Eines der neueren Gebäude liegt am KY Lake. Baumeister übergab die Schlüssel im Jahr 2015. 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder mit Neu alles! Überdachte Veranden mit Blick auf den See. Bootsparkplatz beim Haus. Privater Bootssteg mit eingebautem Sonnenregal. Komplett eingerichtet, außer Ihren persönlichen Gegenständen. Weniger als 1,6 km von Moor's Marina, einer Bootsrampe, einem Restaurant und einem Kinderspielplatz entfernt. Die Lage ist möglicherweise auch die beste am See, direkt gegenüber den beliebten lokalen Orten "The Sands" und "The Rock Quarry". Sehr leichter Hang zum Wasser. Gehen Sie die Treppe hinunter und schlendern Sie zum Dock, um zu angeln, den vorbeifahrenden Booten zuzusehen oder zu schwimmen. Neues Grillgas und Holzkohle für Ihre Grillpartys! Oder wir haben einige Lieblingsrestaurants nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Birthday lake trip

We had a wonderful time at Lakin’ Memories for my husband’s 30th birthday. Very clean and spacious house. We spent the majority of time there outside on the decks. Having an on-site boat dock was so helpful and convenient for us. Very friendly owner, he came by and introduced himself in person and wished my husband a happy birthday.

Nice, clean, and comfy!

We had a great time at Larkin Memories house. The house was very neat and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, and small appliances you would need. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Enjoyed our mornings and evenings out on the deck. The house is nicely located: not far from town, and on the lake not far from the marinas. We love Kentucky lake!

Beautiful home. Close to the marina. Nice covered porch with lake view and access. Owners easy to work with. Depending on the time of year the lake level changes. The home and area was beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed our time with family but missed the high water level time. Very spacious Great views from most rooms.

Book this Lovely Lakeside Retreat!

We loved this property and the personal touches the hosts provide for their guests. The house was very comfortable, clean and cozy. The welcome gift was amazing and touching (no spoilers, but you'll love it, too!). We especially liked just chilling out on the decks watching the fireflies, owls, birds and deer in the back yard. My family was the original owner of Moors Resort and I have stayed in numerous properties in that area over the years. I must say this one was the most comfortable by far. Beds, pillows, shower heads, firm couches, well-stocked kitchen, clean porches, lighting, toiletries...everything was top notch. Highly recommend this property!

Love Lakin Memories

The only reason I don't stay at Lakin Memories when I visit Kentucky Lake is because its already booked. This place is more popular then fleas on a dog. The home is fantastic , the host Ben and his wife have become like family. Oh did I mention the dock for your boat. I want to live in this home. The property Manager Michelle is super helpfull. We will be back!

We stayed for a fishing tournament. Everything was wonderful except boat parking. Maximum number of boats is 3... If you have a small group that is fishing just keep that in mind. We had 5 boats lined up and due to the parking we had to eliminate some guests. A definite 9 out of 10. And would stay again guaranteed. Owner was very courteous and willing to take care of our every need and house was beautiful,

Captured our attention!

From beginning to end ~ Lakin' Memories was the place to be! So quiet a neighborhood @ all hours. Michelle got us started and was always available. Both decks with amazing Bluetooth became our hangout and the taste of smores called us to the firepit in the evenings. 12 in our party, plenty of space all around! Swam often from dock and kayaked in cove~ fun stuff! Ben was quick to respond, super host. Overall a 5 star experience! You won't be disappointed.

Great vacation!

We enjoyed our vacation and would definitely stay at this home again. It was clean and comfortable. It was a good setup for our two family units. Our son and daughter-in-law and granddaughters utilized the downstairs with the three bedrooms and a bathroom and we used the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces, both upstairs and downstairs, for quiet morning coffee or playing with our granddaughters. The owner was responsive and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We enjoyed the wine and cheese welcome gift too! Since we were near Moor’s and the marina, we ate at Ralph’s which was good and enjoyed ice cream at the marina almost every day when we were out boating. We definitely recommend Larkin’ Memories!

We live near the lake with some of our fondest memories growing up on the water. We have raised our kids the same way and making memories at "Lakin' Memories"! We love to spend time in the outdoors and especially at the lake when we are not traveling for domestically and globally. We love to travel and stay at other VRBO's & AirBNB's internationally and domestically. Busy travel schedules for us means Lakin' Memories is unoccupied too much and available for you. So we love to get away to our refuge on the lake and be together whenever possible, whether it is on the water, on the dock fishing, or on the porch grilling and hanging out. A bad day at the lake, beats a good day at work!

This property is completely furnished plus some. It is set up with everything that we could think of even some of what our friends could think of. We took the best of ideas from other homes we stayed at abroad and made them available to our guest at Lakin Memories. Brand new house and clean as a whistle! Tankless water heater means you should never have to take a cold shower here or worry about how long the teenagers stay in there! NEW FOR 2021 - PUFFY MATTRESSES FOR KING AND QUEEN BED, CONCRETE WALKWAYS AND BLUE TOOTH DECK SPEAKERS!

Great location in the heart of the Land Between the Lakes area, only a few hours from Nashville, Memphis or St. Louis. Located on the middle of Kentucky Lake in a brand new, lakefront property. You may never want to leave…. The only rule here is you have to RELAX! So, we packed the house with games, leisure reading books from famous authors, TV's with Hulu and Netflix, a fire place and fire pit outside where you can gather with family and friends while looking out over Kentucky Lake.
