Willkommen in der schönen und versteckten Touch of Class Villa, in Little Bay, Eleuthera. Mit seiner erstklassigen Lage am karibischen Meer genießt Touch of Class Zugang zu einem gemütlichen und abgelegenen Strand mit ruhigem türkisfarbenem Wasser.

Jede Etage dieses zweistöckigen Hauses ist 900 Quadratfuß groß und bietet eine geräumige und komfortable Erfahrung. Wir bieten zwei Optionen an: Touch of Class kann als geräumiges 3-Schlafzimmer-2-Badehaus für Familien und größere Gruppen von bis zu 8 Personen oder als privates 1-Schlafzimmer-1-Badehaus für Paare gemietet werden. Mit jeder Option haben Sie die Residenz und das Grundstück ganz für sich allein. Wir vermieten jeweils nur eine Gruppe, um Ihre Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten.

Das Obergeschoss und das Erdgeschoss sind über eine Außentreppe miteinander verbunden, nicht intern. Familien mit kleinen Kindern sollten dies berücksichtigen. Wenn Kinder in einem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss schlafen, möchten Sie möglicherweise einen Erwachsenen im anderen Schlafzimmer haben.

Touch of Class wurde mit der besten Qualität der Konstruktion, hochwertigen Oberflächen und Möbeln und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut. Das Haus verfügt über 14-Fuß hohe gewölbte Zypressen Decken, zwei 900 Quadrat. Wrap-around-Sonnendecks mit brasilianischen Ipe, raumhohe Glastüren mit versenkbaren Bildschirmen, und maßgeschneiderte Stimmungsbeleuchtung komplett mit Dimmerschalter für Sie schaffen ein Ambiente von dein eigenes. Wir glauben an Touch Of Class, dass Komfort der Schlüssel zum Urlaub ist. Sie werden es schwer haben, ein komfortableres und charmanter bahamisches Ferienhaus auf der Insel Eleuthera zu finden. Unsere voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und Arbeitsplatten aus schwarzem Granit. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein italienisches Ledersofa und einen LED-TV.

Touch of Class verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das große Schnittsofa bietet Platz für bis zu zwei weitere Gäste. Es gibt auch eine aufblasbare Matratze in einer Größe.

Zur Ausstattung des Touch of Class gehören Klimaanlage, WIFI, Sat-TV, Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie ein Holzkohlegrill.

Amazing location

We loved our stay at Touch of Class. The location was beautiful. Perfect set up for my husband and I and our 3 daughters (20, 18, 16 years old). Very close to some of the most beautiful beaches! The home was clean upon arrival. Natasha quickly responded to phone calls (when my girls locked themselves out of the lower area). We had everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. Loved it!

Little piece of paradise

We visited Touch of Class in March, being from Montreal this was a nice break from the winter!The house is exactly as advertized and the location is in a quiet little bay right on the water with very easy access to the water.A few minutes to Governor's Habour to the north or Tarpum Bay & Rock Sound to the south.One of the 2 kayaks at the property was missing, we contacted the owners and they immediately responded with a plan to remediate the situation.We will return!

Absolute Paradise!

This was our second trip to the island - trust me when I tell you we have researched EVERY vacation rental on the island and I honestly think Touch of Class is a great as it gets. It was so comfortable and the view of its own, almost completely private, cove from both the deck and patio is one of the best Caribbean views on the island. We snorkeled and swam right in front of the house and saw sting rays, tons of fish and a nurse shark swim right up to the house from the deck. The house is modern, yet comfy and the fact that it's not overly decorated makes it feel like it's your own and doesn't distract from the views. We slept GREAT every night in the king sized bed - enjoyed the beautiful shower and all the amenities you could need are provided. Snorkel gear was plentiful and in almost new condition - the carrying cases for the gear was super appreciated as well. We cooked a lot and even grilled at the house and the millions of stars at night were breathtaking from the wrap around deck. We were at the house for an entire week and had not one single problem or set-back. Just like our last visit we went as far north and south as we could from glass window bridge and the Queen's baths to Lighthouse Beach. We returned to Tippy's, Sunset Inn, Mate & Jenny's, many of our favorite beaches, and this time we got to go to the Rock Sound homecoming festival, but it was a wonderful feeling to return "home" to Touch of Class each day. If you get a chance go visit Rose at Northside Inn & Restaurant - she's an absolute delight and her homemade food is wonderful! We can't wait to return to Eleuthera & to Touch of Class! Stuart has done an incredible job with the home! It's truly an Eleuthera gem!

