It's really hard to actually understand how full the bottle is, but when we got notified by guests, we refill straight away. Anyway thanks again for choosing us for your holiday. Worst possible guest of all times. They invade like this: Didn't mention about pet first, then came out with a story that their friend's dogs will be left there for few hours. These stayed the whole 6 days. They tampered the security camera and broke one. They even shut down the whole security system. We offered them every support, they were very pleased, sending messages how they were happy, but when we told that they turned off the security system, then they started making stories. We had to spend $480 to fix the camera and called special cleaners to disinfect the house and removal of pet hairs from everywhere. And we had to pay for the whole cost. All these maintenance was to be done within 4 hours before the next guests checked in. And they denied to pay this extra expanses. We are decent enough not raise this matter up and paid from our pocket. VRBO customer service staff was even upset with them and requested us to disengage from them. They came out with another story that they lost something from the driveway outside the house and asked for the footage. We are not responsible for anything guests lose for their carelessness, but even we tried to see from security camera, but alas! How could we find out something which we do not have authority for and where the security system was tampered and taped? Unbelievable and unrealistic and vindictive guests. We are hosting in various platforms and are superhost everywhere having ratings more than 4.8 out of 5 from more than 200 bookings. We vow to serve our guests the best. Veronika is different. Hosts, be aware of these people. Hosts, please don't dig burrows to bring crocks at your property. What our house has was clearly posted on the platforms. Clear picture of bedrooms,.lounges, inside and outside, kitchen, toilets, pool area, garden. These are not wide angle to give false impression. Our bedrooms are 2 mid sized and 2 large according to Australian property standard. Who on earth complains of bedrooms be small where each bedroom has two double bunk beds, Queen and two single in one and the rest two has QB with sitting arrangements? In the listing, it is clearly mentioned that the mattresses are medium firm with 10 cm plush top. How can they be not comfortable? We have 2 mattresses on Queen beds by AH Bared each above $2500 with one end PLUSH and one end MEDIUM. If someone knows this brand, we don't have to explain. Others are Gissell Bedding, another well known mattress brands. During COVID VRBO advised us not to offer bed linens and towels, and advised us to encourage the guests to bring their own linens and towels. We do not get their comments on bed linens and towels as these were not offered at all. Veronika wanted to give us bar ratings, so she did. We thought many times not to respond to this message, but for sake of other Hosts, we decided to come out with facts to protect them. Thanks for your patience reading.

They violated house rules doing party outside, but didn't continue till late which was good. They blocked 4 cameras, including two very important ones that covers the entrances. (Guests are only allowed to cover 2 cameras that overlook the pool in case they feel uncomfortable). They brought a pet which is not allowed in this premises. But they left the house very clean and tidy except one toilet back side was soiled with vomit. We may host them again knowing what to deal with them and them being excellent to clean the house but it's other's discern for hosting them.

This guest was spotted to do some harm to animals and was approached by some concerned neighbours. They did not respond well to them and later this guest started to make funny stories. We sent our manager to look after the matter and these guests were not easy with them too. Later we reported the matter to police and asked the guests to leave as per their interest. So, literally their booking became invalid as they didn't stay. They have no reason to rate our premises. Their rating should be null and void in this perspective.
