for all ages and we enjoyed our down days from Disney here. The apartment was lovely and clean and the facilities/amenities were excellent. We made full use of the washing machine and dryer and are returning to the UK washing free! We will definitely be returning and will make sure to pass our excellent experience on to our friends and family back home. Thank you so much, Hernan, you made our holiday perfect.

We love this location for ESPN center. Never any traffic, easy to get to. This unit was very well equipped for a 4 day stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall Decent Unit, Cleanliness could improve

There was great communication from the owner prior to check in. We did have have one night where guests on the 4 th floor were playing loud music until almost 1am which was very disruptive for my 4 yr old. The baseboards were filthy- hair and dirt covering them and dirt on the tiles in the master bathroom. The rest of the unit was clean and very nicely decorated as pictured. The beds were comfortable. There was also an issue with elevator which seemed to be resolved within a day. Passes for entering in and out of the complex did not work however someone was always at the main gate and very friendly. Ideally a credit should have been offered for the unit being dirty but only an apology was received. I was also not thrilled about the cleaning company waiting outside the unit at 1030am on the day of check out- felt as though we were being rushed. Things could improve but we would give this unit a second chance.

Best vacation!!!

This condo was AMAZING!!! Everything from booking, to arrival, to staying for a week, to checkout - everything was just perfection. The OVSO team was extremely responsive with any questions and very detailed on all the need-to-know info. The location is PERFECT for Disney (short 5-8 mile drive to parks without having to get in I4. The neighborhood was quiet, the condo itself was immaculately clean, and soooo spacious. It was great to come back to each night and just relax, catch our breath after a long day at Disney. Highly HIGHLY recommend staying at this property or any of the OVSI properties on your next vacation!!!

Enjoyable

All aspects of the condo were nice (although the knives were meh) Only main issues are related to the gated community around the condo. Check in process was very very long on Fridays and saturdays. Be wary of the ice cream truck that plays a loud music multiple times per afternoon (hard to nap). And the pool area overcrowded.