Thank you! I have put a huge effort into making "Touch Of Class" additionally comfortable this year. I have also installed new roll away screens and additional outdoor speakers along with numerous other small details that "make the difference". Although it has not been marketed yet, the villa is now a 3 bedroom 2 bath if needed. The villa will still be rented as a 1/1 with the option of a 3/2. The new downstairs is Fantastic with a 5'0" x 10'0" walk in shower alongside other things. Thanks again, Stuart.

Adventure meets Relaxation

What a great time we had at Touch Of Class in Eleuthera. The owner Stuart was very attentive and was quick to respond to any question via email or phone. Natasha was there on the island to help manage the property, give us helpful info and answered anytime we called. We only rented the top of the house which was perfect for just the two of us. The bedroom king size super comfy bed with perfect pillows gave us a great night sleep every night. The AC worked great! The views are just amazing. Looking down at the many shades of blue was mind boggling. We could see fish, rays, horseshoe crabs, and many more, from the deck in the back of the house. The water is like an aquarium. Has to been seen to be believed. The house had surround speakers even going outside. Stuart provides SIRIUS radio and DirecTV. We would eat dinner on the back deck listening to beautiful music every evening. At night watch movies on HBO or Showtime which Stuart also provides for you. We Kayaked the calm waters of the Caribbean with the two kayaks provided. (The clear kayak was not there as advertised however). He also provides snorkeling gear for your use. There was a boat there as well but we didn't ask about it because no motor was attached. Probably an extra cost to rent if it's rebatable at all. The kitchen is a bit small but it worked great for the two of us. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the property needs a little up dating. Nothing major and definitely nothing that would keep us from going back. Small stuff like glass doors and screen doors need attention. And the deck needs sanding/staining. I got a few splinters on it from time to time. No big deal at all though. We grilled out steaks one night using the built in charcoal grill. They were great. I loved the built in concrete steps going directly into the ocean. (Stuart you should put a 'caution slippery' sign near the bottom. I almost slipped off the first night! lol). There is a small beach right next to the property (less than 100 yards away) but we never even used it. We were perfectly content with stepping right into the waters from our own steps. Overall it's a wonderful adventurous place to stay. Highly recommend it!

Nice location and grounds, run down home in pretty bad shape with severe mice infestation.

The owners were very responsive at first and were even gracious i their negotiations. However when we alerted them of the issues below they disappeared and never replied. The stay was acceptable and while the home is pretty run down and in sore need of maintenance we made the best of it. The location is beautiful, with only one other home next door 100 feet or so from TOC. Privacy is therefore not excellent but satisfactory. The home is a bit far from everything and definitively not central but we did not mind. The negatives of this home are that the home is in bad shape and clearly has not been maintained for a while. Deck is splintering everywhere (very hazardous when barefoot), even inside the laminate/hardwood is peeling off. Finishes crusty, moldy etc. AC does not work at full capacity. The kitchen is galley style and very tiny but we did not use it much. One of the main issue is that like a review below us it is infested with mice/rats. In the morning we would find mice/rat feces on the couch and on the living room floor. The house has many holes where critters can get in through and without maintenance this is what happens. The owner to claim they have never seen this it is outrageous. Even a blind person would notice this and we felt they are just not addressing some issues and instead just lying. Frankly for what we paid if known of the mice issue we would not have stayed there (not fun cleaning mouse feces on vacation in the morning). The owners assured us it was taken care, not even close and an outright lie. The place is in bad shape and needs maintenance, it is even for sale for an exorbitant price too. The kayak is completely broken/unusable, with a huge gash, it would sink faster than the titanic. The "snorkeling gear" is molded, rancid and unsafe to use, not sure why they do not throw it away??. We were disappointed because the owner represented a functioning kayak and functioning snorkeling gear. I do not mind bringing my own gear but the owner should let you know ahead of time. I am not sure why he would not disclose that the kayak is a total loss and that the snorkeling gear is complete garbage, strange. Beware renting from these folks, while we found them responsive at first they disappeared once we brought up the issues to them, maybe they will respond to this review, I know I would. All in all we would not have stayed here for the money paid. The pictures in this add DO NOT represent what you are renting!

