Die Suite befindet sich in der 2. Etage einer großen Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer über einer Anwaltskanzlei. Der Wohnbereich ist über einen privaten Eingang im 1. Stock mit Smart-Eingang zugänglich. Der Eingangsbereich ist ideal zum Verstauen von Fahrrädern, Golfschlägern oder schlammigen Schuhen. Eine breite Treppe führt in den Wohnbereich im 2. Stock und das Wohnzimmer / Esszimmer. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa. Das Wohn- / Esszimmer ist durch 10 'Decken und 3 große Fenster mit Blick auf die Vorderseite des Gebäudes und einem großen Glasfenster hervorgehoben. Trennung der Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuen Geräten. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch mit 10 'Decken und 2 großen Fenstern akzentuiert. Auf der Rückseite des Schlafzimmers befindet sich das Badezimmer, Waschküche und großer begehbarer Kleiderschrank.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was spotless and so well cared for, which immediately made me feel at home. The host’s communication was excellent—quick to respond, clear, and very kind, which gave me extra peace of mind throughout my stay.As a woman traveling alone, I also appreciated how safe and secure the property felt. That made the experience even more relaxing.The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough to unwind. This property was just perfect for our long weekend stay. We were able to walk around Hanover and explore easily. The owners are thoughtful with some snacks, k cups and drinks in the fridge. The road is a little busy and noisy with larger vehicle traffic on a work day but a nice neighborhood. Thank you again for such a pleasant experience.

Cute apartment

Very clean property and the host was wonderful. Im a light sleeper so road noise was a bit much but we put on a sound machine and slept great! Would definitely stay here again while visiting family!

Perfect stay

This was a great location for us. Easy to check in and everything was clean. Plenty of parking so you didn’t have to worry about not having a spot. If you forgot anything they had it there incase. There were some snacks and drinks there if we wanted them. You could walk to some shops and restaurants. Will stay here again.

Nice Place

The unit was clean, manager was quick to respond and l stayed there for a week. The queen bed was too high and small for me and my husband. There were steps provided so that you can get up in the bed. A regular king size bed would be a nice replacement. Also there are steps inside to get up to the unit so that would stop me from staying there again. . The decor is nice and the unit was comfortable.

Home away from home

The apartment is wonderfully spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. It provided comfort, ease and safety. Photos online are completely accurate. Many thoughtful details have been considered. The location was perfect for my needs and within a few blocks of restaurants and shops.

Third time!!

Sam's apartment works perfectly for my sister and I. This was our third time. It's convenient to Gettysburg and other places to visit. There are good restaurants not far away, walking or driving. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

So very nice

This apartment is so pretty. It was very comfortable. There were snacks from local companies, Utz chips and Hershey chocolate which was very thoughtful. There was coffee pods, oil and spices, some drinks in the fridge. In the bathroom were some toiletries and body wash/shampoo were provided. Sam seems to have thought of everything his guests might need. The location was great with parking available next to the building. Close to Gettysburg, not too far from Lancaster and Hershey. This was a great place to stay. Thank you Sam for sharing your beautiful apartment!

Amazing rental experience

I’ve never rented a property like this before, but the reviews were great, the price was amazing, and the pictures looked perfect. I could not have been happier with my stay. The apartment is perfect and has so many helpful features - wireless chargers, easy keyless access, nightlights right where they are needed. Sam thinks of everything. If you are thinking of staying in or around Hanover, honestly just book this place if you can. No need to look further - hotels are twice the cost and twice the hassle for half the space and amenities. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks, Sam, for sharing this space and for all the care you put into making your guests comfy.

Perfect Stay

We had a great stay in this suite. We feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this affordable alternative to the area's hotels. The unit is clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. The bed is comfortable. This is an upstairs unit, as described in the listing, so that should be noted by anyone with mobility issues. Also, the living room is off of a staircase open to the first floor hallway (which can be used by law firm employees, etc) so that might be a little odd if you plan to utilize the sleeper sofa. We didn't find it to be a concern, however, when using the living room. The host provided great communication and truly cared about our stay. The location was great for us. Although on a busy street, the traffic was light in the evenings and early mornings so noise was not an issue when sleeping. We certainly hope that this property remains available and affordable for our future visits as we intend to stay again!

Perfect Home Away From Home

I traveled to Hanover on business and for a family visit. The apartment is absolutely fantastic, well maintained and extremely clean. The Hosts put forth every effort to ensure comfort, convenience and safety. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with many amenities. The location is perfect with shopping, restaurants and tourist sites close by. Without a doubt, my trip was made more enjoyable by staying in this apartment. Definitely will try to reserve again during my next visit.

Sam’s apartment was spacious and sparkling clean. Every possible amenity we could ever need was provided, plus lovely extras like Utz chips & beverages. Location is excellent, check in a breeze, Sam was extremely kind and responsive. We loved our stay and would be thrilled to return in future!

A nice refuge, close to Gettysburg

Stayed for four nights at this lovely property in Hanover. Used it as a base for attending a conference in Gettysburg. Everything was exactly as pictured, communication was easy and responsive. All in all, very satisfactory and I hope to stay again for the conference next year!

Amazing!

Property was amazing! Exactly like this pictures! Host went above and beyond expectations with all the extras!! Never imagined there would be everything we needed including laundry soap and bathroom necessities! Located in the center of town with all kinds of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be planning another trip to this location!! A huge thank you to the host for all of your hospitality, it made our stay so much better than we were expecting!! Recommend 10 out of 10!!
