Schönes und charmantes, gut renoviertes Sag Harbor Dorfhaus mit beheiztem Pool und zentraler Luft zu vermieten für Juli und August (wöchentlich oder monatlich). Drei Schlafzimmer (für 6 Personen), 2 Badezimmer, neue Küchenchefs mit hochwertigen Geräten, Veranda, Garten mit beheiztem Pool, Ess- und Grillmöglichkeiten. Sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Haus befindet sich in hervorragender Lage im historischen Dorf Sag Harbor. Zu Fuß erreichbar (7 Minuten) zum Bay Beach (ideal für Kinder mit Schaukeln und Rutschen), zu Fuß in die Stadt (15 Minuten) und eine kurze Fahrt zum Sag Main Ocean Beach (einer der besten Strände der Welt).

We had the perfect family vacation here! The home was spotless, the location was ideal, and communication was seamless from start to finish. We needed a baby crib, and Raymond went above and beyond by delivering a brand-new crib along with some lovely wines. The pool temperature was perfect for the little ones, making it a truly stress-free and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Memorial Day Family Getaway

We stayed at this property for a family get together. It was very lovely, super clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the living room/kitchen area that looks out upon the heated pool with a beautiful backyard. The host was very communicative and responsive. It was close to town and the beach/harbor. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful home close to town!

My sister, her husband and I were looking to stay in Sag Harbor for a fitness event and wanted to stay at a home near town. This home was not only close to town but was large, clean, comfortable, well equipped with great outdoor space and beautiful grounds, the pictures tell the whole story! Great House

Have been renting in the Hamptons for 20 years for August. Needed a few weeks this year in July and grabbed this place. It was great from minute one. Owner made check in easy, house is user friendly, well appointed and the location was great. There weren’t any problems, but the owner was very responsive to our unique questions or requests. We will be back.

Great family getaway

The property was clean, charming and a perfect family getaway. The location was quiet and conveniently located near all the restaurants, shops and beaches. There were various amenities in the house (pool, golf holes, Netflix, etc). The pool was heated and had shade from the hot sun during the afternoon. The owner (Ray) was very responsive and made our stay hassle-free. We would like to return to this property in the future. A great stay for our family!

Perfect July 4th holiday !

When you step into the house you feel like you're on vacation. The beautiful white kitchen and skylight plus a wall of doors leading out to the pool sets the perfect tone ! An Absolute Gem!

We had a beautiful time at this property. The house is well appointed and perfect for a family of 5 or 6. It was in a great location to the beach and town. It was clean and had so many nice amenities. The pool was heated which was a big plus and the outdoor upper deck had a mini golf that was so much fun. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful. We would absolutely return to this house again in the future.

Everybody Loves Ray!!

What a wonderful week we had in Sag Harbor at Ray's property. My husband, teen daughter and 2 of her friends and our small pup. The property is close to town so the girls could walk on their own. It was also the right blend of luxury and comfortable for us. Ray and his assistant were very responsive as well. Enjoy your stay at this nice property!

Quaint home and lovely host

This is a beautifully restored, charming home in Sag Harbor. I booked it to catch some overfill when a bunch of family came to town (we have a home in the village ourselves), and I would again. The kitchen is great for group cooking, the street is quiet, and the location is walkable to all the restaurants, etc, that Sag has to offer. The host is extremely helpful, thorough and responsive. Recommend!

Sag Harbour Beauty

We had a great stay at Rays place. The house is beautiful and updated. The backyard and pool are also very well maintained. Having the doors and windows open to the backyard make you feel like you’re outside even while indoors. The communication with Ray was also great and he was very accommodating. We were able to walk in to town with our baby and dog a few times and drove 15 mins to the ocean side beaches. Would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to the Hamptons!

Extremely Cute and Comfortable House in Sag Harbor

My husband and I spent a week visiting with friends and would 100% book this home again. Ray is an excellent host, extremely helpful and communicative. The beds were super comfortable, the decor was charming, sofas were comfy for chilling and watching tv on a rainy day, and we loved that the French doors in the living area/kitchen open directly onto the pool area and yard- super fun for entertaining. The house is about a 10 min walk to the center of Sag Harbor, with a really nice meat and cheese shop and market with breakfast/lunch a short stroll away. The price is more than fair and the house is incredibly cute and comfortable.

Quaint Sag Harbor Home

Ray has been our best host to date. From booking to check-in to check-out, he was available, accommodating and kind. The house was just as listed with all the things you will need to make your stay comfy and fun. Heated pool in Sag (even in July) is a must, it was perfect; we spent hours in and around the pool. My only caution is the odor of the home. I am super sensitive to odor and as with so many historical homes in Sag, this one too has a musty odor. It wasn't a deal breaker but it is intense.