Wow, did you stay at someone else's place, what you wrote it is as if you have a personal vendetta against me. Why would you write something so not true, in-fact the only truth you wrote was about the mice. We do/ did have a mouse problem which is currently being corrected by a professional exterminator. However, the villa is in the countryside where mice live. Just to clarify to whomever is reading this post; The last time we heard from this renter was prior to him leaving for the bahamas, NEVER after until i saw this post. We always communicate. We must have gone back and forth with this renter numerous times giving him all the info he requested and he beat us up on the price! The neighboring property is 7-800 feet not 100' ? The deck does not splinter as it is Brazilian teak not your regular pressure treated rubbish. The Laminate floor inside is not peeling.? There is no mold or crusty? AC was new central air last year and works just fine? There are no holes from the outside to the inside ? The pictures of the villa are accurate to the condition of the villa? The kayak works fine it was broken a few years ago but since has been repaired and works just fine? I personally was at the villa 4 days prior to this guys and took 2 new sets of fins and masks. I guess he liked my home enough to enquire about the for sale asking price? I just got off the phone with my housekeeper who tells me the whole house was used when he only paid for the upstairs. She goes on to tell me that the place was trashed all beds but one used. All AC on upstairs and down all light on and doors unlocked. Real class wouldn't you say. Who is the liar??

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Touch of Class villa. The villa is located on a calm Caribbean bay—no waves at all, so the water is perfectly clear. The snorkeling is the best we found on the island—we saw lots of fish every day, and a few times we saw more exciting things, like nurse sharks, sea turtles, and rays. The villa has a huge trunk full of snorkeling gear and an outdoor shower, and you can kayak out to the tiny island at the entrance to the bay and see even more fish. And the best part: there are only 4 houses on the bay, so we mostly had it all to ourselves. The house is beautiful: the living room and beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are very nice. The kitchen is tiny but well-equipped. The house is at the end of a very long, very bumpy dirt road, and this part of the island doesn’t have many tourist-y things to do other than explore the many beaches (you can get your wave fix on the Atlantic coast just a few miles away, and those beaches are equally deserted.) Cathedral Cave was a fun stop not too far away, and most tourist things are at the north end. The hosts were very helpful and responsive; when someone hit a power line in Governor’s Harbour, we lost power for about 11 hours; Natasha emailed us a photo of the accident and let us know what to expect. We explored the island and enjoyed the bay until power was restored. Finally, the bugs are no joke. People say to stay indoors at dusk; I would add to that to make sure you’re covered in insect repellant if you’re going to be outside in the shade at all.

The views are everything. Every morning, I would wake up and say "it's a beautiful day on Eleuthera" because it was. We could have sat on the decks looking at that turquoise water all day long. The sunsets are stunning (but the no-see-ums are bad at that time - we didn't find a bug spray that worked for us) In the mornings you can watch the needlefish and the occasional ray. In the evenings we saw dolphins and a turtle in the distance.The house is great and has everything you need to be comfortable. Plenty of towels, beach towels, a full set of spices, games, snorkeling gear, floaties, tons of comfortable outdoor seating, extra sun screen, a washer and dryer (no beach umbrella). The property is showing some wear and tear (screens in particular) but nothing major. Natasha was responsive and helpful always.As stated in the other reviews, the kitchen is very tight, but it does truly have everything you might need. Unfortunately, the stairs to the water were out of commission, hopefully they will be fixed soon. I took a kayak out to the little island, it was an easy and beautiful paddle that I highly recommend.The bedrooms are spacious and lovely with nice bathrooms. The downstairs has the bathroom between the two bedrooms, good for a family of 4 to share. The downstairs shower has water views through one-way glass.Important note: there is another house immediately next door, about 10 feet away that is not shown in the listing. We were lucky in that the people staying there were quiet and respectful, but it was a real surprise to us to find an occupied house right there. Darker curtains that can be closed as needed might be good to prevent the people next door seeing into the bedrooms on that side of the house.Amazing place, we would stay again.

The house was what we thought it would be as per description and pictures. Beds were very comfortable and with lots of storage for our clothes. The house came with a few extras, chairs for the beach, floaties of all sizes, snorkel gear and fins, the kayaks were our favorite. Lots of seating on the upper and lower deck. We enjoyed daily visits from a few stingrays, saw a shark, starfish and other fish. However, they were not kidding the bugs were the worst part. With a lot of bug spray, we faired not too badly. Also the kitchen is tight but we made do. We enjoyed some restaurants 3J's was great BBQ, Buccaneer's and Delish were our favorites. Ten Bay and Twin Bay were our favorite beaches. Natasha was kind and very helpful when we had concerns and or questions. We would return.

