Penthouse in the heart of Chicago with a great location for exploring the city. It is close to popular attractions, including the Architecture Tour, the Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park, and the Art Institute, and offers easy access to the Red Line. Plenty of restaurants are close by. Try Dough Boys! The unit has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which was very convenient. There is also a nice desk and workspace stocked with office supplies—a great touch for those of us who work while we play! The gym and pool on the 9th floor were also a nice bonus.The only downside is the noise that comes with being in the middle of the city. There are also some less desirable elements around the building entrance. I never felt unsafe or uncomfortable, but it is noticeable and may not be the best fit for families with young children or anyone looking for a quieter neighborhood.The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable place in a very convenient location for enjoying Chicago.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Fabulous views and great location. Fully stocked kitchen and great facilities on 9th floor. Owners were quick to respond. There is even a grocery store right outside the building. My only suggestion for improvement would be better blinds/drapes/shades in the bedrooms because the city lights were bright all night and sunrise was early and bright. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for everything.

Everything was communicated well! Facilities and rooms were clean and spacious! Views were gorgeous and the location was central to all of downtown Chicago. Two small suggestions: Obtain a smaller couch so as to access the awesome deck easier and, clean up the post stay communication so that it doesn't reference a cleaning deposit when there never was one. We stayed here when my son ran the Chicago Marathon. It is the perfect spot! Runners actually ran right by us! It was extremely clean and the view was amazing! The owners we very easy to communicate with as well as very informative about things to do! I can't recommend this place enough!!!

Everything about the stay and building was wonderful! The penthouse was very clean and well equipped. Great restaurants within walking distance. Weber Grill was one of our favorites. Being able to see Navy Pier fireworks from the balcony was fantastic!

Great Experience @ 5302

Loved our stay. The view is fantastic and there’s so much to see and do within walking distance, you don’t need a car. Place was really clean and the beds were sooo comfortable!

Amazing View

It is a nice condo with an amazing view! It was clean and had all the extras in the kitchen we needed for our stay. Very convenient location to many shops, restaurants and public transit. The owners are very informative and stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this rental and would use again when in the area.
