La Bella Vita bedeutet wörtlich "das schöne Leben" und ist der ideale Familienurlaub - es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu den örtlichen Pubs, Clubs, Geschäften und den herrlichen Stränden, die nur die Nordküste zu bieten hat.

Das Anwesen ist ein modernes 2-stöckiges Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern im Herzen von South West Rocks. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, einen Fernseher mit DVD-Player und ein eigenes Bad. Die beiden Zimmer im Obergeschoss verfügen über Klimaanlage und Fernseher. Das Hauptbadezimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über eine Whirlpool-Badewanne und eine separate Dusche. Sie können Ihre eigene Wäsche mitbringen oder gegen eine geringe Gebühr die Betten beziehen und für Ihre Ankunft vorbereiten.

Die Küche verfügt über alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Geschirrspüler und eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Nichts geht über einen Kaffee, um den Tag frisch zu beginnen, oder einen Geschirrspüler, um sich vollkommen zu entspannen.

Der nach Norden ausgerichtete Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, einen DVD-Player und WLAN. Eine große Bibliothek mit Büchern, Spielen und DVDs steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Dieser Wohnbereich öffnet sich zu einem herrlichen Essbereich im Freien mit einem Beef Eater-Grill, einem Bar-Kühlschrank und einem großen Esstisch aus Holz mit einer schattenspendenden Abdeckung in Restaurantqualität. Ein großartiger Ort zum Nachdenken und Entspannen nach einem Tag oder zum Nachlesen.

La Bella Vita ermöglicht es allen Familienmitgliedern, sich eine Auszeit von der Hektik des normalen Lebens zu nehmen. Der Urlaubsmodus kann mühelos aktiviert werden und alle werden einen großartigen Urlaub im Ambiente eines entspannten, herrlichen Küstendorfs genießen. Es ist so gut, auch die Besitzer machen dort Urlaub!

The property was spotless when we arrived. Elders Lifestyle who manage the property are very professional and very prompt to answer any questions you may have. A 300 metre walk to the centre of town, beaches and restaurants. The villa is well appointed and has everything you need to have an enjoyable holiday. It is in a quiet area and also a 500 metre to the Country Club. Chop and Chill is a great cafe to have any meal and is only 300 metres from this villa. For a quiet afternoon drink overlooking the ocean the South West Rocks Surf Life Saving Club is great.

Reviewer Comments: If you look past the minor but annoying real estate confusing automatic communication this property would suit a family, for a well located accommodation to beach, river and CBD. Although SWR area deserves a good drive about the area. Here you have a lock up garage which is good to keep your car free from salt air. We made a list of things needing repair, again the RE performance in managing the property.Cleaning was basic. Just don't look under the bedheads and other 'not seen' spaces, although the beds were comfy. Lots of extras left in the kitchen, but again, a more thorough clean would suffice every 2 months e.g. Depending on what the RE charges you, this is a good property for location, and definitely not a dumpy old place.

The location was very convenient- just a 2 minute walk from South West Rocks town center. The only criticism I had was rain runoff dripping very loudly on the aircon unit outside the main bedroom. But all in all an excellent experience

absoutly delightful

Perfect situation so close, walking distance to beach, shops, cafe, resturants. Yet is was quiet and restful. Was full of comfort and space.

The Townhouse was two blocks from the beach. Parked the car for two weeks everything that we needed was within walking distance. The unit itself had everything and more quality furniture, aircon & tv’s in every room.

Great set up for a family. Our two kids were happy with the two single beds in their bedroom. Comfortable beds in the other two rooms although a King size would have suited my wife and me much better. A larger lounge would have also been preferable. Apart from these minor issues, the unit was set up well. Everything required was supplied (apart from the linen that we hired) and the kitchen was functional. We would definitely stay here again. The unit’s location was also very handy for walking to town, beaches and the club.