The house was what we thought it would be as per description and pictures. Beds were very comfortable and with lots of storage for our clothes. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was in a great location right on the calm Caribbean Ocean. Island is about 100 miles long. One main road with rough side roads. Road to the house is very rough, similar to many beaches you may visit. Def. rent an SUV if your going to explore. We actually rented our vehicle from the caretaker of Touch of Class. Met us at the airport when we arrived. Dropped SUV off when we left.We had great food while on the Island. The Buccaneer Club (2x) was our favorite. 3 J's BBQ was also very good. One good tip to share is dont sleep on the gas stations as good sources for groceries. Snorkeling was below average compared to other islands we have visited. From the back deck you can see Barracuda and a ton of Needle fish. Saw them when we snorkeled too. Don't leave food out in the house overnight.

The house was very clean and comfortable, and there is no shortage of fun at things to do right off the back deck! We really enjoyed the fact that the house is separated, as we were staying with another couple, and it made it feel more private. We had a small problem with a window AC unit when we arrived, but it was fixed immediately. The rental company and property manager were incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. It may seem like you’re in the middle of nowhere, but there’s lots of great things just down the road. We especially liked the grocery/fuel store mile down the road towards Savannah Sound a mile or two south. They had some of the better selections that we found on the entire island. The house had more than enough kitchen supplies for us to enjoy meals at the house without having to go out much. You really can’t beat morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and lunch/dinner from that deck when the Caribbean is a stones throw away!!! One thing that is extremely important to note... You will need a tremendous amount of bug spray not just at the property, but pretty much around the entire island! Dawn and dusk were very bad, but the majority of the day isn’t too bad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful place to spend time with the family and relax. I can not say enough about the location! We were able to swim and snorkel right outside the house, fished from the shore (with a soup can), saw mana ray, barracuda, yellow tail, little conch, and caught an abundance of grouper right from the shore. Every morning we sat on the deck with our coffee enjoying the peace and listening to the birds sing, one would even sing back to us when we asked it a question. There are restaurants near, and we really enjoyed 1648. We also went on an excursion one day to swim with the pigs, turtles and mana rays, and snorkel at a reef. Our guide Captain Sheldon with Exotic Excursions 242 was amazing and even made time to let us fish which enticed us to hire a guide to fish later in the week Captain John with Big Mac sure gave us an experience including diving for the conch so we would have fresh bait and some conch to take home with us to make Conch Salad. It really was an amazing experience. The road to the house is quite rocky and bumpy but doable as long as you take it slow. You will need to be careful of potholes on the Queen's Highway and nails near construction sites. We got a flat from a nail and Coco/Natasha who we rented our car from took care of us right away. We had a couple of things that needed to be addressed and the response was immediate including delivery of a blender so we could make Pina Coladas. We would definitely stay at this home again if we have the opportunity and highly recommend it!

The house was very comfortable with all the amenities described. Many extra touches such as coolers, beach towel, beach chairs, floats, and snorkel gear. The kitchen was well stocked including spices. We enjoyed the balconies and swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking in the bay. We ate at several of the local restaurants and explored several nearby beaches. The location was great for groceries, alcohol, and fresh bread and produce. We will definitely be back!

Nice place

House was as described. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was equipped but very small - 1 person at a time. That was the only challenge we had as we tried to prepare some of our meals at the house.

Not as it seems

We love Eleuthera and the location of this property was excellent but it has seen better days, the seating area is really only good for a couple, and there's no wifi or sirius (apparently the bills for these services have stopped being paid). The kitchen supplies are hit and miss. It really needs some TLC.

We were a little puzzled by this review. The indoor dining table seats 4, and there is also an outdoor table on the deck that seats 6. So plenty of seating for dining. The kitchen is well equipped—note that the previous two reviews specifically mention that. It's true that the internet was down the weekend they arrived. We had it turned back on that Monday. Sirius has always worked. There has been no interruption in service.

Touch of Class was exactly as described, pictures were accurate (though, of course, it was even better in real life!) The view from the house was gorgeous and we had everything we needed for relaxing, adventure, or gourmet cooking right there at the house. The kayaks and snorkel gear were super convenient, the kitchen was well-appointed with pots, pans, glassware, etc., the decks had comfy chairs to lounge in, the outdoor shower was fantastic, bed was comfortable, showers were hot and A/C was cold! It was as comfortable as being at home...but a lot more exotic! The house was clean and ready for us upon check-in...and checking in and out was a breeze. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Everything went smoothly. The owner and managers are very nice! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! We rented the one bedroom up top and the view was amazing lounging in the lounge chairs was so peaceful! No deprevation of views!!! The bedroom has a double glass sliding door with an amazing view and also the kitchen!! A bit far from town but isn’t that what your going for!!? Would definitely stay again!! Thanks for sharing your awesome piece of paradise!!
