Eines der am häufigsten nachgefragten Häuser von Mietern. Warum? Für den Anfang ist diese Wohnung direkt am Strand, buchstäblich ein paar Schritte außerhalb des Meeres. Als nächstes ist dies ein sehr gepflegtes Zuhause. Die Master Suite befindet sich auf der einen Seite des Wohnbereichs und die beiden Gästezimmer auf der anderen Seite - sie bieten Privatsphäre. Wenn Sie sich versammeln möchten, gibt es ein offenes, geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und neuen Sofas. Ein separater Essbereich mit einem schönen Holztisch bietet Platz für alle auf elegante Weise.

Die modernisierte Küche ist geöffnet und bietet alles, was Sie für die Zubereitung eines besonderen Essens benötigen. Voll ausgestattet mit Frühstücksbarhockern ist dies eine großartige Küche, um die Familie zu einem besonderen Strandessen zu machen!

Der Patio hat einen großen Grill für den Grillkoch in Ihrer Gruppe! Flachbildfernseher, kostenloses WLAN und Kabel, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Innenbereich sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort während Ihres Aufenthalts. Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay it was short but sweet! We rented this condo to spend some family time together and we really enjoyed this location steps away from the private beach. Condo was spacious and clean will definitely stay again.

Anniversary family vacation

We had a great time at this location. We liked it because it was clean and on the bottom floor. We have an older person who could not use stairs, so this location was great. Our grandkids loved being so close to the ocean.

Great stay!

We love Pájaro Dunes and really enjoyed our stay in this rental. It fit our family of 7 perfectly, was clean, well supplied and close to the beach. Great time was had by all! One note, the fire pits are not open due to COVID.

Great loacation

Property was easy to access. It was on the ground floor. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Guest bathroom needs some updating and repairs but was still fully functional. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for anyone with mobility issues.

Being our first time at Pajaro Dunns it was a nice place to be. The condo was good for our family. My family said I picked a great place to be for the celebration weekend. we do hope to return. Next time we will bring a few extra items. (Foil, oil,...)

Beach Heaven

We had a great time with our children and grandchildren. Best part was the beach, which was, literally, steps away from this unit. Although we didn't have time to utilize, there is also pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and a basketball court. There was a few minor issues with the unit (a non-working range burner and slow draining bathroom sink), but the staff was very responsive. We would gladly stay again and bring more family next time!

Our group consists of high school classmates, now in our 70's been gathering yearly since we turned 40. Good location, as 5 are still in state, the 2 out of state can fly to Monterey from Texas and Arizona. Pajaro in good location as can go south to the peninsula or north to Santa Cruz area.

Family Reunion Experience

Well, the unit is NOT 6 steps away from the beach. ☺️ The place was clean and the right size for our 3 generation family reunion. Took us awhile to find the beach access, but once we did, it was really nice. We saw a skunk outside the next unit's front door. 😁

Such a gem!

This place is perfect for a family getaway. The beach access is right at the end of the sidewalk, the home is warm and inviting with an open layout and nicely stocked with necessities. The main office also is a small store with drinks, snacks, dvds to borrow and forgotten necessities which was really nice having just across the parking lot. The entire staff on property were really nice and welcoming and everything is a sort and beautiful drive away. We loved having the doors open and listening to the waves when we were relaxing at night. We are definitely saving this for our next visit. We traveled with 5 adults, an 11 year old and a 2 year old and the house was perfect.

Charming Beach Condo

Do you know we were in was clean and well appointed. With a large dining table and a super large couch, we were all able to be comfortable having meals and watching the Olympics in the evenings. We stayed in the master bedroom which was lovely reviews at the slider in the window at the dunes or peaceful. A couple maintenance items. The drain cover in the shower is broken and it’s sharp and the sink in the master bathroom drains very slowly. Both of those items need attention those need some love.

Comfortable & Cozy

Our family of four adults thoroughly enjoyed our coastal Christmas. However, the pictures on the website were somewhat deceiving. Everything was clean cozy and comfortable but the property could use some updating especially the kitchen cabinets & tile and living room carpet. The bedroom curtain was ripped but we were told at check in about this. These issues didn’t hinder our stay one bit because when we’re together we always enjoy ourselves. The heating system kept us warm and dry and we loved the electric fireplace which provided the perfect ambience. The Pajaro Dunes property is well maintained & the staff are exceptionally friendly & helpful. Shout out to Larry at the guest entrance. My daughters arrived before my husband and I and our names hadn’t been submitted to the person on duty at the entrance but they were accommodating and allowed them to enter. The best part of the vacation was being just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed walking along the shore when the weather allowed it. We’ll definitely be back again! Thank you for your gracious hospitality! Pajaro Dunes is a hidden gem that doesn’t disappoint. And it’s only an hour and fifteen minutes from our home in San Jose. Happy holidays!

Pajaro Dunes

Place was spacious and comfortable, also well stocked. Beach access was perfect, everyone had a great time.

Perfect Getaway

From booking to arrival, everything went very smoothly. This is a perfect home away from home. The condo was very inviting and provided us with everything we needed for our relaxating vacation. The best part about this home is the easy and fast access to the beach (approximately 1 minute walk). There is also a safe sand dune area adjacent to the patio for the kids to play, which they enjoyed immensely. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, listening to the ocean waves and not noticing time ticking away. The service at Parjoro Dunes was also amazing and exceed our expectations. Leaving was the hardest part, but we are already planning our next trip back.

We had a very relaxing stay! So nice to be within walking distance (1min.) of the beach!

We had a very relaxing stay! So nice to be within walking distance (1min.) of the beach! There was also a seating just at the entrance of the beach. My husband has sore knees and enjoyed the beach without having to walk on the beach.
